Plans For Population Control
Twilight Sparkle flew across the skies in a golden chariot to Canterlot. She was on her way to visit the Princess after receiving a very important message. When the chariot touched ground, she got out and began to run up to the gates where the royal guards were stationed.
The guards put their hooves to their foreheads as they saluted Twilight Sparkle. "Welcome Princess Twilight Sparkle!" one of the guards said as he opened the gate for her to enter.
Twilight Sparkle hurried through the gates. Once the guards opened the main entrance doors to the palace, she quickly hurried inside.
"Clop, clop, clop." The sound of Twilight's golden shoes resonated throughout the palace. The floors of the palace were so pristine and shiny that she could see her own reflection. Twilight hurried up the stairs and entered a room that was so secret and private that not even her guards were allowed to enter.
"Princess Celestia, I'm here! What is the matter!?" Twilight asked.
The Princess was pacing the floor like a mad pony back and forth across the room. The shades were drawn and it was very dark inside the room. The Princess looked over to Twilight with the most worried look on her face and said, "Twilight, how did the speech go?"
Twilight bit her lower lip and said, "I'm sorry Princess, but the ponies are very upset about your new proposals and they were very angry with your new decree. I had to cut my speech short when one of the guards informed me of a very urgent letter from you."
Princess Celestia shut her eyes tightly and grinded her teeth in agony. "We have to do something, Twilight! I fear that I will be overthrown and killed. The population of Ponyville has gotten so large and if there were ever to be a rebellion, then I don't think our guards would be able to stop it. We have to come up with a new plan to keep us safe. You do know that Princess Luna left us and went to rule elsewhere because of what is going on. This is why I have left you with the responsibility in raising the moon. I even had Discord turned back to stone because he began to question me. Princess Cadence has also left us to rule another part of the world with Princess Luna too."
"What kind of plan do you have in mind, Princess?" Twilight asked.
Princess Celestia kept pacing back and forth in the small room. She was so fearful for her life that ludicrous things were running through her mind. She suddenly stopped pacing and looked down at Twilight Sparkle with a very serious look on her face. "We have to reduce the population of Ponyville. I know that the ponies were furious when I introduced the killing of preborn foals that I called abortions, being allowed by the medical professionals, but it is not enough. We know that abortions are known to cause cancer to the mothers that get this procedure, but it's still not killing off enough of the population."
Twilight Sparkle gasped. "Princess! How can you even suggest such a thing?"
The Princess became angry and shot back at her, "This is my life we are talking about Twilight, and your life may be in danger too. Remember, I have the power to strip you of your royalty and your wings. I might even have you killed for disagreeing with me."
Twilight Sparkle gulped at that thought and bowed down low to Princess Celestia. "Your wish is my command Princess! How can I help bring about your plan?" she asked with a slightly quivering voice.
The Princess straightened up and said, "Twilight Sparkle, you are the most knowledgeable and scientific pony that is known throughout all of Equestria. I have special labs set up in the basement of this palace so you can do scientific experiments. I need you to create some kind of genetically modified virus that would wreck havoc on Ponyville."
Twilight Sparkle gulped. "I-I-I..." she stuttered. "Can I at least tell my best friends to stay indoors during this plague?"
The Princess nodded her head with approval. "Yes, that is the only exception though. I need to have as many causalities as possible, but you may keep your friends safe. After this event, we will need to come up with new fraudulent medical treatments and statistics, in order to pretend to show the ponies of Ponyville that we care about them while giving off the illusion that we are helping them."
Twilight Sparkle felt a drop of sweat run down the side of her head. "How dangerous do you need this virus to be, Princess?"
The Princess stared down at her with great intensity in her eyes and said, "DEADLY!"
Twilight Sparkle spoke in a shaky voice again and said, "W-w-w-when would you like me to start my Princess?"
"NOW!" the Princess said in a demanding voice.
Twilight Sparkle bowed very low to the ground. "I will get right to it," she said.
"Come with me," The Princess said as she walked past Twilight and used her magic to open the door.
Twilight Sparkle walked behind the Princess as she nervously looked around the palace.
Princess Celestia opened a door and went down a spiraling stair case.
Twilight Sparkle followed behind her. She looked at the torches on the wall that were eternally lit with a special kind of magic to illuminate the way into the dark basement. Once they reached the bottom, two guards stood at attention. They instantly saluted the Princesses and opened the doors.
Princess Celestia had hired extra royal guards throughout the palace to keep her safe.
Twilight looked around the room. It was very dark and musty inside. She looked at all the supplies of test tubes, syringes, microscopes, tongs, and a host of other scientific goodies to do experiments with.
What goes on in the basement, stays in the basement. Do not let any other pony know, besides me, about what you are doing down here. After you create this new disease, we need to cover up what we did and pretend to help the hurting ponies. Once you finish your task down here we can discuss that later. Good luck Twilight. I will come back to check on you later. We must rule the ponies with an iron hoof." The Princess left the room and the door slammed with such force that it echoed throughout the basement.
Twilight gulped and then said, "I guess I'd better get started."
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
Many months had gone by and Twilight worked day and night in the basement, in order to create the most deadly genetically modified virus that she could possibly muster up with her scientific knowledge.
"Is it finished?" the Princess asked.
Twilight Sparkle's horn glowed and she levitated the test tube in the air and showed the Princess. "It's ready," she said.
"How exactly is this going to work?" the Princess asked.
Twilight Sparkle walked over to a giant crate. "Inside this crate are Parasprites. I'm going to inject them with this genetically modified virus and when they bite the ponies, they will receive the disease and die."
"But Parasprites do not bite ponies." The Princess said.
Twilight had a rather sinister grin on her face and said, "But these do! I had your servants travel to the wild tropics and bring me back a special species of Parasprites that do bite ponies, and when they get hungry, they REALLY bite!"
The Princess clapped her front hooves in delight. "Well done Twilight Sparkle, but did you happen to come up with a plan to pretend that we'd be helping ponies?"
Twilight Sparkle nodded. She suddenly took out a giant syringe. Inside the syringe was this green liquid that had a glowing like effect. "I did my Princess," Twilight said. "I have created something that I'd like to call a vaccine. I have filled it with very toxic ingredients that will further damage the health of the ponies. I stole many of Fluttershy's pet animals and did some testing on them. We will begin vaccinating the ponies the second I feel that the virus begins to die off. When ponies stop dying from the outbreak, we can begin the vaccination process and say that our vaccine was the savior and that ponies will flock to us and trust us."
The Princess put her hoof to her chin in thought. "That is such a brilliant idea, Twilight! I knew I could count on you to pull through with this plan."
"So why in Equestria are ya tellin' us that we have to stay indoors fer the next few months? Business has been boomin' on my farm with so many more ponies comin' to Ponyville." Applejack asked.
"I fear that a major catastrophic event will happen soon and I need you girls to stay safe. Science reports suggest that a new virus is going around and it will spread to Ponyville. I need you all to lock yourselves up in your homes and store extra food and water, because I hear it's supposed to be very deadly and many ponies could die."
The rest of Twilight's friends looked at each other with confusion. Each one of them had to make huge sacrifices of their businesses and plans.
"Please take this warning seriously, or the consequences will result in what will most likely be your death. What is about to come to Ponyville, is going to be so horrific and deadly that none of you could possibly imagine the horrors."
Rainbow Dash scratched her head with her hoof. "Then how come you're not going around posting posters and giving speeches about this if it's going to be so deadly?" Rainbow asked.
A tear drop formed in Twilight's eyes and fell to the earth. A tremendous amount of guilt burdened her heart. "I-I-I...." she stuttered. She suddenly turned her back to her friends and said, "I am not allowed to comment on that matter. I have to go now. I will send you all a personal message when I feel it's safe to come back outside again." Twilight Sparkle flared her wings out and took off into the skies.
The rest of her friends sat there on the ground and looked at each other with confusion. They trusted their friend, Twilight and she was a Princess now, so how could she possibly do any harm or evil to others.
"Are you ready to do this?" Twilight asked the Princess.
"Yes, Twilight. I am prepared. Guards! Please come take this crate and unleash the Parasprites outside."
Two guards carried the heavy box over to the door.
Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle were upstairs with the guards and Twilight Sparkle used her magic to open the door for the guards. The guards stepped onto the balcony and Twilight closed the door with her magic and locked it shut. Both Princesses stared through the window with curiosity.
The guards balanced the box on the railing and one of them opened up the box. They then shook the box in an attempt to get every last Parasprite out.
Within a matter of seconds, they were bitten by the Parasprites. They took the box off of the railing and placed it aside on the balcony. As they began walking back to enter the room, they suddenly fell to the ground and were shaking with some kind of convulsions. One of the guards began to vomit as he crawled to the door. He put his hoof on the door handle, but he discovered that they locked him out. He banged on it hoping that they would open the door, but the Princesses looked down on the helpless pony and watched him die a painful death, as well as the other stallion.
The first two causalities of this new plague had occurred.
Princess Celestia looked over to Twilight and said, "Twilight, I told you to make it deadly, but I had no idea that it would be THAT deadly."
Twilight shook her head from side to side and said, "Everyponies body is different and may have a different reaction due to their genetic makeup. These guards were some of the strongest and most healthiest ponies we had, but it's possible that the side effects of this virus will not kill off a pony that quickly. I'm rather surprised at the results myself. All we can do now is just sit back and watch what is about to happen to the rest of Ponyville. These Parasites are known to travel quite a distance to feast on flesh."
It didn't take long to hear about the massive casualties from the newly created genetically modified virus.
The media was going nuts and ponies were flocking to the hospitals both young and old. The Doctors had no idea what to do about the case because nopony had ever seen anything like this before. The death rate was climbing so high that the dead had to be carried away in large wagons and they didn't have room or the time to give each pony a personal burial spot. They ended up digging a massive grave and dumping all the bodies down into it.

Princess Celestia took a census and when she got the results back, she was horrified. Even though so many ponies were killed during the outbreak, she felt that there were still too many ponies left. Little did she know that Twilight's friends spread the word about the outbreak before it actually happened and saving lives of many who took their warnings seriously. The Princess began to pace around the room. She was filled with anxiety and fear. "We have to do something else, Twilight. Even though your vaccines are supposed to cause long term damage and cancer to ponies over time, I fear that this will not be enough.
Twilight Sparkle put her hoof to her chin and was deep in thought. "I can't create another deadly genetically modified virus because ponies are becoming suspicious about what happened, and it would be really obvious if we pulled something off like that again. We have to continue to put the blinders on everyponies eyes and give off the illusion that we are helping them, but in reality, they are being killed very slowly. I have already done much planning and we can work together with the medical industry and propose new changes in the medical fields."
"But how will we change the minds of the medical professionals, Twilight? Won't they know that what is being practiced is wrong?"
"It's really easy Princess and it shouldn't be an issue for us," Twilight said. "The way to solve that concern can be summed up with one word. Money. We will pay Doctors extra money and we will rewrite the education system."
"You are a genius, Twilight Sparkle," the Princess said. "What other plans do you have in mind?"
"First thing's first," Twilight said. "We have to dumb down and put a stop to ponies questioning our authority. I found an industrial waste product that we can use on the ponies that is proven to lower their IQ's. We can put it in their well water, as well as in their tooth paste. I am also creating new pills, called pharmaceutical's. I plan to add this waste product called fluoride in the pills too.
"Didn't we find that King Sombre used massive fluoridation on his conquered ponies in order to make them so stupid and sickly with all types of cancers, that they couldn't rebel?" the Princess asked.
"That's exactly right Princess," Twilight replied. "I have conjured up a plan to promote fluoride as a healthy thing and that it will prevent cavities. I have a whole spew of techno-babble I made up and I will psychologically beat down anypony who dare questions or opposes fluoride, as well as any of my other plans. We will be working with the dental industry to promote this stuff too, so it won't look suspicious on our behalf. We need to bribe the medical industry and I will have a book burning in my library about medicines that are known to cure diseases and replace them with books about the new medical procudures. We will bastardize the natural medicine that has been used for generations. We will call it alternative medicine, and we will confuse the ponies and call my new method of medical treatments traditional medicine. I also have plans to set up false Doctors in what will soon be called the alternative medicine movement, who will practice foolish ideas and that way we can mock the ponies who still want to use the old way of medicine and cause the other ponies to come to us. Oh, Princess Celestia, I have so many ideas that I have been coming up with. We are also going to encourage butchery and have Doctors remove the tonsils that naturally protect against Polio. I will have the Doctors hack out parts of ponies throats, so they are more likely to get Polio too, as well as weaken their immune systems. Between our new two pillar system, butchery and toxic pharmaceuticals, we will rule over Ponyville and fool everypony. We need to start now Princess. Arrange the proposal to change the entire medical industry around. We have plenty of money kept away and I'm sure it will interest them being that Doctors do not get paid much money."
"Uh, Twilight. What exactly are you doing with all of those books?" Spike asked. Spike was much older now, but he was still very young for the typical age of a dragon.
"I'm going to pile these up outside and burn them all," she replied.
Spike walked over and picked up a book. The title of the book was How to Cure Cancer with Cottage Cheese. Spike looked at the other books and they were all about natural cures of healing herbs and foods that have been practiced for so many generations. "Aren't these books kind of useful, Twi? Why are we throwing them out?" he asked her.
"Because I have had another breakthrough with medical science and it's going to be better than what has been used. This is for science, Spike!"
"I see," he said. "What exactly are these new breakthroughs? I hope it doesn't bring about anything like the effects of your vaccines had on Fluttershy and Scootaloo."
Twilight Sparkles face turned red with rage and she stomped her front hoof on the ground. "Spike! I thought I told you to never bring that up again! My new breakthroughs involve surgery and pharmaceuticals."
"Surgery? You mean like cutting off limbs of ponies? Didn't it used to be the Doctors motto that thou shall first do no harm?"
Twilight Sparkle fumed. "Yes Spike, but medical science is out-dated now and I'm going to save lives here." Twilight hovered a book over to him about how wonderful Chemotherapy and Radiation are for cancer treatment.
Spike took the book and began to read how the practice is supposed to work. Spike became very angry. He hurled the book across the room and said, "You're preaching nothing but medical heresy and quackery! If you're going to practice such ridiculous things, then I'm out of here! I want nothing to do with corruption." Spike quickly grabbed his stuff and put everything he could into a bag. He was still a young dragon, but he was old enough to move out on his own."
Twilight's heart was half broken and half filled with rage that he dared question her medical science. "I didn't need you anyway," she muttered through her teeth. She felt terribly upset, but she let her anger get the most of her.
Within a very short amount of time, Twilight's plan pulled through and the medical professionals accepted the bribes of money and they called the bribery "donations." Death from properly prescribed pharmaceuticals was so common, that Twilight had to hide the statistics from the public. The new studies she created were incredibly biased. The rule was that if a pony drops out from a study from suffering from horrible side effects, or dies from treatment in a study, then that pony failed to complete the test and does not count as a statistics. This goes for cancer patients going through chemo and radiation as well as all the new medical practices. Twilight Sparkle convinced all of the schools that they had to force-vaccinate ponies or else they couldn't get an education. As time went on, more and more vaccines were being forced onto the public.
Applejack stood in front of the Principal and a medical professional who were distributing and promoting vaccines. Applejack held onto her little sisters hoof. "What in tar-nation's do ya mean that my lil' sis has to get a vaccine!?" the farm pony said.
"The medical professional calmly responded to her. "We must protect our children from disease and virus's. Vaccines are supposed to protect us and we need to be thankful for what Twilight Sparkle has discovered."
Applejack became enraged that their freedoms were being stripped away from the ponies. She was about to hit him with a little logic that he might not have thought about before. "If schools are so terrified to let a single pony in the school, that hasn't had his or her immunity shots among all the other ponies that have, then what does that say about yer faith in vaccinations? If we are so confident that they are so wonderful and work so well, then why can't lil' Apple Bloom go to school without gettin' the shots? All the other ponies had their immunity shots so shouldn't they be safe? If we are goin' to be so confident that vaccines truly work, then why are we so terrified of havin' one single pony cause such an uproar fer the rest of everypony else when we all have had our shots?! Why do we even call them immunity shots if we are still so scared of gettin' the diseases when we have our protection? Either they truly work and grant us immunity, or they don't. Which is it? If yer gonna argue that they don't grant full immunity, but only partial, then I still don't see the point in gettin' them at all. Especially with what they inject inside yer body, and especially with what happened to Scootaloo and Fluttershy! If yer so confident that they work, then why don't ya let me flood yer body with an injection of these diseases and virus's that you got vaccinations against?"
