What is This Alternate World?
Morning in the Crystal Empire.
Day dawned in Equestria, the birds were singing, Celestia's sun was shining, the clouds were white but the sun nearly finished rising. The birds made such a nice song with their tweets, it was like a wonderful symphony was playing in their town, the towns and cities that made up Equestria.
The mane six had a couple days of residence in the Crystal Castle that was located at the Crystal Empire; you won't believe who came too, the Cutie Mark Crusaders! They only did want to come because everything gleamed so bright, and to get their Cutie Marks. Each of the guest rooms were humongous! Everypony seemed to be asleep though, that's why you could only hear and see birds out there.
Sweetie Belle burst out of bed; that burst made her duvet spring into the air and on to the ground in front of her bed. She opened her window and shouted, "Good morning, Crystal Empire! Hope you all have a gleaming day!" Sweetie chortled at her corny joke, making everypony wake up.
As Scootaloo woke up, she slammed her head against her pillow. "Sweetie Belle, do you have to shout out the window?" she said miserably peering at her.
Sweetie smiled, "Of course I do! What else makes you sleepyheads wake up?"
A light snore was heard from the edge of the room, which was Applebloom's side. Scootaloo opened a enormous drawer, it showed a crystal flugelhorn. She trotted over to Applebloom and played the flugelhorn, the tune streaming into Applebloom's ears. Applebloom tossed the pillows onto the floor, then getting up on the opposing side.
Scootaloo held down a pillow, trying to rip it. Applebloom trotted over, giggling.
"Need any help?"
Scootaloo groaned and then replied, "Please. I bet you can't rip this."
Applebloom shrugged, "Why are ya tryin' ta rip tha pillows anyway?"
Scootaloo groaned, "I'm testing my strength everyday! Only to be like Rainbow Dash."
Applebloom nudged her to get her attention, "How about we go eat breakfast, then ya test yer strength?"
Scootaloo sighed, "Fine." The trio trotted into the kitchen, taking seats next to each other. The mane six walked in, having a random conversation. They sat down also, smiling at the CMC.
"Howdy girls, how'd y'all sleep?" Applejack asked.
The trio said in unison, "Good!"
Rarity levitated cereal, placing some into the Cutie Mark Crusader's bowls. The unicorn then put the cereal box down. A light cornflower blue aura surrounded the milk, Rarity reenacted the same thing. The crusaders ate their breakfast, then peering at the six.
"Done!" the three then trotted away.
Scootaloo spotted a hidden room, so she lead them to there. A mirror was shown, not just any mirror they thought it was, a mirror to an alternate universe.
"What's this?" Applebloom glanced at it, then her direction of her head went to Scootaloo.
The Pegasus shrugged, "I don't know this - but I think it's a portal to an adventure."
Sweetie looked at it, "Shiny!"
Applebloom sighed, "Y'all think it's a good idea to enter?"
Scootaloo gasped, "Are you seriously going to ask that?! Let's go right now!"
Scootaloo hopped in, Applebloom and Sweetie Belle followed along. Their vision faded away once they entered the portal...
What is This Alternate World?
The trio retrieved their vision and revived consciousness. "What happened?" they said in unison.
As they each looked at their hands, they gasped. "What happened to our hooves?! They don't look like anything like we prefer them like," Scootaloo exclaimed.
"Ah think these aren't hooves," Applebloom replied.
Sweetie just used her right hand's middle finger and thumb to shake the left hand's pinky. "How about we enter the apartment building?" Scootaloo said to the Crusaders. The other two nodded, walking in.
"Wow! This is not like an apartment building!" Sweetie said. The trio peered at the decorations that they never seen in Equestria. Scootaloo took a glance at the glass that was outside the awards. She walked over, taking a look at her reflection.
"What are we?" Applebloom and Sweetie Belle then took a look at Scootaloo, emulating in the glass case.
"Ah think we should go back," Applebloom said apprehensively. Scootaloo shunned her; then walked forward. The duo left behind shurgged and then ran after Scoots.
"Rainbow Dash? It's her!!! She's here too," Scootaloo chanted. Sweetie Belle hurried to cover Scootaloo's mouth - that's because she might tell the humans they are from Equestria. Scootaloo looked at Sweetie Belle with a furious glare.
The highschool suddenly was abounding with students. "GYAH!" the trio shouted when they were ascended by students of Canterlot High. The three groaned while getting back on their feet. They started walking again.
"Ah don't know where we should go," Applebloom spoke.
"Hey girls!" said a random voice that sounded super duper perky.
It was the partying female, Pinkie Pie! Pinkie had a grin across her face, with a peer at the Crusaders. "What are you doing here?"
