My Little Raptor

I was walking with Tina, her joyful roaring could be heard miles away. I said I'd take her out to explore the Everfree.

Of course, I hoped she would forget, because that was over two weeks ago, but, alas, she forgets nothing.

I stood there, tuning out her rambling. I think I'll invent a name for her. Not Tina the second. Wait, that actually sounds pretty good. I'll store that for later.

"Me and Scalina got into a fight yesterday." Tina said, looking at me, sniffling a little.

"Don't worry about it. I've heard girls fight all the time." I said, looking at her.

I ran ahead, Tina following after me, although not as fast. My feet wound hit then forest floor, making a trail. I heard some rumbling, and looked down to see the ground cracking a little.

Must be a earthquake. I shrugged it off, and-

"FUCK!" I hit the ground hard, and heard a roar I hope I'd never hear again.

I looked up to see a Novaraptor looking down at me, growling. It eyed me for a second, and was about to bite, when Tina came in and bite down it's neck, making it screech.

I got up and roared, making it throw Tina off, and look at me. It licked it's lips, then charged, until a large foot stepped onto it, killing it. I smiled, and looked up, my smile turning into a face or horror.

There, I saw a Giganotosaurus, also known as G-Rex, looking down at me, licking its lips. I saw it look at Tina, who was getting up, and walked towards her.

I roared, gaining it's attention, and pounced, digging my claws into it's neck. It roared in pain, using it's three claws to get me off.

Tina roared gaining its attention, and I bit down, making the G-Rex drop me. I then heard a roar which made me smile.

Terry burst through the tree and bit on the G-Rex, making the G-Rex roar. Terry roared out in pain when the G-Rex slashed his snout, making a three clawed mark on Terry's snout.

Terry bit on the G-Rex again. I gagged once I heard the bones cracking and crunching, and the G-Rex giving a screech like roar.

It's tail hit Terry in the face, making Terry go back a few meters. I pounced, biting onto the G-Rex's neck, it growled, and shook it's head, trying to get me off.

I flew off, hitting the ground. I heard some cracking, and looked down to see some of the ground going in. I gained a idea, and got up, growling in pain as I felt me head pounding.

I gave a bark like roar, drawing the G-Rex away from Terry. I roared, making it charge. The ground started to give under me, and I pounced. I landed on it's snout, and ran onto it's back.

"Yabba dabba doo bitches!" I yelled, running down it's tail. I jumped off, and landed on the ground. The G-Rex roared at me again, turning around, readying another charge.

I felt the ground shake, and the G-Rex looked down to see the ground giving way. I laughed, seeing the panic on the G-Rex's snout. It suddenly charged, the ground behind it giving way to show a cavern. I walked away, thinking it wouldn't make it.

I felt something tug on my tail, and looked to see the G-Rex gasp it with his claws. I gulped, and felt the sensation of weightlessness.

"DUN MESS WITH A SCOTTISH DINOSAUR!" I yelled, biting into it's arm as we fell.

It roared, and threw me off, but I grappled onto a wall, and pounced at it's snout. It roared in pain as I slashed it's muzzle. I readied for another attack-

Oh my head. I opened my eyes, only to growl in pain once my head started to pound again. I got up, seeing the lifeless body of the G-Rex right next to me. I gave my raptor call.

Terry roared, making me smile.

"Dart, you alive down there?" Terry asked, poking his head in. Luckily, only a few strands of dirt came down, and he didn't fall.

"I DON'T KNOW TERRY! YOU FUCKING THICK HEADED DINOSAUR! DOES IT LOOK LIKE I'M ALIVE?" I yelled, back, a bit steamed. I heard laughing, and saw Terry' daughter, Tina, poke her head through.

Terry blushed at my comment, but Tina was still laughing. "He told you dad!" Tina said, tears coming from her eyes from laughing. "Uncle Dart, we'll get some help. You need anything?"

"Yeah, I'll take a western bacon cheese burger, extra fries, and a large diet Cola. Also, get me a Oreo milkshake and some mocha. Other than that, I'm fine." I said, making Terry laugh, and Tina giggle.

"Alright Uncle. Don't worry, we'll get help." Tina said, walking away.

"Tina would be proud of you Terry." I said, waiting until Tina walked away.

Terry gave a sad smile.

"Buck up, kiddo. At least Tina will be happy to know you're well, and her and your kids are in good hands-err-claws." I said, making Terry give a grin, and walk away.

I looked around, and noticed a shiny object.