The medical professional became very uncomfortable. "Vaccines do not guarantee one hundred percent safety, from getting a disease or virus, but they are supposed to boost the immune system. We are about saving lives and protecting the children."
"Yeah, and ya use words like "do not guarantee" or "supposed to." Those are very unscientific words ya used partner, and yer nothin' but a corrupt scoundrel who is gettin' paid to harm our lil' ones! It's one thing to do harm and evil to a pony, but it's a totally new ball game when ya do harm and evil to another pony, while pretendin' that yer doing good to them. Ya ponies make me sick to my stomach and I'm takin' Apple Bloom out of the education system. I'm gonna home school her from now on! Enjoy yer job of poisonin' other ponies and children, ya sick and twisted individual! Vaccines violate my religious beliefs and ya'll should be ashamed of yerselves! There's news reports on the rise of Autism, neurological disorders, and allergic reactions to foods that has been occurin' in newborns because of yer dern vaccines. Ya'll ban peanuts and other food products from yer school because of allergies. Never before had a pony been allergic to somethin' as harmless and good fer them as nuts! Come on Apple Bloom, we ain't ever comin' back here again!" Applejack gave a very angry look at the medical professional and the Principal and then left with Apple Bloom.
The Principal leaned back in his chair and without even looking at the medical professional, he said the words, "You know, she's actually right."

"C'mon girls! We're almost there!" Applejack said, as she looked back to her four friends who were galloping behind her. Applejack and her friends reached Twilight's library. She suddenly stopped and bucked the door open. "Spike? Spike? Spike?" the orange mare called out, but there was no response. Spike was gone for good and Twilight was currently with the Princess at the palace. "C'mon Rarity, you search upstairs and look through Twilight's desk. I'm gonna look around down here with the others."
Rarity gasped. "Oh, Applejack! A lady does not snoop through such private matters!"
Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes and said, "I'll go check upstairs."
Each pony began searching through the library, trying to find if Twilight had left any possible notes about the ingredients in the vaccines and also to bring out all of the medical books that they used to borrow to find out about cures with natural foods and herbs. They were all gone and were now replaced with brand new books about the new medical practices.
Rainbow Dash came running down the stairs with a book in her mouth. She placed it down on the table and said, "I think I've got something girls!"
All of the ponies ran over and looked at the book. When Rainbow Dash opened it up, they realized that it contained all of Twilight's ideas to invent new medical practices. Twilight Sparkle must have accidently left it here. Even though she spent so much of her time with the Princess, now that she was a Princess herself, she would still come back to the library to check on Spike every now and then. Every so often she would sleep over there, because she lived in this place for such a long time, it felt so good to stay there. Now that Spike had left for good, there was no one to watch the library, and she would have to find another pony to watch over it.
As the ponies flipped through the pages, they were shocked at the horrors of what Twilight had planned for new medical treatments, if they could even be considered medical treatments. The book was filled with so much writing that there was writing on the covers of the book. On the binding of the book, were most of the vaccine ingredients.
Pinkie Pie got down closer to the book and began reading them out loud. "Aborted foal fetus, formaldehyde, mercury, aluminum, 2-phenoxyethanol, Phenol, Methanol, glutaraldehyde, monosodium glutamate, sulfate and phosphate compounds, ammonium sulfate, borax or also known as sodium tetraborate decahydrate, gentamicin sulfate, neomycin sulfate, sorbitol, large foreign proteins, latex, animal viruses, genetically engineered yeast, genetically modified viruses, foreign D.N.A., and that's it. Oh wait, there's another section that continues with the ingredients. Vaccines also contain....."
Applejack suddenly put her hoof to Pinkie Pie's mouth. The pink pony wasn't even nearly done reading all of the ingredients. Applejack just couldn't bear to hear it anymore, because she was so disgusted by them. Nopony fully understood every single ingredient that was read off the list, but they were horrified by some of the obvious ones. Mainly the formaldehyde, aborted foal fetus, mercury, animal viruses, GMO's, MSG, and latex.
"Do ya'll realize what Twilight has been doin' to us? I knew that these vaccines had to be filled with toxins, but some of these ingredients are absurd! No wonder Scootaloo died and Fluttershy is still havin' serious convulsions and can't even eat anymore. We have got to get the word out to other ponies."
Rainbow Dash grabbed the book and prepared to leave the library.
"No! Wait!" Applejack said. "We can't take the book or else Twilight will find out that it was probably us who took it. We need to write the ingredients down and spread the word."
Rainbow came back and put the book down on the table.
Rarity took out a scroll from under the table and levitated a quill over to herself. She began to write down each deadly ingredient. She also copied down as much notes about many other medical topics as she possibly could. When she finished, Rainbow Dash took the book and put it in the exact same spot that she had found it.
The girls left the library. They had a lot of research to do. Applejack kept reminding them all that there is no knowledge that is not power. They would also begin doing scientific experiments with fluoride.

Applejack Meets The Food and Death Administration
"Stay here sweetie and I'll fetch ya some well water. I heard that they started puttin' chlorine, metals, pharmaceuticals, and other stuff in our tap water. I'll be right back sugar cube." Applejack left the barn and trotted happily over to the well with a metal bucket in her mouth. Suddenly, she dropped the bucket and was horrified at what she saw.
Two government thugs were wearing hazardous protection suits and were dumping some contents of a large metal barrel into her well. On the barrel was a warning sign with the picture of skull and cross bones.
Applejack came bounding over to them, but she didn't get too close, because whatever was inside that barrel was incredibly dangerous. "What in Equestria are ya puttin' into my well water? I didn't give any of ya'll permission to mess with my well water!"
When the workers finished pouring a tiny amount of whatever was inside the barrel into the well, they placed the barrel aside on the ground. Their hazardous suites crumbled loudly as they came over to Applejack. One of the workers spoke up. "We don't need your permission whether or not you want this water treatment. Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight Sparkle have given orders to have all water treated with fluoride. You're paying for all of this through your taxes anyway."
Applejack's mouth almost hit the ground. "Fluoride is not good and causes weakened bones, a lowered IQ, cancer, thyroid dysfunction, anemia, liver disease, heart disease, Down’s syndrome, and other problems. Fluoride is a politically protected, poisonous, industrial waste and people who get the most treatments with this garbage, end up having MORE cavities! I already know all about it. It's nothin' but an industrial waste product and I remember readin' history books about King Sombra puttin' fluoride in the crystal ponies drinking water, in order to dumb them down and make them more passive, so that they wouldn't revolt. Princess Celestia is doin' the same thing! History repeats itself doesn't it?"
The workers became rather upset and said, "That is a different kind of fluoride. The fluoride we are using is approved by Dentists and it is supposed to aid in the prevention of cavities. We are adding this to everyponys water for the health benefits. Of course, if one consumes too much fluoride it could be dangerous, but a healthy amount of fluoride is supposed to be good for your teeth and health."
Applejack slapped her hoof against her cheek in shock. "Ya'll mean to tell me that drinkin' industrial waste in so called healthy amounts, is now bein' promoted. I heard it's been added to toothpaste and pharmaceuticals too! Did ya know that the main ingredient in rat poison is Fluoride? Tell me, why is it that we're not supposed to swallow toothpaste because it has fluoride in it, yet its effects are supposedly harmless if we drink it in the water?! How does that make any sense? If it's so safe and harmless, then why do ya'll need to put on hazardous suits when carryin' that barrel around?"
The two workers looked at each other and then turned back to Applejack. One of them spoke up again. "We already told you that it's dangerous in large amounts, but what we added to the wells and water supply is supposed to be healthy and is supposed to be beneficial for your teeth. It's our job to travel across town and make sure that everypony is getting the required doses of fluoride. We have to wear these suits because we deal with it all day long and we have to be safe."
