Celestia laid comfortably in her bed, her hooves wrapped tight around her pillow and a smile on her muzzle. Her plush mattress caressed her body even as she shifted positions, still hugging the pillow. Her room was dark and cool, a few beams of sunlight filtered through the curtains she had on her window.

The smell of coffee drifted into her room and she took a breath. She slowly opened her eyes and took in another deep breath, the sweet aroma filling her senses. With a yawn Celestia sat up blinking a few times in attempt to wake up. The only thing that filled her thoughts were the thoughts of that magical black gold.

Stifling another yawn she clambered off her bed, dragging a pillow with her as she did. Celestia passed by the curtains but didn't bother opening them, she would have to remember to ask Luna for a day of eternal night so she may sleep as long as she wanted with interruptions.

"Good morning Celly." a calm voice came from behind her.

"Gah!" Celestia turned in surprise, firing a beam of pure magic at whoever dared to frighten her at such an early time of day. The beam hit, well, almost her target: a certain draconequus. "Discord?!"

The frightened draconequus stared at Celestia with large eyes, and black scorch mark on the wall next to him where Celestia had shot. He should've know better than to scare a barely awake princess Celestia until she has had her coffee. Even then it would have been a risky move.

"Discord, why on Equestria are you in my chambers?" Celestia demanded, her horn glowing ready to blast another beam of magic at Discord.

Discord figured telling her what he really came to tell her would be a bad idea so he came up with a different one. "I thought you'd like some coffee." he said snapping fingers, a coffee mug and pot of freshly brewed coffee appeared in front of Celestia.

Without hesitation Celestia took both in her magic's grasp and poured herself a cup. Steam rose out of the cup and Celestia inhaled the aroma, completely forgetting Discord in the room with her. She brought the cup to her lips and sipped at the coffee. The taste was unlike any other coffee she had before, however an uneasy feeling overwhelmed her. Usually Discord came to her whenever he did something absolutely stupid and thought it would be a great idea to tell her.

Letting out a wary sigh Celestia looked at Discord with a stern look but he didn't seem to notice. "Discord, what did you do this time?"

Discord mocked a hurt expression, "Me? Why I'd never do anything terrible."

"Just tell me."

"How about we discus this over breakfast?" he suggested before snapping his fingers and disappearing.

Celestia let out another sigh and downed the rest of her coffee before heading out the door. Outside her door two guards stood at attention, Celestia relieved the two of their duties before slowly making her way to the dinning room. When she got there Luna and Discord were in their seats, Luna half asleep with four cups of coffee in front of her. Discord on the other hand had his seat floating above the table. "Good morning Luna." Celestia said taking her own seat.

Luna absentmindedly replied with a quiet hello before lazily taking a cup of coffee into her hooves and drank it down. Luna's mane was a mess, signs of staying up all night playing her video games once again. Celestia thought that there was no doubt that Luna's headset was hidden under her sister's mane.

"Stay up again?" Celestia inquired just to strike some conversation. Luna didn't even reply, in fact she looked asleep. Her head hung down, her mane covering her face. "Luna!"

Luna jolted up, her eyes wide with surprise. "I'm awake!" she tried to reassure her elder sister but to no avail. Celestia was shaking her head pitifully at Luna from across the table. "What was your question again?"

"I asked if you stayed up again."

"....no?" Luna hesitantly replied before quickly bringing a second cup of coffee to her muzzle and sipped at it this time around.

Celestia didn't look too amused at her sisters reply. "Would you mind telling me when you went to bed then?"

Luna looked up at Celestia, then Discord giving him a pleading look but he dismissed her with a claw. Luna looked back to her sister who was waiting patiently for a reply. Luna's ears fell flat against her head realizing she had no escape. "I umm.... not too late." Celestia glared at her from across the table and Luna swallowed a small lump in her throat. "...Five..." she said rather quietly and brought the, now empty, cup to her muzzle to avoid having to answer again in case Celestia didn't hear her the first time.

