Cele Solarise -by Cosmalone- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1: Wake up call //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter 1: Wake up call Celestia opened her eye lids, slowly, allowing the light from the outside to enter her eyes .It was too blurry to see anything, but she could make out light fixtures, all arranged in a circle above her face. Her memory was vague and were she was, she did not know. As her vision started to clear, she could see solid shapes, Very rounded surfaces and a white celling. The lights that had shone from above were actually connected to a lamp like disk. The lights were blue with an aura of warmth emanating from them, kind of like the sun back in Equestria. Her mind raced. How could she have ended up in a place like this? Now her hearing had returned and she could hear a quiet humming noise coming from all around her. She tried to remember how she had ended up here. She remembered something about testing some powerful spells and then… nothing. She felt weird though, like she wasn’t what she was meant to be. She tried to lift a hoof, but it was caught on something. She tried again, but with both of them, they wouldn’t budge. She moved her head down to see what it was that was restricting her movement. There, where her chest should have been, was a black, glassy arch-like panel. It blocked most of her vision from the front, but she could still tilt her head to the side. Her vision was still a bit fuzzy, but she could see the environment was very alien to her. She could see that on her left was a white wall with panels of orange tinted lights. This intrigued her and she moved her head to the right to see what was on the other side of the room. On the far right wall was an assortment of what looked like hospital beds with multi-coloured lights on the wall of each beds head. Maybe she had been hurt and had been rushed to a hospital. She wondered how her subjects might have reacted to her injuries (if she had any that is). The rest of the room however did not look like a hospital. At one end, there was a curved glass room, which looked like an office and a few tables strewn across the room with an assortment of tools. The floor was covered in a cyan carpet and what looked like a door was placed outside the office. Then she really started to panic. She didn’t know were she was, when she was and how she got here, but she knew one thing… this IS NOT GOOD. She tried to use her wings to push her way out… She couldn’t feel her wings. She tried to use raw strength… It didn’t budge. She tried to use her magic to teleport out… No magic to be found. The fear was getting to her as she started to breathe heavily. "It’s ok, its ok, calm down, take deep breathes, and it’s all going to be ok", she said aloud. Her breathing started to slow down and she just lay there for around ten minutes trying to work things out. She finally came to the decision to call for somepony. “Hello?” She called, quietly at first but raised her tone just a bit so that anyone within a few metres could hear her. “Is anyone there? Hello?” It was no use. No one was there to hear her. I don’t like the look of this. She knew that this would probably take a while for anyone to come into… where ever she was, so she looked back up at the roof mounted lights and just wanted to sleep. She felt mentally and physically drained, which meant that she may have been in some sort of accident, but she gave up and drifted off to sleep. Celestia had dreams when she slept. Horrible, horrible dreams of big metal ships floating through the stars and destroying other metal ships. She heard screams of agony and cries for help, but she couldn’t help, as she was a bystander, only there in third person. What shocked her most was when she was down on a planet. A peaceful green forest, but she saw only death when she wandered. There, lying on the ground, were these tall bipedal creatures, each one with red blood covering their wounds. She felt like throwing up, but it was only a dream and she knew that in dreams you couldn’t throw up… well at least she thought you couldn’t. She had to run, run from the gruesome scene, but where? Then she heard voices behind her. Voices that sounded like grunts and groans, but ordered so that they sounded like they were talking. She hid down behind a rock a few moments before the voices broke through the tree line in front of her. The creatures came out and stood in a clearing right in front of Celestia. They were definitely a head or two taller then Celestia herself and had the same bipedal structure as the ones she had seen, dead, all of them dead. There were three in total and they all carried blades that shone with crimson red blood and a shiny metallic blue. The first one held out his foreleg and made a waving gesture towards the tree line to the right of them. The other two creatures acknowledged the first ones order and ran to the tree line. Within a few seconds, the two creatures were gone and the first one pulled out a small black box and started talking into it. The creature looked like he was talking to himself until she heard the faint sound of a voice coming out of the box. Celestia had never seen this type of machinery before so it had to be some sort of magic. The creature turned towards the way it had come and started walking while it talked. Celestia gave a sigh of relief and slid down behind the rock. But that was a mistake she would pay for greatly, as she broke a twig and the creature turned around. Celestia held her breath and tried to keep as quiet as possible. But it was to late as the creature ran to the rock, jumped over it and landed in front of Celestia. It pulled its blade up over its head and thrust downwards, making Celestia scream as it slid in between her ribcage and buried itself deep in her chest. It uttered a few words and her vision went black. She again awoke in the place that she had found herself in and started crying. The dream had been very desensitising and she was in a cold sweat. She peered over to her right to see that no pony was there to comfort her. She again tried to call for some pony but it only came out as small whines. “He… Hello-llo?” she called to no avail. “Is anyone out there? Please help me” She was met by a whirring sound as a shape appeared before her. It looked like the bipedal creatures she had seen, but the ones that were dead. It had black and grey clothing and a blonde mane on top of its head. She knew it was intelligent when it spoke. “Please state the nature of the medical emergency” Author's Note Hey guys. second fic 'yay'.