"Ya'll didn't answer my question! How come we can't swallow toothpaste because it has fluoride in it, yet it's okay if it's in the water to drink?" Applejack asked again.
The two workers turned their backs on her. They picked up the barrel and walked away.
"Where are ya'll goin'? Aren't ya gonna answer my question?" she asked.
Neither of them said a word. They ignored her question and walked off into the distance, carrying the large barrel with them.
Applejack bucked at the well in such anger and walked back to the barn with her head hanging low. She swatted at the metal bucket and it made a loud clanging noise as it scuttled across the ground.
"Applejack, I'm so thirsty. How come ya didn't come back with any water?"
Applejack sighed out loud. "I'm so sorry sugar cube, but the Princesses thugs were here and were puttin' poison in our well water. I'm goin' to have to give ya some tap water fer now, until I can work with the other girls and create some kind of water filter that removes the many toxins that are purposely added to our drinking water. I don't think we can find any pure water anymore, since Princess Celestia has been dumpin' waste and garbage into rivers, lakes, and streams. I heard it's not safe to collect rain water anymore because of the pollution that's been now goin' on. I'll come up with somethin' though. I promise."
Applejack walked back out of the barn, because she forgot that she needed to use that bucket to milk the cows. As she walked outside, she was greeted by two stallions. They were wearing business suits and had sunglasses on their faces.
"Excuse me miss, but are you Applejack?" one of the two stallions asked.
"Uh, Why yes. My name is Applejack and I run this here farm. What can I do for ya?"
"We are from the newly formed organization called the Food and Drug Administration and we will be shutting down your farm if you continue to sell raw milk to ponies. Raw milk is very dangerous for consumption and we have been getting cases of salmonella outbreak from ponies who consume the milk. We also heard you making unapproved claims and saying that your bowl of organic tart cherries can out perform our approved pharmaceutical drugs. We also heard you make statements saying that cayenne pepper, magnesium, and tyrosine can save a ponies life during a heart attack faster and safer than any of the approved drugs for heart health. You are also forbidden to make claims about turmeric and garlic as healing herbs. No cure has ever been approved by the F.D.A. Therefore, it is illegal to make claims about cures."
"WHAT!? Shuttin' down my farm? The Apple family has been sellin' raw milk fer generations! I have never had one case of any of my customers gettin' salmonella from drinkin' my milk. I'm careful with what I practice and I feed my cows healthy organic grass and take good care of em too! My organic tart cherries have been proven to work better than any pharmaceutical out there, when it comes to the treatment of pain! That's a scientific fact! You can't dispute that!"
"But even though that is true, it's not an approved claim," one of the stallions said. "We can have your farm shut down this very instant if you choose not to listen to what we are telling you. You must comply or face the consequences."
"What in tar-nations is goin' on here! Ya'll call yerselves the F.D.A. I think what it really means is the Food and Death Administration! Yer tryin' to put my farm out of business so ya'll can make even more money on yer drugs. Yer job ain't even to protect the ponies. It's to protect the big chemical companies from bein' sued from family members who lost their loved one's from takin' yer drugs and listenin' to yer propaganda. Ya'll like a broken clock. Ya get yer facts right every once in a while. I'll find a way to still sell my raw milk. Instead of advertisin' it to ponies, I'll now advertise for pet consumption only. Ya'll can't get me in trouble fer that!"
"That's fine," the other stallion said. "But if we hear any word about you advertising raw milk and promoting ponies to drink it, we will have your farm shut down immediately and we will put you in jail. The same goes for your unapproved claim about the bowl of cherries and any other unapproved claims that you may be making. Have a good day."
The two stallions quickly walked away from her farm.
Applejack waved her hoof angrily in the air at them. This world was becoming far too corrupt for her to handle.
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
The Maddness Behind it All
Applejack and her friends had set up a huge laboratory in her barn. It came to them as no surprise that once the water fluoridation began, ponies who drank the water began to have many cavity problems and many of them had fluorosis. Dentists began to scrape away at their teeth, in order to remove tooth enamel, that put them at greater risk for more cavities. Nopony seemed to understand that while they claimed brushing with hard tooth brush bristles was bad for their teeth, yet scraping away the enamel with the dentists metal instruments and poking bacteria deep into cavities was ok. Dentists were also allowing other poisons to be put into toothpaste such as triclosan, sodium lauryl sulfate, propylene glycol, titanium dioxide, as well as many other harmful and cancer causing ingredients. The more fluoride ponies consumed, the more cavities they ended up getting. It was a win-win situation for the Dentists and for the Dentists who were working together with Endocrinologists, by giving young fillies and colts pure fluoride tablets, in order to shut down their thyroids and then have them take a terrible pill called Synthroid. Applejack and her friends discovered that ponies began to have lower IQ's between the massive vaccinations and fluoridated water. The tests ponies at school took, proved this because their test scores dropped dramatically.
They conducted many other experiments and double blind studies to prove the insanity of what was going on. Sure enough, Applejack and her friends were also able to prove that the new homogenized milk caused serious heart problems and other health problems to the ponies who drank it. Applejack and her friends tried to get the warnings out as best as they could. Homogenization causes fat in milk to be broken into such tiny particles that milk does not separate from its cream. These fat particles are so unnaturally small that they are absorbed directly into the blood stream without proper digestion. These undigested fat particles stress the immune system greatly and cause extreme inflammation. There is an enzyme in cow's milk that becomes dangerous when milk is industrially homogenized called Xanthine Oxidase. This enzyme is used by young calves to aid with digestion, but it causes cardiovascular disease when it is unbound from the fat by homogenization. With raw milk, this toxic substance is not absorbed. Prior to homogenization, this offensive enzyme was always chemically bound inside milk fats, which were too large to enter into the bloodstream undigested. The natural particle size of fats inside unadulterated cow's milk acts as a shield to protect those from the milk's Xanthine Oxidase.
Neither pony was known for their scientific abilities, but they did the best they could and they learned lots of new things in the process. When the four ponies put their minds together, they found that they could discover new things.
One horrific discovery they made was that anything that isn't a food related product, does not require complete labeling by the F.D.A. and some products that you put into your mouth like gum, had some of the most toxic ingredients they had discovered, that were not labeled on the package. Even if not swallowed, toxins and poisons were still absorbed in the mouth, especially through the cheeks and under the tongue and entered their system. Just because a pony didn't swallow something, doesn't mean that they would be safe from whatever ingredients that were in that product, even if they spit it out. For the mouth was the very first part of the digestive system.
Everything was being changed and even something as harmless as aspirin was now different with chemical engineering and it was now being made synthetically like all of the other supposed medicines. Unlike the original pain reliever, the improved version was now fatal in large quantities.
Toys for fillies, colts and even toys for foals were now being created with cadmium and lead in hopes to have them grow up being sick. Many other items and products now contained these two killer ingredients and workers who made these products ended up dying quickly from being exposed to them.
The corruption did not end there. Perverted food was being promoted like canola oil that was formerly called rape seed, margarine, G.M.O.'s and many other things.
Once margarine hit the shelves and other foods with hydrogenated oils, the food industry and Equestrian Heart Association made claims that regular organic butter is bad for your health, even though heart disease was such a rarity and cancer was almost non-existent. Ponies began to panic and the sales of margarine soared. Ponies ended up having heart disease, cancer, and so many other health problems, who ate the perverted foods, even though the claims boasted that these re-designed foods would save them from these terrible diseases that very rarely existed in the past.
Around the time when Fluttershy became severely disabled, her friends went to her house and found a journal about what she learned about animals and health related topics about healing animals with special herbs and foods. They took this journal and studied it. It was Fluttershy that discovered that the only animal in the world to get heart disease is the guinea pig, because they are the only animal that couldn't produce their own vitamin C. Fluttershy supplemented her pets in order to prevent heart disease, which is linked to scurvy. Fluttershy had made some incredible discoveries on her own.
Because Rarity represented the element of generosity, she was most similar to the element of kindness that Fluttershy represented and often took care of Flutterhy's pets and animal friends to the best of her ability in her spare time.
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
Rarity's Loss
Twilight Sparkle watched Princess Celestia pace frantically in her palace.
