Robert, a young naval aviator in the human nation known as the Arcadian Federation and Rainbow Dash, an Equestrian Royal Air Force Sky Marshall, had known each other for many years, and in that time, the bond that they shared grew strong, until finally, on a cruise while on leave, Rainbow confesses her feelings for him. When a series of horrific, indiscriminate attacks by the gryphon nation known as the Akaelian Republic leads to war, Robert and Rainbow Dash must fight, not just for their respective nations, and the strong alliance they shared, but also for their lives, and each other.

WARNING: contains a love-making scene, a few character deaths and lots of war violence, including epic land combat, turn-and-burn dogfights, and high-stakes naval battles.
