The small gate way to the town of Ponyville showed the young Alicorn the way to go. He had been walking a long time, though he flew when able. His wings grew stressed from flying for such a long time, it would be less painful if he just walked. He also had to focus most of his energy on the magic holding his bags. He headed into the gate and...
“ Hey, um, Narrator? Yeah, um, can I tell my own story, please? ” The young Alicorn said.
“ But, but, ” the Narrator said.
“ Now listen I know its your job and all, but how would you feel if somepony was stealing your story and they told everypony about it. That would suck flank wouldn’t it, so let me have this please and thanks Narrator? ” I replied.
“ Fine, but I will still be here whenever you need me. ” the Narrator said reluctantly. Though you have to give him credit, he was only doing what he was supposed too. well anywho, my name is Cloud. I lived in a city somewhere far from equestria, the place was more fascist. You had to look and act a certain way to be accepted into society. Everypony was pure bred earth pony and there are no unicorns or pegasus. They were either discarded at birth or put some place far worse. Me, I was unwanted from the beginning, even my parents didn’t want me, they left me on the doorstep of the closest thing to a mother I could ever have. I’m both unicorn and pegasus. Magic was deeply frowned upon where I come from and was considered sin. That was why the city was created in the first place, to get away from the ‘disgusting’ ponies as the overseer would call them. I hid my face and body with a hood and lied saying it was an injury that caused me to hide my self. Everypony avoid me. They called me a freak and retarded. they bucked at me hard. I was bullied all through school. I was found out my last year of school when the city jocks thought it was funny to throw stones in hopes of knocking me out or taking my hood off . I never used my magic because well no one taught me how to and my mother said it was forbidden, because we both would be executed for treason.I’m still trying to understand why pegasus and unicorns were so bad they way i looked at it, the earth ponies were causing me damage. then my mom had died,but no one even bothered any sympathy. I uh, lets get back to the fight Granite the leader of the group throwing stones. was a farm hand for some rock quarry or ‘rock farm’ as they called it had been just recently fired, after mixing up the wrong stones ruining the gravel for the new roads. the roads make it easy for dragging carts of goods and mail carts to other cities. Cobalt a dark blue pony was my friends since grade school, i had one other friend but she left home a while ago her dad said she was to much to handle,she had changed,but a friend was a friend . Cobalt chased after granite and his gang of idiots as they ran me out of the school yard to the edge of the old quarry.
“Nowhere to run you messed up freak” Granite said the two goons behind him chuckled there laughs were short lived as cobalt slammed them into each other with one buck to the ribs,causing them to tumble on the ground and groan in pain. Granite snapped his head back to see what the commotion was. I made my move I levitated a rock which I mastered with the little magic I knew levitivity was one of the ones that came easy to me. with all the force I had in me I launched the rock smacking into the back of Granites head.
“ow,son of a...” Granite yelped he looked back at me with bloodshot eyes, I could tell he was angry,because the look he gave looked like I would burn through me. He charged at me knocking me off the side of the quarry and down I tumbled.
“No!!,Granite What the buck is wrong with you?” Cobalt screamed running to the edge of the cliff and gasped as I tumbled down.
“The overseer says that ponies that are different are unnatural garbage,so I simply took out the trash” Granite said with a snort. his two goons didn't laugh they stared in horror. I fell for what seemed like forever my mind drew blank, and a loud buzz was all I could hear, my coverage had fallen off my body and face revealing who truthfully am. I felt strange I hit something on the way down and then it happened. My body started to shake , and i felt myself floating upward. I had opened my eyes I was flying, just a little higher then the cliff granite looked up at me with fear in his eyes, I had no control of what I was doing or what I was about to do. the clouds around me darkened and swirled as a thunderstorm started my eyes glowed along with my unicorn horn,a lighting bolt struck my horn and shot down at the group below exploding the side of the cliff. Cobalt was far enough away that he didn't get hit but Granite and the others fell down the broken cliff in a rock slide,still to this day I don't know if they are alive. My vision started to blur and my body became heavy like a rock I fell but slow enough that I opened my wings and nosed dived into the woods near the quarry I slammed against a tree and fell unconscious.