Scootaloo smiled back, "Oh hey- Wait, Pinkie? Why are you here?"
The pink teenager giggled. "Canterlot High is my school!"
Applebloom blinked, "Canterlot High?"
Pinkie left a reply, "Yep! It's the bestest, bestest school ever!"
Scootaloo broke into their conversation, "I don't think bestest is a word."
Pinkie rolled her eyes playfully. "Come on, girls! It seems like you obliterated your memory about this place!" She started bouncing to outside on the soccer field.
"RAINBOW DASH!" Scootaloo shouted in excitement.
Rainbow looked over, using her foot to cease the ball from rolling away. "It's time for break," Dash said to the other players. "Hey squirt, what's up?"
Scoots hopped into Rainbow's arms, "Can I play?"
Dash chuckled, putting Scootaloo down. "To play soccer? I don't think you know how to play."
Scootaloo gasped, she had to make up an excuse to play. "I know how to play," Scootaloo replied, anxiously.
"I'll be free tomorrow. Then we can play one on one, that okay with you?" Dash peered at her.
"Yep! That's fine with me," Scootaloo replied.
Pinkie was afraid Rainbow Dash might surpass Scootaloo and injure her with the ball.
Scootaloo walked back to the others. "This is so awesome! I'm doing one on one with Rainbow Dash tomorrow!"
Sweetie shrugged, "Good luck!"
The three walked inside, leaving Pinkie behind. "Applebloom, do you think our sisters are here?" Sweetie asked. Applebloom shrugged.
"Ah have no clue. If they are, ah think we would have found 'em already."
The CMC found two people that were talking to each other.
"Excuse me-"
Sunset interrupted Scootaloo, "What do you want? I'm busy talking with Flash."
Applebloom's expression turned to a blank one. "We only wanted ta know if y'all knew where our sisters are."
Sunset scoffed, "Do you think we know where your sisters are? No! We don't even know who you're speaking about."
"We're speaking about Applejack and Rarity," Sweetie said in a perky tone.
Flash smiled, "They said they were going to the gym. Just go to the left."
The trio said "Thanks!" while running to their left.
There stood Applejack and Rarity. They seemed to be arguing about something, but what?
"Stop! We need to talk to you," Sweetie said.
AJ and Rarity stopped talking for a second. Applejack replied, "Huh? What about?"
"Why are y'all arguin'?" Applebloom asked.
Rarity put her hand on her chest, closing her eyes. "Darlings, we are arguing because Applejack doesn't want to enter the fashion show here. I don't see what the problem is with formal attire."
"Of course ya don't! Ah am not a fan of formal attire!" AJ shouted at Rarity.
The two began arguing again. "STOP RIGHT NOW!" the trio yelled to get their attention.
Applejack looked over; so did Rarity. "Applejack, we know ya aren't a big fan of formal attire, but it's only for one day. It's not like yer gonna wear it foreva," Applebloom said.
Rarity left a reply, "See, Applejack? It won't be bad at all."
Applejack sighed, "Ah guess yer right. Bye girls, ah'm goin' with Rarity to design mah clothes!" The duo walked away.
Fluttershy peeked in the gym, "Hey girls...mind helping me with, um, something...? I-if you like," she said.
"Sure! We'd love to help," Sweetie responded. Fluttershy smiled; her bangs covered her left eye.
"Tomorrow Pinkie wants me to help her with decorations for the fashion show. I couldn't make a decision, for I need to hand out fliers for the Animal Shelter. Do you mind helping me with what I should pick?"
"Hey! You can hand out the fliers, we'll deal with the decor," Scootaloo replied, not letting the other Crusaders pick at all.
Fluttershy walked away, "Thanks girls. I'll go tell Pinkie now..."
Applebloom glared at Scootaloo, "Did ya forget about yer soccer game with Rainbow? That move was more stupid than when ya tried ta rip up a pillow!"
Scootaloo shrugged, "Well, sorry! It's probably not the same time, though."
It was sundown, everybody was finally dismissed from school. "Because of all that talking and settling, it's now sundown! Let's go, we need to get ready for bed," Sweetie exclaimed.
AB and SB walked off, Scootaloo followed behind them. Applebloom and Sweetie went to their sisters.
Scoots saw Dash walking to her house, "Hey, Dash! Could I stay at your house tonight?"
Dash noticed Scoots, she looked at her rather confused. "Eh, sure, kid. Just for tonight, then you find your own apartment."
Scoots grinned widely, "Thank you very much, Dash! Now let's go!" They walked off to Dash's apartment.
