Bronies in Equestria: chapter one
It was A regular Saturday evening for Me, Brandon, Steven, Bryce and Jay.My friends who enjoyed playing halo, gears of war and other video games, but we all shared another thing in common, we all watched My little pony:Friendship is magic, we also were part of a Clan for Bronies who played Halo,Gears of war etc.
This clan was called "Equestria Space command" and they all had their Favorites: my Favorite pony was Applejack, the hard working, honest Farm pony, Jay's Favorite pony was Rarity, the Upper-class unicorn who designs Clothes for the residents of Ponyville, Steven Adored Twilight Sparkle: The Nerdy, but lovable bookworm, Brandon was amazed by Fluttershy, The shy, timid doctor Doolittle of Equestria, Bryce enjoyed seeing Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash was the Sports loving, adrenaline junkie and Pinkie pie was the Random party animal who never ceased to amaze anyone watching the show, but enough about who likes who let's get onto the Story.
"There is a Sniper up on the hill" I said, notifying everyone here at the game night. Bam!, I was shot right between my eyes and I was out until I had to respawn, Brandon, being the only one with his teams Sniper rifle, took a shot at the marksman on the rock not far from the middle of the map. The team were playing Big team infinity slayer on Ragnarok.And they were losing, by a big shot. the bullet fired at amazing speeds hitting the sniper in the scope which made him collapse onto the ground.Dead.Steven decided to get into the nearby Warthog and picked up Jay and Bryce, Jay was gunning while Bryce rode in passenger seat, railing down anyone unfortunate enough to be in the way of his Assault Rifle. The Warthog Team had been railing down some unlucky Infantry to be in the way, Jay managed to weaken the enemy Warthog, he wrecked the front bumper and shot out the Player riding shotgun,the enemy gunner had shot out one of the hubcaps and the bullets had shattered the windscreen, the display on the warthog was flashing red and was making loud beeping noises.
"Oh Shit!" Steven Yelled
All that can be heard is the sound of a stray Rocket flying through the air, and then hitting the left side of the warthog."KABOOM" apart from the Michael Bay-esqe explosions you could hear Screams of pain and terror.The Husk of the Warthog was accompanied with Blue Spartan Corpses and Guns.Steven, Jay and Bryce had respawed. Steven hopped into our Banshee and flied into Battle but was shot down not soon after getting in the vehicle.Jay teamed up with Bryce on a Mongoose and zoomed off but was shot at, A plasma grenade was hurled through the air and latched on to the wheel of the mongoose.Jay and Bryce jumped off the vehicle as soon as possible but Jay was caught in the Explosion and died again, Bryce just escaped but his shields were down. Knowing this he sprinted to cover and crouched behind a large rock to recharge his shields and recover.He heard gunfire and explosions, out of curiosity he looked over to see bullets heading his way.He Ducked back down but noticed his Grenade indicator show that a grenade was near, by the time his mind wanted to react his Spartan was blown up, flying about five meters forward and over the rock that had once protected him.
I had respawned. looking both ways, I noticed An empty mantis. Finding an Empty Mantis was like Christmas come early, I loved moving slowly towards the Battle, shooting rockets at pesky Banshees and Railing down unlucky infantry in my wake. I piloted my mantis towards Brandon, who had Ditched his Sniper rifle to call in an Incineration Cannon with his Ordinance drop.
The Game was about half way through and we were losing.Badly.We got the upper half at the start, but the opposite team were good...really good.Stuck,Shot,Assassinated, you name it,any way of dying was in this match, we needed to turn the tide.Now.We were throwing everything we had against them but to no success, we tried getting our mantis to rail down some or their infantry but the mantis was disabled, and then hijacked by the enemy. we tried getting some power weapons to get rid of their warthog and banshee but the only time we managed to get anything good was stolen. I had managed to get a Spartan laser in my ordinance drop but i was assassinated and my ordinance was used to get the rest of my friends as they were in a Warthog.
The game had ended, we had obviously lost.The other team were sending us messages saying things like: Good game,nice kill there, you were a good sniper and stuff like that. we sent them replies back saying thanks and stuff but we left the lobby to go play some other game mode
"Hey, Wanna play this game type i found?" Brandon asked randomly.
"Whats the game mode?" Steven replied.
"it's called Crazy Slayer." Brandon told everyone
"What do you do in it?" I asked
"It's normal slayer apparently" Brandon continued.
"That sounds....normal" Jay Added
"It's apparently awesome" Brandon said
"Ok..." Steven said
"What's the Description?" I added
"There's no Description, It only says: Play with 4-6 Players" Brandon Replied
"Well there is 5 of us, we could Play it" Bryce Added in, who had remained quiet for most of the conversation
"It sounds interesting,Let's play!" Steven said with a hint of excitement in his voice.
The gang were getting ready to play the Game mode, setting up load outs that would be Helpful in this so-called "Crazy Slayer" i mean, what could be so "crazy" about a custom slayer match, Brandon was good at making random game types, like Super happy fun Slayer, people would be all over the place, the gravity was down low so we could jump high, we could move really fast, and we all had random load outs to make the game mode interesting and fast paced.
We were beginning to play the game mode, we were interested because there was no description except play with 4-6 people.
