Cloudie, a young stallion, sets off on a journey to better himself for the sake of everypony he loves. Thanks to a mishap with the elements of harmony, he unlocks a unique power which can be used to help future generations unlock a similar ability for the greater good of Equestria. He leaves behind his loved ones in Ponyville to train with Trixie and her Grandfather, and the training looks to be extremely difficult.
