Title: With Wings and Horn

Blurb: When Twilight Sparkle gains wings during her rampage of her magic at the entrance exam, everypony thought she was destined for greatness. However, the course of history still seemed eager to follow the events of the cardinal universe until the fateful encounter with Nightmare Moon, when another alicorn appears.

Calling herself The Cardinal, she vows to destroy this aberrant world. Now, Twilight and her newly minted friends must race to prove herself worthy of her change and find the entity The Cardinal calls The Aberrant before their universe is destroyed.