Celestia had in fact heard Luna's response but decided to not scold her sense it was the weekend. She was, however, more interested in what Discord had been doing. "Discord, now that we're all here..." she quickly glanced at Luna who looked like she had drifted back to sleep again. "...more or less, what was it you were going to tell us?"

Discord glanced in Celestia's direction then at Luna who seemed more awake. "Well you see I was strolling around last night, bored-"

"As usual..." Celestia interrupted.

Discord glared at her before continuing his story. "Anyway, I passed by our dear Luna's room while she was gaming and a thought came to mind." Celestia groaned at the statement but Luna watched intrigued by where Discord was going with this. "I decided to throw all of our little friends into a video, each in a different one to fit their game style."

"You did what!?" Celestia demanded completely in shock. "You can't send the elements into video games for your own amusement!"

Discord rolled his eyes, "Relax, they're completely safe. If needed I can pop them right back out, and besides, it's for all of our enjoyment." he quickly snapped a paw and a large screen TV appeared. The screen was split into six different sections, each with the title-screen for the game. "Allow me to tell you who is in what game."

The game in the top-left corner zoomed in and took up the whole screen. On it was a blue-ish background with what looked to be a machine of some sort made of metal. Luna of course instantly recognized the game as it was one of her top-five favorites. But something was off, the title.

"This is Ponyfield Three, the human version of it which is know as Battlefield Three." Discord began. Both Celestia and Luna gazed at the screen in confusion then at Discord.

"So... you're saying that there's an alternate dimension where another species exist?" Luna inquired, starting on her third cup of coffee.

Discord nodded his head. "Exactly. Rainbow Dash will be playing this game, she has all the DLCs and game modes to chose from. My guess is that she'll go straight for air superiority. Onto the next."

Discord snapped again and the screen was taken up by the title screen for a different game. The title art had a very dreary sense to it. It was in what looked to be a dark room with bits and pieces of damaged parts laid strewn about. Many panels hung from the ceiling along with what looked like an iron support beam. Laying in the shallow murky water was a white object with a single yellow light illuminating the water. Along with the debris and tangled wires hanging from a ceiling were masses of green foliage tangling themselves in the mess.

On the left of the screen were many options that the player could chose from. Above said options were bold white letters that read Portal 2 with a blue person sticking out of a thin blue line which could be implied as a portal. Luna stared in awe at the mass amount of similarities this game provided to the one she owned while Celestia was completely baffled by the whole thing.

Luna immediately knew who would be playing this one, no doubt it would be Twilight. Luna had played the game so many times she had memorized each of the rooms and she could only assume all the rooms would be exactly the same. Discord went on to explain Twilight would be attending the game just as Luna had predicted and went on to the next game.

The title screen for this game was relatively bland, an completely grey background and a figure on the right hand side which both princesses assumed to be what a human was. It had what seemed to be a rather angry expression and was holding something the almost looked like the hand of a primate. To the left of the human were bold white words that said 'Call of Duty Black Ops 2' and the word 'start' below that flashed.

Discord explained Applejack would play the multiplayer part of the game and warned the princesses about the very annoying little children and bad mouths enjoyed playing this game. This was not something that Luna was use to sense there weren't very many ragers in Equestria.

After Applejack Discord announced the other three mare's games. Rarity would be playing Minecraft, Fluttershy Amnesia, and Pinkie Pie Dishonored. Luna knew of Amnesia and protested against it. Once Celestia became aware of her sisters' concerns she too calmly objected to the game and wished for something a little lighter for the unsuspecting mare. Discord gave thought to it for a moment trying to decide on a game that would be enjoyable for both parties. In the end he came to the conclusion of choosing Halo Reach in firefight mode.

Again Luna addressed concern but did feel it was much better than Amnesia. As for the last two games- Minecraft and Dishonored- she had not hear about and was thoroughly interested in each of them. With each of the six mares in their respected games and yet awaken- according to Discord- both princesses agreed on lunch time to begin, although Celestia was still uncertain about the whole ordeal she agreed to let it happen so long as they were safe.

With everything settled out Celestia went to day court and Luna swiftly made her way to the Canterlot gardens to enjoy the morning.
