Still at Twilight's House

Ed had finally gotten "Sleeping Twilight" to let go of him for what seemed liked hours of suffocation and was walking down the stairs to living room... or the library room he thought.

"Yeesh, Twilight for a book worm your pretty strong" Ed said to himself

Just as Ed reached the bottom of the stairs he suddenly felt a vibration on his right thigh. Knowing what it was he pulled out his phone from his pocket and took a look at the screen.

"Huh?" Ed said as he read the words "Princess Celestia" off the phone's screen. With a swipe he answered the call.

"This is Edward speaking" He said as he held the phone to his ear.

"[Hey shor- er... I mean Edward hehe, sorry I had you down as shorty because you know your kinda sh-]" *Click*

Celestia didn't even get to finish her sentence as Ed hung up and put the phone back in his pocket. With that he started walking towards what he thought was the kitchen and looked in the fridge. A few seconds later after finding no food what so ever he got another call on his phone. He reached into his pocket and answered it.

"This is Edward speaking" He said again

"[Why did you hang up on me Edward~]" Celestia said over the phone in a girly whiny voice

Ed's eye twitched "Oh I don't know... take a wild guess"

"[OH OH is it about your heig-]" *Click*

Ed again but the phone back in his pocket, only to be called again by Celestia. Ed sighed and answered the phone.

"[Sorry...]" Celestia said in a defeated tone

"It's alright Princess... now what is this call about" Ed said as he got into a serious mood

"[Oh nothing, just wanted to test the phone out that's al-]" *Click*

And with that said Ed's phone was already being put into his pocket.

"Jeez this Princess" Ed sighed as he got another vibration from his phone

Ed pulled out his phone again but saw that it was a text this time and read it.

[Sorry for playing with you but I had to make sure the phone worked :3 If you have any problems shorty then be sure to call me okay. Oh and we need to talk about your living conditions so I will be coming to Ponyville in a day or two to talk to you.] - Your tall Princess ~ Celestia ~

Ed sighed and put his phone back into his pocket. "My living conditions huh" Ed said thinking to himself.

"Well technically I am poor and homeless here in Equestria so I guess talking to the Princess about getting a job and a temporary roof over my head wouldn't hurt." Ed thought to himself as he took a look at the library around him.

He noticed how dirty the room itself was and sighed. "Well for one I'm not gonna let the perso- er... pony that saved me live like a shut in" he said as he opened some windows letting some fresh air in. He then turned around and looked at the library with passion in his eyes. "Time to clean"

15 Minutes Later

"Annnddd that's the last one" Ed said putting the final book into last section of the Z row.

Ed looked over to the books he had set aside and walked over to them. He picked one up and read the title.

"Equestria's History... I should probably start with this one" he said walking over to a nearby chair and sitting in it.

He flipped to the first page and began reading

"In the beginning their were two Alicorns, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna... Wait?!... Celestia has a sister?!" Ed said becoming more interested in the book.

A few hour later

"And with the Elements of Harmony, the Mane Six vanquished the evil within Nightmare Moon making her evil no more. And returning Princess Luna to her normal self" Ed said as he read the final chapter in the history book.

Ed smiled as he finished the last chapter but noticed that there was another page stuck to the last one. He was going to pull it apart to read it but felt a presence watching him. Ed turned to see Twilight half hiding behind her door with a quill and scroll in air.

Ed chuckled "How long you been there Twilight"

"Umm... I'd rather not say" The purple mare said blushing still hiding behind her door.

"So Twilight, you never told me you were a hero of Equestria" Ed said standing up to stretch

"Well I'm not much of a hero without my friends" Twilight said rubbing the back of her head as she came down the stairs.

"Well hero or not I still thank wanna thank you for saving my life" Ed said as he walked towards Twilight

"What do you mea-" Twilight stopped talking as Ed gave her a sudden hug. Twilight didn't know what to do at first but only stood there for a few seconds until she heard Ed speak.

"Twilight... you know that if you hadn't teleported me to your world... I would have died..."

Twilight's eyes widened as she listened to the human.

"So I thank you Twilight... I thank you with all my heart..." Ed said as he felt a tear well up in his eye.

Twilight stood silent processing what he just said. She slowly hugged him back feeling a tear go down her cheek.

"Don't worry Edward... your safe now" She said tightening her hug.

The two of them remained silent for a while as they stood in each other arms. After what seemed like a minute both realized that that they were hugging each other for too long and let go simultaneously. Both felt their cheeks heat up as they suddenly found a certain part of the room interesting to look at.

"Oh ya!" Ed said suddenly remembering the mare he met while he was carrying Twilight.

"While you were out this mare named Rarity told me that if you couldn't make it to lunch then it was okay" Ed said looking back at Twilight.

Twilight blinked and face palmed herself. "Shoot that's right lunch" she said suddenly teleporting herself out of the room.

Ed was now the one to blink as he had no idea where she had just gone. "Twilight?" he semi yelled hoping for an answer back.

"BATHROOM" The mare yelled from one of the room's in the library

Ed could hear the shower turning on and her yell "WHAT TIME IS IT?"

Ed checked his pocket watch and said "12:46" at the top of his lungs.

"WE CAN STILL MAKE IT" Twilight yelled from the bathroom.

"We?" Ed said to himself as he heard Twilight yell again

"EDWARD CAN YOU GET ME A TOWEL THERE ISN'T ONE IN HERE"

"Alright" Ed said semi-loud as he began searching for a towel. After looking for a few seconds he found one in a nearby stack he put down earlier. He took one from the stack and went to the bathroom.

"I got your towel" Ed said as he opened the door...

Edward froze as he saw Twilight standing with only a towel on her head and no other clothing on.

Twilight spoke "I found a uh... towel under my clothes... I must have been in a hurry that I didn't see it..."

"I see hehe..." Ed said as he smiled

After what seemed like hours Ed slowly closed the door feeling his cheeks heat up.

"This is gonna be all longgg day"
