What if Equestrians developed firearms? What if ponies learned how to operate and commit crime with said firearms? Clinks DeLaney is a no good schmuck living in the streets of Manehattan. When he's given a chance to work and earn some dough of his own, he has no choice but to take it. The job he's given, however, is questionable. Hotshot, the leader of the notorious street gang, The Manehattan Hatters, has offered Clinks a position in what he calls: "The Petty Robbery Department". This was the start of Clinks' new life.
