Chapter 1
Luna’s moon shined brightly against the night sky and the twinkling stars of Equestria, a Draconequus and a familiar purple unicorn sat down on a balcony as they stared at the sky in content.
They were none other than Discord, the spirit of Chaos and Disharmony and his mare friend, who was the one and only Twilight Sparkle.
A lot of people would be gawking at their relationship, because 1.He’s the representative of CHAOS and DISHARMONY, 2.He WAS a villain and 3. He and Twilight are the exact opposites of each other.
But there’s a saying that opposites attract, and it’s true in this cause. Twilight did admit that her life needed just a bit of excitement, which Discord was more than happy to provide.
Both of them didn’t think that their relationship would have worked out, they started out hating each other after he was released to be ‘reformed’, but that soon grown to friendship and that friendship became love.
Neither wanted to admit it until the night when they confessed to each other. They were by a lake and it was peaceful and quiet, Discord had decided to make a prank and made his tail into a mistletoe and hung it over them.
The mare had blushed and actually leaned in to kiss him. Discord still could remember that night as clear as day.
Flashback
Discord smirked as he thought of a prank to play on the unicorn beside him who he had harbored romantic feelings for. He made his tail turn into a mistletoe and hung it over them.
He nudge Twilight and pointed to it. Twilight turned and blushed when her eyes landed on the object.
“How about a kiss Twilight?”he purred, snickering inwardly, imagining her blushing madly and saying no. But he did not expect to feel lips on his. His eyes widened when he realized that Twilight was kissing him ON. THE. LIPS!
His feelings took over and he closed his eyes, kissing back. They continued for a while before pulling away, huge blushes on their faces.
Twilight spoke, “Um…Discord?”
“Yes…Twilight?”
“I have something to tell you…..”
“What is it my dear?”
Twilight blushed at the endearment before answering, “I….I love you.” Discord’s eyes widened in surprise as his heart jumped for joy in his chest. Twilight returned his feelings!
He smiled genuinely, leaning his forehead against hers slightly and whispered into her ear, “I love you too…Twilight Sparkle.”
Now it was Twilight’s turn to be surprised, she smiled brightly and also leaned her forehead against his. They stayed like that, the moon shining brighter above them, as if it was pleased with the newly formed couple.
End of Flashback
“What are you thinking about Discord?”Twilight’s voice jolted Discord back to the present. He looked down at the beautiful unicorn and smiled.
“Just thinking about the night we became a couple,”he answered. Twilight smiled that beautiful smile and nuzzled him.
“That’s my favorite memory,”the purple unicorn stated, leaning into him. Discord curled his tail around the both of them and they continued to stare at the sky. All was peaceful until…
“HE- BANG!”
Both of them jumped in shock. “What was that?”Twilight asked nervously.
“I don’t know, we’ve might have imagined that….if we didn’t then everypony would be awake,”Discord replied, frowning slightly. Twilight nodded in agreement then yawned.
Discord smirked, “Sleepy?”
Twilight yawned again, “Yeah….I’m gonna call it a night.” She stood up, kissing Discord on the cheek and trotting to her bedroom.
Discord heard the click of the door shutting and the rustling of sheets, then silence. Twilight had fallen asleep.
‘Should I tell her about that?’he wondered, before flying off into the night, his eyes glowing blood red.
