Chapter 1: Spell From the Archives
Celestia was distraught. Twilight had died too early. Now there was no heir for the throne. She quickly rushed to the archives. A revival spell. There had to be one.She looked at books, but one caught her. Creation Spells: All Your Creation Spells Here! She may not be able to revive Twilight, but she could make a new princess. She turned to the page, Foals and started reading. Step 1: Race: In order to create a foal, you must first decide it's race. If making a pegasus, put a pegasus feather in. If making a unicorn, sprinkle in some magic. If making an Earth Pony, put nothing in here. Step 2: Gender: If making a filly, put a stuffed bear. If making a colt, put in a toy rocket. Step 3: Define: Write down good traits you want for the foal and throw the paper in the cauldron. Step 4: Destiny: Place what the foal's destiny should be in the cauldron. Step 5: Form: When to prior steps are completed, a foal should have popped out of the cauldron Congratulations on your new foal!
"Luna! Luna!" Celestia yelled, dashing to her sister.
"What sister?" Luna asked.
"I've found a way to make a foal. With magic!"
"What are you implying?"
"Twilight was to be our heir. Now that she's dead, we need a new heir. Why not make one with this spell?"
"That's crazy enough to work!" Luna said, "I'll get the royal unicorns immediately."
In the Royal Magic Chambers, a spell was underway. Millions of ponies waited outside the castle for news on the spell. Celestia read the spell for the unicorns to cast. They added a pegasus feather, unicorn magic, a teddy bear, a sheet of paper, a ray of the sun, and a rock from the moon into the cauldron. A blue mist came from the cauldron. When it cleared an alicorn filly stood there. She was white, had a black mane, and blue eyes. Her flank was bare.
Celestia and Luna had talked, and Celestia was to be her mother. She went and picked up her foal, who looked frightened.
"Don't worry, little one." Celestia said, "Mommy's here."