Hey, I can't help it, I have ADHD, I get distracted easily. Anyway, I looked to see a metal door. Me, being the inquisitive one of the bunch, walked towards it. I jiggled the door handle, and a voice made me shiver.

"I'm sorry. You will have to type in a password." It was female, and monotone.

I looked down to see-well, I forgot what's it called, but it was like something in a spy movie. I thought of something, and smiled.

If there's anything Red versus Blue taught me, it's to be simple, yet, make it look difficult.

So, I typed in; 1234.

Well I'll be dammed. The door slid open, and I walked in. I looked around to see something that made me frown.

I saw dinosaurs, left and right, in test tubes. I walked on ahead, taking note of the green blood on the floor.

I walked up to another door. It was trying to close, but a hand was in it's way. It was a HUMAN hand. I shook my head, then sniffed it. I saw it had a keycard, so I grabbed it, and pushed the door open.

I quickly looked away and let loose my lunch. There I saw was a human in a lab coat, with half of his body missing. His organs trailed out, and a blood trail led to another door.

Poor guy must've been trying to run from something. I opened the other door, and saw more dinosaurs left and right, in test tubes, surrounded by water.

I saw the blood trail lead to a test tube with bullet holes in it. I looked to my right to see a corpse of a Dilophosaurus, burnt. I sniffed it, seeing some smoke trail up.

It's recent. About a day or two ago.

I saw something flash at the corner of my vision, and looked to see a computer.

It read : INSERT KEYCARD.

I looked at the card in my hand, and put it in.

DR. TERRANCE...PLEASE WAIT...

"Is it on? Yes? Alright. We've made a recent find. We dug up a corpse of a large female T-Rex today. We've cloned her, giving back all of her memories until her death." The man said. It was the same man I saw in half.

"Right now, we're keeping her in a tube. Her life signs are normal, and she's growing back to normal. We searched through her memories to see what her life was like. It's incredible. It looks like humans aren't the only ones to show intellect, or speech."

"Her name is Tina, but we code named her Ada; which means first mother."

Oh my God. They cloned Terry's mate, Tina?

"Right now, this is probably the most deadly predator we've cloned. The Giganotosaurus being the largest, but still, it's no T-Rex."

I have to tell Terry.

"We've recently made a find that amazed us. It turns out she's probably the first T-Rex we've found that shows compassion for not only her mate or offspring, but for others too. A Velociraptor by the name of Dart has amazed us when we found out that he was one of her friends."

They've been studying me too?

"Right now, Ada has regained all of her memories except when the large male T-Rex killed her. We should be ready to let her loose the next week to go back to her mate. If any of us should die in a accident, the computer AI should send her on her way."

"This is Doctor Terrance, signing off."

THIS VIDEO WAS RECORDED SEVEN DAYS AGO BY DR TERRANCE.

That's a week ago. That means...no...it can't be.

I ran to the next room to see Tina, the cloned Tina, in a large tube. A pipe was going in her mouth to help her breathe. There was chains on her neck, tail, and feet.

I heard some hissing, and Tina opened her eye. She looked around and shook the pipe out of her mouth. She silently roared as she shook, and the glass cracked.

Oh mother fu-

Eww, now I'm all wet with some weird smell water.

Tina shook herself and broke free of her neck chains. She roared, then broke free of her foot chains, crushing the platform she was supposed to step on. Her tail broke free, and she let out a roar that made me fall back.

A weird, robotic arm went up to her, making her look at it. It was probably a tazer, because some sparks went off of it. Tina bit it, breaking it, and threw it away.

She roared again, then looked at me. She walked up to me, and growled. She put her snout in front of me, and sniffed. I closed my eyes, waiting for my death, and hoped it would be quick.

That is, until I heard Tina.

"Dart?"

I opened my eyes to see Tina staring at me, confused. I mentally sighed, and smiled.

"Long time no see Tina." I said, making her confused.

"What happened? Where are we? Last I remembered was me attacking a T-Rex that was trying to kill Terry, then nothing." Tina said, looking around.

"I'll explain, but first Terry has to get us." I said, and walked off.

"Speaking of Terry, are my eggs okay?" Tina asked, following. A large hallway greeted us, making me smile. Finally, no more doors.

"They're fine. They hatched, and now they're T-Rexes that are the size of ponies." I said, then I looked at her. "I'll tell you what happened, but, you won't believe it."

"Try me." Tina said, smiling.

"Alright. But don't tell me I didn't warn you." I said, walking off with her.
