Sensei Zukko and the Changeling infiltration
A place near from Ponyville, lies a old monastery where an ancient earth pony lives. Ninjas train there to defend from evil, such as Changelings. All was at peace, for now.
“Ah… Nothing better than a cup of tea.” the grey earth pony continued to sip his tea, and then he heard some knocking at the door. “I wonder who that could be?” He walked to the door, and opened it.
“Oh hello! I’m the Doctor. I don’t think we met, but my TARDIS just landed near your monastery.”
“Tardis?”
“Yes, the blue box that is bigger in the inside.”
“I heard of the pony in the blue box, the ancient scrolls said many things about it. Does it time travel?”
“How did you know that?”
“Just a hunch.”
“By the way, what is your name?”
“Sensei Zukko Majaihko”
“Are you the one who wrote the books called ‘The Art of the Muffin’ and ‘How to fight a Changeling’ ?”
"Yes. The books are very popular with many readers. Why you ask?"
"My companion Ditsy Doo has the muffin book, and she read it to me. But the one about Changelings said that the Changelings once were Flutterponies. I heard of them, but it was long ago.”
“I once had a friend who was a flutterpony… I hadn’t heard from him since that day of when Discord changed them all… And, who is this Ditsy? I wish to meet her in person.”
“Ditsy! A special pony wants to see you!”
A grey Pegasus with yellow hair and derp eyes came out of the Tardis. “I know you! You’re the pony who wrote The Art of the Muffin! Can I have your autograph?”
“Sure!” He signed a piece of paper, and gave it to her.
The grey Pegasus happily went inside the building. A loud crash was heard. When the two Earth ponies rushed in, Ditsy was near a broken vase.
“I think I broke something.”
“It’s okay, I was about to get rid of it anyway.”
“Sooo… Do you own this place?”
“Yes, it was built to train ninjas. It was passed down to me from my father.”
“Is he still living?”
“No. He died from the war in Canterlot…”
“Oh, I’m terribly sorry that happened. Was he any chance perhaps Kinhei Majaihko?”
“Yes. I didn’t know how he died. How do you know his name?”
“I was in the war, and found Queen Chrysalis attacking him. She mentioned his name, and ranting on about something, something about killing his son, then she killed Kinhei on the spot.”
“You could have let my father live!”
“I couldn’t, she was too powerful at the time”
Zukko cleaned up the broken glass, and then he said, “I believe you should leave. I have a strange feeling that danger is near.”
Meanwhile somewhere else, a large Changeling was monitoring the whole thing. She chuckled, and then spoke “Yes, it was I, Queen Chrysalis, who killed your father. I was looking all over for you, searching for the one child. Let me send my welcome gift to help soothe your sorrows. And it will be a one heck of a surprise!” she laughs some more.

Sensei Zukko and the Changeling infiltration
After Zukko finished cleaning, he wondered why the Doctor and his companion didn't leave.
"We have been in many types of danger. Why should we leave?"
"Lets just say that I can sense danger in an hour before the danger occurs."
"I see."
"Want to have a tour of the Monastary while you're here?"
"Sure. Ditzy, want to see what is here?"
"Yes!"
The three went inside. As they went in, they entered a large dojo room.
"Is this... A dojo?"
"Your correct. This part is the training room. Or we use it as a party room, with refreshments and music."
As they went along, they went into a hallway. Many doors were over there, including bedrooms, restrooms, and closets. Finally they came into the yard.
"I can see you have a very nice garden. The gazebo looks great, and the koi pond looks very amusing. I can't see why that anyone would attack this place."
"Enemies come and go, but they usually end up defeated. Once in a while, some ninjas from the streets attack my home. I usually get some spare time relaxing in the meditation room. Well, thats about everything."
"Ditzy, the tour is over. You can look at the fish later."
"Aww... Okay Doctor, I'm coming."
"The hour is over... I think we might need to get back to the area we first chattted."
"Sure. When we are done, what about a party?"
"Sure, why not."
Over the mountains surrounding the monastery, an army of Changelings was approaching. Queen Chrysalis led them into war. She commanded "Go my minions! Defeat Zukko and all who gets in my way!"
"Wait... I think I see my old friend.... but a war is a war." Said Zukko.
"Come on Ditsy! No time to waste!"
The three ponies tried their best to ward off the attack, using every bit they had to fight.
"There is too many! We need to find a better tactic!"
"I have an idea."
While war went on, Zukko went inside the monastery, looking for the right scroll to reverse the changelings, but he was suddenly blocked.
"Cant you see that I am trying to get through? Off with you!" He punched a Changeling with his hoof.
A flood of changelings entered the halls. Zukko then finally found the scroll room. He found the Doctor holding a scroll.
"Is this it? Here catch!"
He caught the scroll, and then chanted the words on the scroll. A bright light flashed.
"NOOOOOOOOO!" said Chrysalis, who was turning back to a pegasus.
The Flutterpony race was restored, and Zukko found his long lost friend. Chrysalis was put behind bars till her 5 years are over, due to her crimes against Equestria.