"And how do we stop ponies from finding out that psychotropic drugs are the reason why violent ponies are going on rampaging killing sprees or a young colt or filly can seemingly kill their parents, executioner style, without any remorse, until the drug effects wear off? Or what about the many suicides that happen because of taking anti-depressants or other mind altering drugs?" Princess Celestia asked.
"It's really easy," Twilight replied. "I already created a strategy for the lawyers to use a scape goat for all of the violence and psychotic reactions."
"What is our scape goat?" the Princess asked.
"Video games," Twilight said. "Especially the violent ones. Video games are still kind of new and we can easily blame them for the killing sprees because evidence was found that fillies and especially young colts who play these games tend to be slightly more aggressive after playing a game. We can work with that fact and make claims that they alter the mind in such a way that encourages violent behavior. I'm sure when a pony plays a violent video game mixed with a mind numbing, mind altering drug, it will encourage the ponies to be even more violent. As for the suicides caused by the anti-depressants, all we have to say is that ponies would have committed suicide anyway because the Doctors felt they were depressed enough for the treatments to begin with. We can start to have the Doctors push more than one anti-depressant on a patient, or an anti-depressant mixed with anti-psychotic drug together. The more pills we pump these ponies full of, the more likely they will kill themselves or some other pony. These are powerful mind altering drugs and It will be hard to prove that our drugs are the cause of violence since everypony will have a unique reaction to the drugs in the first place. Like I said, we have well trained and very rich lawyers that will fight tooth and hoof to defend these chemical companies that push these medications onto ponies."
"Well done, Twilight! Well done!" Princess Celestia said as she clapped her front hooves together.
Twilight continued, "We also have our lawyers well trained in case studies that prove a certain medical practice or perverted food, is very hard to prove that it causes cancer, heart disease, and other health problems. We always make sure to cut the studies prematurely, right before a pony gets sick. All of the health problems will come on so much faster when a pony uses all recommended products, food, and medications together. It's very hard for a pony to prove that only one thing can cause them health problems. Cancer and heart disease are our best friends right now."
Rarity came bounding through the barn door. "Girls! Girls! Girls!" she cried out.
Everypony put down their science experiments and turned to the white unicorn.
"Sweetie Belle has cancer and my parents were stupid enough to take her to the Doctor. I admonished them not to do that and now the Doctor took Sweetie Belle away from us and my parents are upset because they decided they don't want to go through the new horrific treatments for cancer, but it's too late. We lost custody of her!"
Applejack face hoofed. "I'm so sorry sugar cube, but that's the way the new law works. I didn't take Apple Bloom to the Doctor, but I was able to prove in our barn lab that she also has cancer too. I guess it must be a combination of so many things goin' on, because cancer has never been an issue in my family and cancer was almost unheard of when I was growin' up with ya'll. I already had her start on the Budwig Protocol. Ya'll remember Budwig, the flax seed oil and cottage cheese mare that saved so many with her cure. I know there are no one hundred percent cancer cures out there, but there are many that do cure cancer and I'm so sick of religious hypocrites out there that freak out over a tattoo on somepony's body, claimin' that it's poisonous and disrespectful to the body, yet none of these religious ponies have no problem with fillin' their family and lil' one's with chemo poison. I ain't supportin' tattoos, but I just find it ridiculous! I thought our bodies were temples of the Holy Spirit and we had to bless ourselves. Let's go visit Sweetie Belle and see how she's doin'."
The four ponies left the barn and headed to the hospital. By the time they got to the hospital, the nurses were already getting the poisonous chemo therapy ready to inject into poor little Sweetie Belle.
Rarity ran through the door and wrapped her front legs around Sweetie Belle. She began to sob as she held on to her beloved little sister. The other ponies followed behind her.
"Rarity, why are you so upset? The Doctors and Nurses here are good ponies and they let me have a lollipop. This isn't going to hurt, right? I'm not going to die, am I?"
Rarity picked herself up and ran her hoof through Sweetie Belles mane. "I can't lie to you, Sweetie Belle. This is going to be extremely painful and traumatic for you. Chances are you will die, despite the lies that the Doctors tell you about the statistics, because we found out that all of the studies are biased and done by the ponies who promote the practice. If you survive this and the cancer returns, I will never allow our parents to take you to a Doctor again. I am so very sorry sweetheart."
Pinkie Pie took out a balloon and blew into it. She then shaped the balloon into a crown and put it on Sweetie Belle's head.
Even though Sweetie Belle was going through so much fear and dread, the little balloon crown made her smile a bit, because Pinkie Pie could cheer almost anypony up, no matter what the situation was.
Rainbow Dash wrapped her front leg around Sweetie Belle and said, "Hey kid, hang in there and be tough like me. We're cheering for you!"
"But am I going to end up like Scootaloo?" Sweetie Belle asked.
Rainbow put her hoof to her chest as the painful reminder came back about her biggest and most loyal fan. Rainbow was not a pony who often got teary eyed, but she began to cry and said, "I hope not Sweetie Belle."
The nurse set up the poison chemo therapy, pushed the needle into Sweetie Belles leg and injected the poison.
Sweetie Belle began to cry as the pain and torment was unbearable for her. The four ponies stayed by her side and tried to encourage her to be strong as much as possible, as they wept over her.
When the nurse was ready to leave, Rainbow Dash lashed out at her and said, "You know if they practiced this on prisoners it would be considered cruel and unusual punishment, but it's ok for Doctors to get away with this barbaric practice on a little innocent filly who doesn't even want to be treated this way. What ever happened to patients rights?"
The nurse ignored Rainbow Dash and continued to walk away.
Rainbow Dash shook her hoof angrily at her.
Sweetie Belle was still sobbing uncontrollably. "I just don't ever want to do anything like this again! Please make them stop, Rarity! Please!"
Rarity's heart was being broken for every second that her little sister stayed at this torture facility. "Sweetie Belle, if I had the power to take you home, I would and I would do my best to cure the cancer on my own, but our rights have been taken away, thanks to Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight Sparkle. We have no choice, but to go through this. I love you, Sweetie Belle."
It wasn't long before Sweetie Belle began to lose her mane and tail. She was now bald and every time the Doctors got ready to poison her, they found her cowering in the corner and clinging to the radiator in fear of what was about to happen to her.
The Doctors literally had to pry her off of the radiator every time, as she bucked and screamed in agony. She also began to have brain damage which would get worse as more and more poison was injected into her, thanks to chemo being able to penetrate the blood brain barrier and cause many patients to become retarded.
The four ponies stood around the little filly watching her shake and cry after her treatment was done for the day.
As the ponies were trying to get Sweetie Belle to calm down, two royal guard ponies came into the room.
Princess Twilight Sparkle followed behind them closely.
Applejack and her friend's were shocked that she came to visit Sweetie Belle. The girls had refused to bow before the Princess.
Twilight Sparkle walked past them and came over to the bed. "Hello Sweetie Belle. I, the great Princess, have decided to come visit you to cheer you up and to give you some hope."
Sweetie Belle stopped shaking and looked at Twilight. She pointed her hoof accusingly at her and said, "You're a monster, Twilight! Rarity says that I have to go through this all because of your stupid decree! You deserve to be punished and you shouldn't even be a Princess! I hate you! Get out!"
Twilight Sparkle put her hoof to her chest in shock. She tried to use techno-babble on the little filly in order to beat her down psychologically and to intimidate the little one. She began talking about how wonderful Doctors are and how ponies died terrible deaths from cancer, back before chemo was ever invented.
Applejack stomped her hoof on the ground. "Twilight, what are ya even doin' botherin' to come here? Yer support of chemo and radiation is about as evil as the time when you and Princess Celestia introduced abortions and started up the mare activists rights group.
Twilight Sparkle wasn't exactly in the mood to debate, but she said, "Most abortions are done during the first trimester of pregnancy, when the fetus is not viable as a pony and can not survive outside of the womb on it's own."
Applejack drew her hoof across the ground in anger. "Ya'll mean to tell me that a pony in a certain stage of development doesn't count as a viable form of life? What about Fluttershy? She can't survive on her own. Are ya goin' to abort her too?"
