When the bodies of two teenage fillies are found in two different cities, the police are quick to believe that a serial killer is on the loose. Detective Sleuth, "Manehattan's Number 1 Detective" is put on the case. However, he has trouble believing that there is only one perpetrator. It's up to him and his plucky assistant Dreamer to get to the bottom of the murders and apprehend the killer.
