The swift movement did begin it. His escape that is.

The rock shattered the window and easily flew across the room, and judging by the pained gasp that joined the violent sound of shattered shards, hit one of the ponies in the room. He felt Rarity vault to her hooves, while Twilight hit the ground. The stone hit smack dead her horn, ceasing the flow of magic holding him down. Whilst Pinking was laughing at Rarity's serious look, Spike jumped to his feet.

He got only half a inch before Pinkie stopped him, placing her wet hooves on his shoulder. She started to drag him back to her, center-meter by center-meter. There would be no rock, he was taken. What little hope he had left of leaving this room with his innocence had just left. A small yelp escaped his lips.

Gummy sprang from her tail in a impressive display of tail strength, landing on her snout. Blocking her view for no more than the moment it took her to shake him off. But, when she focused her eyes back on her prize, she found nothing except the thin outline of a dragon. Spike took advantage of his fellow reptile's sacrifice to scurry away from the crazed Pinkie.

Still, while he made his not-so-grand escape, he tripped and fell no more than a foot away from the opened door. The desperate youngster tried to crawl the rest of the way. The dagger flew out of it's sheath, landing an his entire body-length from his downed form, Rarity must of noticed this, because the seamstress launched a bolo-tie like weapon at his feet. It locked on his feat and hit true. His now trapped legs halted his daring escape, once again collapsing to the ground. Slowly, the magical instrument retracted Spike back to the lust-filled ponies. He even tried to dig his stubby claws in the wooden frame, an act that did nothing.

Before he could be taken, the dagger that was gifted to him cut the magic rope. He felt himself being picked up and carried though the air. Everything went somewhat black when he landed on something hard. His eyes momentarily opened while he was being carried away. He saw Rarity actually reaching out to him, sadness lingering on her eyes. He tried to reach back to her, but a hoof now blocked him from getting up.

"Trust me, kid." A rough, but soothing voice said, "Leaving her is the best that you can do now, son." The voice came from the carrier. He couldn't see the pony's features, for his head and mane was hooded. Just like that one pony...his eyes closed and he could only feel the robe the pony wore, and hear only the sound of hooves smacking the ground.

.

"Nice going, Rarity!" Twilight shouted in between tired groans. They group of mares were chasing a mad goose with their Spike. As of now, it was just them running down alleyways and finding only dead ends. The whole chase was caused by Spike's confusion and fear, and Rarity's spell being blocked by that dagger of his. The end result was tempers flaring, exhaustion, and overall partial release of pent-up sex frustration.

"Well, you have a horn too!" The insulted unicorn retorted. "And that bastard dragonnapped him!" Such harsh language would never be spoken by her, but on this night, everything is different. Birds flew, night coldness drifted, and she was in love, In love with Spike, With his eyes, his brains, his looks, his everything. How it tormented her not being beside him, caring for him.

"You're the one who had him tied up, Little Miss Everything!" Twilight flung back. It's true! She's always strutting around her stuff for everypony to see! How Spike would come back from her house, talking all about her!

"Little Miss Everything?" Rarity hmpfhed "Don't be jealous because I'm a lady. Honestly, it's so shallow of you Twilight" The name hung with tangible malice. She wouldn't stop her search for her beloved to sass this degenerate.

"I'm shallow? You are the definition of low!" The white unicorn gasp in surprise, but Twilight continued "You led on Spike! Made him do all your dirty work while he slaved for you! Then, you all of a sudden love him!" She stopped running and stood. Rarity did the same.

Rarity's face crunched up in disgust "You forced him to do all your work!" The seamstress shouted back "He loved to come and help me!" She sneered and grew a small grin, "In fact, he very much liked helping me." Twilight charged the unicorn as the last line ended. They both hit the cold, dirt ground in a furry of strikes, insults, and spit.

They rolled and grappled each other in the catfight, Rarity was pulling Twilight hair, while the attacked unicorn tried to take out Rarity's teeth. They crashed into a garbage pile and sent stink and trash everywhere. Rarity got on top of the other unicorn and reached for a broken bottle. Rarity got a hold of the broken glass and tried to bring it down on the pinned unicorn. Twilight brought up her hooves and halted the killing move, Desperately, Twilight leveled her horn to Rarity's chest and charged a spell.

"BAZZZ-ZAP"

Rarity went flying back into a wall, falling limply to the ground with little sound. The sudden weapon broke against the wall. Twilight held the spot where the bottle almost touched, shocked. She looked where the unicorn fell, and saw that she still wasn't moving, Slowly, Twilight got back up to hooves. The victor stumbled to Rarity's downed form and gave it a savage kick.

"Good riddance!" She angrily bellowed  She took this moment to catch her breath, Then, she noticed Pinkie was pleasing herself to a picture of Spike. With a sigh, she carried Pinkie with her magic and continued.

The cloaked figure once again appeared. This time, with Spike sleeping on his back. He was trailing the ponies, guiding them away from him. He witnessed the fight. He walked to the loser unicorn crumpled like a paper on the ground. He looked her wound over and saw it was quite serious. He couldn't heal the wound, but Spike could. He aroused the sleeping child on his back with a gentle shove of his hoof.

He eyes opened and he saw that one pony again. The stallion simply pointed his hood at the ground. Spike's eye's tracked it to a gruesome sight. Rarity was laying limp on the cold, dirty ground. Flecks of filth and mud covered her coat and mane. But what stood out the most was the scorch mark on her chest.

He fell off the pony's back and rushed to get a better look at the wound. He began crying over it and trying to shake her awake. "She won't wake up." The male said, "Not without your embrace". Spike hugged her chest as best as he could and squeezed tightly. The figure bent down and placed his hoof below her chin and checked her pulse

"She'll live" The gruff voice said.