Suddenly, a certain grey Pegasus with a yellow mane and tail walked through the door with a letter in her mouth. None of the ponies happened to notice her because they were all facing away from the door. The mailmare stopped and listened to the conversation.
Twilight Sparkle was getting upset at this point. "No, but she should be put down and ponies who are retarded or have some kind of major problem, need to be terminated before they are even born."
"So ya like to play God and have yer say in who lives and who dies. It's a scientific fact that life begins at conception. What about ponies with special needs like Derpy Hooves? Are ya suggestin' that she should have never been born even though she brings the world so much love and happiness?"
"Derpy Hooves is a retard and a mistake, but we can still make good use out of her because she works. If I were her mother, I would have aborted her though," Twilight said.
Derpy Hooves heard that and tears flooded her eyes. She walked on over to the group and placed a letter on Sweetie Belle's chest. It was a special card from Apple Bloom wishing wellness to her friend. Derpy looked over at Twilight and said, "I'm very sorry for being born, Princess." She then suddenly ran out of the hospital crying.
Rainbow Dash joined in on the conversation. "Way to go, Twi. You hurt Derpy's feelings and your views on life are sick, evil, and twisted."
Sweetie Belle shot up and began agreeing with Rainbow Dash.
Twilight Sparkle turned her back on them and began to walk out of the door. Before she left, she turned around and said, "Oh, and Applejack, I noticed that you tend to be the most vocal of your little group. If I sense that there is too much awareness going on, I will have you killed. That's not a joke either. The only reason I have spared all of you is because we had a good friendship in the past. Just watch your mouth and watch your attitude." Twilight and the guards left the room.
Applejack shook her hoof at her and said, "Friendship is magic, but corruption and evil intent is not!"
When Twilight left the hospital, the media swarmed all over her like fly's on pies. The guards had to push the ponies away as they headed to her golden chariot. The media was so impressed, because they thought Twilight showed compassion for a filly who was suffering with cancer, but in reality, Twilight could care less about Sweetie Belle. She only came to visit her in order to boost her reputation and gain praise and adoration from the ponies that she ruled with Princess Celestia. In fact, she actually hoped that Sweetie Belle would die for opposing her.
Sweetie Belle ended up dying because her parents couldn't afford the poison treatments anymore and the Doctors decided to up the poison a bit more in order to finish her off once and for all because there wouldn't be anymore money coming in.
Five ponies stood around the grave of Sweetie Belle and mourned.
"Why did my cancer go away, yet Sweetie Belle's didn't?" Apple Bloom asked her big sister.
Applejack sighed and drew her near to her side. "We were able to cure yer cancer because we used God's good food and natural medicine that has been used for ages. Sweetie Belle was forced to go through somethin' so unnatural and evil, that it ended up killin' her. Even though the Doctors blamed the cancer, we all know that it was the chemo that did this. Chemo only makes cancer go into remission and it destroys one's immune system, so chances are, the cancer will come back in the same area or even in a different area of the body later on in life, as well as a host of new diseases and illnesses. I'm so sorry ya lost another very close friend and loved one."
"I don't have any more friends to play with because they are all dying. Do you think we can see Babs Seed again soon? How come I got cancer in the first place since we only eat organic?" Apple Bloom asked.
"I'll do my best to make that happen sugar cube. I believe ya got cancer because of the pollution that's been goin' 'round as well as the vaccine ya had, and that we were drinkin' fluoridated water for a long time, until the girls and I were able to invent our own special water filter."
Apple Bloom put her hoof to her chin and was deep in thought. "Is Twilight Sparkle ever going to be good again?"
Applejack shook her head in sorrow and said, "I fear not, but it's our responsibility to pray for our leaders. Twilight Sparkle used to be a wonderful friend and leader until the power went to her head. All we can do now is hope for change."
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
Flim and Flam's New Farm
Applejack watched the construction workers set up a new building right next to her land. It would be a brand new farm that would be run by no other than the Flim and Flam brothers. The barn and buildings were finished in no time and the land that they owned was enormous and circled around Applejack's farm completely. Sweet Apple Acre's was a very large farm and Applejack would have never guessed that any other farm would be as big or even bigger than hers.
When the Flim and Flam brothers began to have their workers work the fields, Applejack was disgusted by what they did. She saw that they pumped cows full of antibiotics and fed them unnatural diets. She saw that the workers had to wear hazardous protection suits as they sprayed the crops with poisonous pesticides. She saw that Parasprites and other insects refused to eat the crops because they were genetically modified.
Applejack began to lose customers because ponies were becoming dumber and dumber as the days went on, thanks to the constant supply of fluoride in their water and the vaccines that were constantly being pushed on the public. Ponies realized that even though the food didn't taste as good as Applejack's organic food, it was a little bit cheaper to buy and so they went about sacrificing their own health and ended up spending way more money than they could have ever dreamed of by having to go for many routine Doctor visits and evil cancer treatments.
The Flim and Flam brothers used fear tactics, saying that organic foods have manure residue on them and talked about other dangers with salmonella. Twilight Sparkle and the F.D.A. gave them permission to rename the genetically modified foods and call it nutritionally enhanced foods. Princess Celestia made it her mission to feed these foods to the poor and homeless, in order to kill them off and to gain praise and adoration by the ponies for pretending to do such a good deed, like feeding the poor. Not too many ponies seemed to question why it is that G.M.O.'s are banned all across the world, yet G.M.O.'s were legal here and pushed onto the consumers. The Flim and Flam brother's also terrorized Applejack on a constant basis by having their workers and trucks spew out GM seeds, so that they may land on her side of the farm and they could sue her once they prove that she has a G.M. crop growing from their seeds.
Applejack was hit with law suits and lost a lot of money. She had to erect a large barrier around her farm in order to keep the G.M. seeds away from her farm, that the workers were trying to plant on her side. Everything was going against the poor farm pony. She knew one day that she would not be able to keep up with her competitors and that her farm would eventually be shut down. It would be a shame, because her farm was the very last standing organic farm in all of Ponyville and Canterlot and that this was her ultimate passion in life. The only other farm that was organic was Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight Sparkle's hidden farm by the palace. They only ate organic foods because they knew how horrible and dangerous the effects of the genetically modified foods they were giving out to other ponies were.
Twilight Sparkle continued to set up various fake alternative medicine Doctors across Ponyville. She had them practice the most ludicrous and absurd practices that were just as bad, if not worse and more deadly, than the traditional medical professionals. It was all a set up and a game. The corrupt alternative Doctors cried out to the public and media that they were being persecuted by the F.D.A., in hopes that other ponies would be interested in them and see them as heroes, since ponies started finding out about how corrupt the F.D.A. is. However, the F.D.A. refused to shut them down even though they had the power to do so, because these Doctors were trying to lure in patients that were sick and fed up with traditional treatments and have them killed in order to show the world that all alternative medicine is outdated and bad to practice. Even though these Doctors were stealing money and killing ponies left and right, the F.D.A. refused to go after them. They had not a care in the world about them, but they had their eyes set on the last beaming light of truth in Ponyville. Applejack and her friends. They made it their mission to terrorize, and threaten the innocent farm pony who just had one wish in life, and that was to see ponies healed by the power of God's food and medicine alone. That was her crime in life and she would find her farm under constant attack for that wish.
Granny Smith could not stand the constant stress and worry over the farm and she developed high blood pressure. Rather than speaking to Applejack about it, Granny Smith went out to see the Doctors, because back when she was a filly, Doctors were good stallions and mares who took excellent care of their patients. She was so much older now and not with the times. She came back home with a bottle of blood pressure medication.
Applejack had admonished her not to take any pills and she provided organic garlic to take care of her health problem, but Granny Smith refused it and trusted the Doctor. He had promised her that this pill would save her life. That promise was a lie and all it did was temporarily keep her alive for just a little longer, until she died from a stroke due to taking the medication that was supposed to prevent her from a stroke in the first place.
It was all insanity and Applejack knew that all pharmaceuticals did was temporarily suppress symptoms while destroying one's mind and body over time. Many pharmaceuticals caused a massive snowball effect of other health related problems which resulted in Doctors prescribing more and more pharmaceuticals in order to fix the problems which were originally caused by the patient starting on a pharmaceutical. It was a major money making business for Doctors and the giant chemical companies who constantly pushed their new deadly pharmaceuticals onto the medical industry.
