Shiranui Meets The Ponies

"What!? Who are you? What happened?" Shiranui barked as he tried to sit up, but to no success. He looks down at his body, now covered with stitches and black lines.

"I'm Twilight. I-I don't know what happened! Your blood is all black. Tell me, did you come in contact with any toxins or poisons?" Twilight speaks quickly, trying not to waste any time.

"Other then fighting with Orochi, I didn't touch anything toxic!" Shiranui says, his heart racing. Twilight uses her horn to scan the substance in his blood.

"I'm sorry...but this poison is beyond my healing capabilities...I'm so very sorry..." Twilight says with tears in her eyes.

"So that's it? You're just going to leave me here to die?" Shiranui says, fatigue and despair in his eyes.

"This poison isn't even from our universe. I can take you to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna...but it's very unlikely that they can help you. I must bring the news to my friend now. I'll be back to teleport us to Canterlot." She says, turning to leave. Shiranui lays his head down as he thought of his battle with Orochi. He had let everybody down by entering the portal.

Twilight had entered the room while Shiranui was thinking and had startled him. Behind her was Spike, the little dragon. "Spike has sent the letter, the princesses are expecting us. Let's go."

Spike finally walked into the room. "Ew, I knew I smelled blood!" Glaring at Shiranui.

"WAIT!" Fluttershy rushes in to her dying friend. Hugging him, she says, "I'm so sorry! I hope you get better." Shiranui felt the young mare's tears against his fur. "Twilight, is there any way I could go too?" She begs.

"I'm sorry, Flutters, but it takes up too much energy. It's hard enough teleporting me and Shiranui that far." Twilight says, tears in her eyes. Her horn started to glow, then Twilight and Shiranui were enveloped in a ray of white light, and with that, they were gone.
