For as long as Apple Bloom can remember, there's always been one day a year where, rain or shine, Granny and Big Macintosh have waited at the front gate of Sweet Apple Acres from sunup to sundown. She's not entirely sure why, though she's pieced together some of it. This year, things seem the same. That is, until somepony knocks on the door.