It was like a new age of Pagan witchcraft practice, and ponies all around Ponyville worshipped Doctors as their new Pagan god's. Back then, ponies sacrificed their foals to their imaginary gods. Now a day's, ponies were sacrificing their unborn foals in order to worship the gods of selfishness and to refuse taking responsibility in raising the foal. They believed that unborn foals, that didn't want to be kept, were parasitic and not viable as real living ponies. Little did they know that abortions not only destroyed one life, but it destroyed the life of what should have been the mother, thanks to abortions being linked to cancer and other health problems. The irony of it all was that the Equestrian Cancer Society funded and supported the biggest abortion practice known in all of Equestria, Planned Ponyhood, even though they were well aware of the links to abortions and cancers.
No matter what organization was formed be it the Equestrian Heart Association, the Equestrian Cancer Society, or some other kind of awareness group, none of these organizations cared a thing in the world about curing diseases. All they cared about was the money that kept rolling in from ponies who were stupid enough to make donations to these organizations that promised they were constantly seeking and doing research to find cures. Most products that ponies bought in the stores that sported the pink ribbon of death usually involved some kind of cancer causing ingredient as well. The Doctors were like high priests who dare not ever be questioned. Nearly all products were toxic be it food based or not. Even Rarity had to give up using her beauty products because of the horrible things that companies were purposely putting into their products, and Fluttershy would be horrified if she knew that companies were torment animals in the name of product safety, which was bogus and did nothing but slowly torture the animals to death in order to prevent lawsuits from ever happening.
Applejack knew that taking those pills were like making a deal with the Devil and that you always lose in the end. Once you take a pharmaceutical, it's like laying down on train tracks and it would only be a matter of time until you hear the choo-choo train coming for you and will be killed by the very thing that was promised to make you better. Sure, some very few pharmaceuticals did save lives, but if ponies actually lived a healthy life style and lived in a Godly manner, there would be next to no need for them.
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
Whoever Lives by the Spear, Dies by it
With enough scientific research, the four ponies were able to finally prove that the outbreak that killed scores of ponies was genetically modified and that Princess Twilight and Princess Celestia had committed terrible treasons against the ponies. All the girls helped spread the word across Ponyville. Applejack was the most vocal and literally stood on roof tops shouting the news to ponies all over town. The media went wild with this story and it soiled the reputation of the Princesses.
Many other towns ponies woke up and started planning some kind of revolt.
It didn't take long for Twilight Sparkle to make a personal visit to Sweet Apple Acres. She was surrounded by many guards this time. The guards busted through the door and Twilight Sparkle walked in.
Inside the barn, the four mares were working diligently with their science experiments.
"That's the one. Get her," Twilight Sparkle said as she pointed her hoof out in judgment to the orange mare who was holding a test tube.
The guards ran over and grabbed the farm pony.
"Let me go! I ain't done nothin' wrong!" Applejack cried out.
Applejack's friends ran over to try to aid her, but the other guards blocked them.
The two royal guards held Applejack down to the ground. A third royal guard came close to her and said, "Do you want me to do the deed now, my Princess?"
Twilight Sparkle looked down at the struggling earth pony. She then straightened her posture up and said, "No. I would like to do this myself."
The guardspony gave the Princess his spear.
"What are ya doin' to me, Twi?" Applejack asked. "We used to be the best of friends!"
Twilight Sparkle looked down at the pony and said, "I told you to shut your mouth and you defied your Princess. You will pay for your crimes now." Twilight stepped forward and plunged the spear into the chest of Applejack.
Applejack's friends desperately tried to over power the guards, but it was no use and there were too many guards to get past. They cried out in anger and terror at what they were witnessing.
Applejack let out a holler in severe pain and laid there on the ground in shock at what her former friend had just done to her.
Twilight Sparkle twisted the spear around inside Applejack's body, in order to make her moan out loud in pain and cause even more suffering. She then ripped the spear out of her chest and the guards let go of the orange pony.
Applejack looked up at Twilight and said her last words as she died. "They are comin' fer ya, Twilight. God told me that yer life will end soon and that yer never gonna repent, cause ya gone too far. Good bye, Twilight. I hope ya remember our special friendship that we once had. Whoever lives by the spear, dies by it." Applejack suddenly fell flat to the floor and died.
Twilight Sparkle spat upon her corpse and looked at the three other ponies, who were sobbing over the loss of their best friend. "Guards. Carry them out of this barn."
The guards did so and carried out the three mares.
The girls were bucking and screaming at them.
Twilight Sparkle watched her guards carry the mares out of the barn and when they were out of the way, she lit up her horn and casted a magical spell that set fire to the barn. She burned the entire barn down with Applejack's body inside and all of the science experiments and documents that were kept inside were now destroyed. She also had the land destroyed, so that the Flim and Flam brothers could take over the land and plant their poisonous crops.
Twilight Sparkle left the farm with her guardsponies. She had not one bit of remorse or sorrow in her heart.
Twilight Sparkle watched the Princess pace back in forth in her room like a mad pony.
"She is coming for me, Twilight," the Princess said. "I heard rumors and had terrible dreams that Princess Luna is coming back to kill me and to free the ponies of Ponyville."
"Relax Princess," Twilight said. "You're just being overly fearful again. We are safe now that I put an end to Applejack, and I'm sure Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity are going to be too scared to do anything now."
Suddenly, a royal guard had burst through the door. Whatever the matter was, it had to be super urgent, because she had ordered the guards not to enter this room. The guard dropped his spear and fell on his face. He picked his head back up and said, "My Princess, I am so sorry to break your command, but Princess Luna has gathered up an army and has attacked us from out of nowhere. I fear that we may not be able to hold up against her forces because the ponies from Ponyville and Canterlot are joining her side and rebelling."
The Princess stood there in shock. "Don't just stand there you idiot! Gather up all the guards and defend this palace at all costs!"
The guardspony saluted the Princess and quickly left. He was so afraid that he forgot to pick up his spear again. The spear had rolled over to Twilight Sparkle and it touched the tip of her hoof.
Princess Celestia rushed over to the door. Before she walked out she said, "Twilight, aren't you going to come with me?"
Twilight stood there looking down at the spear and said, "I will be with you shortly."
The Princess nodded her head in approval and quickly ran out of the door.
Twilight Sparkle opened up the drapes and looked out of the window. She saw the overwhelming army far in the distance, marching their way over to defeat Princess Celestia and herself. There would be no way that Princess Celestia's army could even come close to being able to win a battle versus an army of that size. A tear drop fell from Twilight's eye and hit the floor. She walked back over to the spear laying on the ground and used her magic to levitate it. She couldn't bear to imagine the kinds of brutal torture that she might face, if she was captured by Princess Luna. The words also echoed through her mind that Applejack said before she died. "Whoever lives by the spear, dies by it." Twilight Sparkle muttered her last words before she purposely fell onto the spear. "I will see you in Hell, Princess Celestia." Twilight fell onto the spear and she died quickly.
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
Princess Celestia stood on a wooden platform with a noose around her neck.
"And do you have any remorse or repentance for your sins, my sister Celestia?" Princess Luna asked.
"I did nothing wrong and all that had happened was not my fault. Twilight Sparkle tricked me and she is the mare you want, not me. I did nothing wrong!" Princess Celestia said.
"Lying lips are an abomination to God and you will die on this day because you have no repentance in your heart!"
Princess Luna waved her hoof at the soldier and he pulled the lever. The platform dropped down and Princess Celestia was left hanging there. Her neck didn't snap, so she ended up dying a slower death from suffocation.
Rarity, Rainbow Dash, and Pinkie Pie all sat close by and watched the Princess die.
Princess Luna turned to the three ponies when the soldier confirmed that her sister is now dead. "I need a new pony to raise the sun and I can grant thee magic powers for this mighty task! Which one of you wants to become a Princess?"
Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie backed away from Rarity. The white unicorn looked up at Princess Luna.
"Rarity! I will make you the new Princess of the sun!" Princess Luna suddenly transformed her into an alicorn and Rarity now had wings.