"I wonder why it needs to be 4-6 people?" i wondered
"Probably because of teams" Brandon Added
"But its Free For all though" Steven said
"hmmm, that's weird" Jay Pondered
the Gang were getting ready to play, but little did they know that This game-mode was going to change their lives FOREVER!!
Chapter 2: Hazy days
"Oooow my Head". A voice could be heard in the immediate vicinity.
"Who's that?" Ryan asked, barley keeping himself on his rump
"It's Me, Steven." The Dust had started to clear.
"Hey guys" Jay added
"Is everyone here?" Ryan Shouted out. "Hhn, Yeah" A second voice could be heard. "Brandon?" Steven said with a small smirk. "That's my name don't wear it out." Brandon Replied. "Hold on, Where's Bryce?" Ryan Asked. no-one Replied and the dust was beginning to clear. The ground around them wasn't their seats or beds, but dirt. "Where are we?" Ryan Pondered. After the dust began to settle the three teenagers could make out each other more easily now. "Brandon, why are you on four-" Steven stood in shock as his friend was no longer standing upright and had no hands or feet, but hooves. The figure who answered to Brandon was now in view. The Stallion had long, Straight cyan hair with purple highlights and Golden eyes and a grey coat with wings to boot.
"im...im my Oc!" Brandon squealed in excitement.
"if you are your Oc, then that must mean-" Ryan looked down to see white hooves, and then looked to his side to see a small Snowflake near his rump and a unkept blue and white tail.Ryan then went to look to his left to see a dark blue Pegasus standing next to him. The Stallion had bright cyan and yellow mane and tail along with what looked like a constellation of some sort for a cutie mark. A third figure was revealed behind Brandon, this Unicorn was of bigger stature and build than the rest and was redheaded and had some sort of green-blue coat with a Guitar Pick as a cutie mark.
"We must be in-" Steven was about to finish his sentence when another, raspy voice was heard in the distance.
"Hey guys! there's where the really loud sound came from!" The mystery voice soon had a visible body. the female had a cyan coat with A Rainbow mane and tail.
"Rainbow Dash!" Brandon yelled in excitement as She appeared.
"The one and only...Why, you heard of me?" She asked, mildly exited.
"yeah, most bronies do-" Brandon was paused when a blue hoof positioned its self along his mouth.
"We can't let them know about where we come from Brandon." Steven said with a serious look in his face.
Brandon just nodded in silence, with a slight sad look in his face.
"C'mon guys! there are ponies who need our help!" Rainbow Dash signaled for her friends to come forward.
Another five figures started to come towards the gang of gamers.
"Ohh my..."
"I wonder where they came from?"
"Well the one on the left looks Simply Divine"
"Ah think that one on the right could help me around ma farm"
"Ooh, some pony new! PAAAAARRRRTTTYYYY!"
"Hello, i see you have met my friend Rainbow dash here, My name is Twilight Sparkle and these are my friends"
Her friends all lined up in an orderly fashion.
"this is Fluttershy, one of the most kindest ponies any pony will ever meet"
"This here is Rarity, If you ever need new clothes or just a nice bow tie, Rarity will fix you up something real Pretty."
"This is-" Twilight was interrupted by her bouncy friend
"HIMYNAMEISPINKIEPIEANDI'VENEVERSEENYOUBEFOREWITCHMEANSYOUARENEWANDYOUKNOWWHATTHATMEANS!"
The Pink Party pony Bounced from sight to then re-join her friends, barely breathing.
"Howdy there, Ma name's Applejack, and i work At Sweet Apple Acres, the best farm in all of Equestria!" The Orange Earth pony said in a Southern Accent very proudly.
"Hello there guys, my name is Rya-er-Frost. Yeah. my name is Frost"
"my name is FireBrand, but you can call me Brandon"
"My name is pick, but my friends call me Jay"
"And my Friend is Ryder Starlight, nice to meet you Twilight Sparkle"
"And My name Is Bryce, if that's ok with you."
"BRYCE!" The Gang's fifth member had suddenly came out of no where.
"What happened to you?"
"Where were you when we got here?"
"Is this your Original Character?"
"Yes, and im guessing that these are your's as well?"
"Yup"
The Gang Shouted in unison.
"Is this one of your Friends Ryder?"
Twilight had interrupted the reunion that the five clan members were currently having.
"Yes it is. his name is Bryce but his "Nickname" Is Delitor for us."
"Oooo, So many Newponies around here!!! Imagine All of the parties we could have all at once, or one big party!!"
"hehe, i'd calm down Sugarcube, these ponyfolk aren't 'round from here, 'cept from Bryce, he sounds like he comes from 'round here." Applejack saying as calming Pinkie down at the same time.
"Well Ryder and Brandon sound like they are from-" Rarity paused for a single moment, as if skipping a heartbeat.but with her vocal cords
"CANTERLOT!"
Rarity squee'd in sheer excitement, like christmas come early.
"Um no, im from england actually-"
"BRANDON!" Steven yelled in shock at his friends idiocy .
"What...Oh yeah. Yeah we are from Canterlot."
"Then why did you say you say you were from This England place?" Rainbow asked aggressively.
"It was a joke?"
"Why would y'all kid 'bout yer hometown?"
"Dunno." Brandon somehow shrugged his shoulders will still remaining on four hooves/legs.