Rarity really was fit for royalty and she turned out to be a wonderful Princess and ruled with Princess Luna, together. Princess Cadence ended up staying where Princess Luna and she had ruled before, because she was a good Princess and the ponies could not stand to lose their precious leader.
Rarity would often remind herself of the terrible and traumatic events that she had witnessed and would humble herself daily before God, in order to keep the urges and temptations away from becoming a corrupt leader like Princess Twilight and Princess Celestia. It was all kind of crazy how Princess Luna, who was once known for evil, had become good, and Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight Sparkle, who were always good turned out to be evil. She often prayed with Princess Luna for wisdom and for a good and caring heart toward the ponies that they ruled. They made sure to burn all of the medical books and rediscover the natural healing wonders of God's food and natural medicine again.
"I just came to tell you how much I love you and I am so sorry for what happened to you," the new alicorn said.
The pony lay on the bed shaking with violent convulsions. She was unable to respond to the Princess.
"I came here and brought an animal critter friend from your cottage. I used to take care of them and now I have my royal guards spend time at your cottage, feeding and providing love and care for all of your special friends." Rarity suddenly scooped up Flutterhshy's most precious and beloved pet in her hoof and put it closely to Fluttershy's face.
Angel Bunny instantly remembered who she was and wrapped his little front legs around her neck. He was mourning for the suffering she was going through.
Rarity calmly picked him back up and said to him, "I'm so sorry for your pain. We all hurt because Fluttershy hurts and we will continue to provide for her, to the best of our abilities, because she blessed us in so many ways. Rarity bent down and kissed Fluttershy on her forehead before she left.
Rarity would never forget the love and passion that she shared with all of her friends, and she would continue to humble herself and be a gentle and kind leader, because she often modeled herself to be more like Fluttershy.

Most of this story is very much inspired by the real corruption of the medical industry, thanks to what the Rockerfeller family did during the great depression in America. This story only scrapes the surface of what is being done in our real world. I know that there is so much more that could have been added.
Twilight Sparkle Goes to the Dark Side of Science
Introducing the New Vaccine
After a very long time of waiting, Twilight sent out multiple letters to her friends saying that it was okay to come outside now. She had the guards bring up cases of syringes for the vaccines that she was about to introduce to Ponyville.
Princess Celestia told the media a while ago that Twilight Sparkle was working on a new type of treatment that would boost a ponies immune system up and save everypony from this deadly new virus.
The Princesses rode in a golden carriage, as two royal guard ponies flew across the sky to the hospital. When they arrived, the entire town or more like, what was left of the towns population, bowed down to Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight Sparkle, as they walked across a red carpet that the guards had rolled out for them.
For the first time, in such a very long time, the ponies of Ponyville showed respect and hoped that the Princesses might be turning good again with this new idea for some kind of immunity based injection.
The guards carefully walked very closely to the Princesses and had their eyes darting all around the room making sure that nopony would attempt assassination on Princess Celestia for her past corruption.
Twilight and Princess Celestia walked up to the podium. The lavender Princess took out her notes and a spew of propaganda, false statistics, and other medical heresy came out of her mouth when she spoke about this new medical breakthrough called vaccination.
The ponies bought the lies and Twilight Sparkle's friends trusted her because they never had any suspicion or saw any hidden motives or agendas about her in the past. She was the smart one after all, so how could she possibly be wrong about a subject that involved science? Twilight promised everypony that these vaccinations were safe.
Ponies began lining up for their shots and a table with a group of nurses began to inject the ponies. Everything was going according to plan.
Twilight's friends, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo were the very last one's in line waiting for their shots. She wanted to tell them not to get the vaccine, because she knew just how deadly these vaccines were just from testing them out on Fluttershy's pets. If anypony ever discovered what was being injected into their blood stream, there would be such an uproar and possibly violence. Twilight Sparkle bit her lower lip as her friends made their way to the table. She had to let them get the vaccines because she could not raise any suspicion about the dangers of the short and long term effects.
There were so many nurses at the long table giving the injections, that all of her friends and the Cutie Mark Crusaders could get there shots at the same time.
Twilight Sparkle bit her lower lip again hard and said a prayer in her head that nothing would go wrong.
The moment Scootaloo got her band aid on her arm, she jumped out of her seat and ran over to see Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom. They had a special play date together and couldn't wait to get to their club house. Scootaloo ran for just a moment and then collapsed to the floor.
Fluttershy got up out of her chair and tried to run over to help Scootaloo, but she collapsed to the floor and was shaking violently with convulsions.
The nurses checked Scootaloo's pulse and they pronounced her dead.
Fluttershy was taken away on a stretcher. She would end up never being able to recover from this and would have to be fed through a tube implanted in her stomach for the rest of her life.
Twilight Sparkle began to panic. It wasn't just over the fact that Fluttershy was her friend and had suffered a terrible reaction to the vaccine, or the fact that her scientific work just killed Scootaloo, but more importantly to her, she was more concerned over the truth coming out about her creation of the vaccine and perhaps having other ponies question what exactly is inside these vaccines.
Twilight's friends watched in horror as they took the yellow mare down the hallways. Her friend's then turned to Scootaloo.
Apple Bloom ran to Appejack's side and said, "Why did Scootaloo fall asleep so fast and can't wake up?"
Applejack suddenly covered Apple Bloom's eyes and said, "I'm so sorry Apple Bloom, but I'll have to explain what happened to her later. Ya just better leave right now with Sweetie Belle and go to yer tree house."
Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle made eye contact with each other. They had no idea what was going on, but they obeyed Applejack's words and left the hospital.
When Applejack watched the two fillies walk out of the building, she turned back to Scootaloo and looked down at the dead filly. She took off her hat and began to cry in it. All of her other friends came close and began to weep over the death of the filly as well.
Suddenly, Applejack looked at Twilight Sparkle and wiped her tears away from her eyes. She became filled with anger. "What in tar-nations did ya give to us, Twilight? How come Scootaloo is dead and Fluttershy is havin' convulsions?"
Twilight Sparkle shifted around uncomfortably. "Well you see Applejack, there are certain ingredients in this vaccine that must be there in order to stimulate a proper immune response and some ponies may have different reactions to what's inside these vaccines due to their genetic make up."
"Ya killed Scootaloo with yer medical treatments and Fluttershy is havin' convulsions! Ya said that yer work would be a break through in medical science and yet we have a dead pony as a result of yer new vaccine."
Twilight Sparkle became angry that Applejack criticized her scientific work and said, "Applejack, this is a huge break through in medical science and if not for this vaccine, Scootaloo and Fluttershy would have died from this viral outbreak that spread across Ponyville."
"Tell me exactly what yer puttin' in these vaccines, Twilight. We have a right to know!" Applejack said.
Twilight became uncomfortable and said, "I choose not to answer that question. You will just have to take my word for it that these vaccines are saving lives from this outbreak."
Rainbow Dash began thinking and said, "How come you nor Princess Celestia got your vaccinations?"
Twilight looked at Princess Celestia with a fearful look in her eyes. She then turned back to them and said, "We do not get vaccinations for safety and efficacy reasons.
Rainbow Dash couldn't believe what she had just heard. "Wait a minute, so you're telling me that you're pushing vaccines on everypony else, telling them all that they are safe, yet you won't vaccinate yourselves for safety and efficacy reasons! What exact kind of hypocrisy are we dealing with here?"
Twilight Sparkle became furious that Rainbow Dash had questioned her science and said, "Rainbow, the Princess and I are risking our lives for all of you. We very well could die from being exposed to the outbreak that is killing off all the ponies in Ponyville. You should be thankful that we helped you all. Without this vaccine, you would all be dead. I'm sorry about what happened to Scootaloo and Fluttershy, but this is for the greater good! Do not be so unscientific with your assumptions."
Rarity became confused at what Twilight had just said. "Then why did you send us letters saying that it would be safe to come out again?" The white unicorn asked.
"I-I-I..." Twilight began to stutter. "I have to go right now." Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia hurried out the door quickly before any of the ponies could make any more connections to the corruption behind her inventions. The guards followed them close by, making sure that there would be no attacks on either Princess. She left her friends with so many more questions that they wanted to ask.
