The Separation of a connection of 2

She sat there, alone, afraid, just with nothing. The only sound was a soft, constant clicking noise each time the clock struck the next second and the light sniffles that came from her nose. Her heart pounded and ached, her stomach twisted, her mind full of memories and fresh tears hung from her red, puffy eyes as she sat there in silence, not moving, just staring, wondering why this had to happen to her.

~2 1/2 months earlier...

"hey Fluttershy!" said Rainbow Dash with a fake smile on her face. Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash have been dating for awhile now. They just seemed to have a special connection between them that nopony but them could understand.

"Hi Dashie!" Fluttershy happily replied as she hugged Rainbow Dash. They truly loved each other and nothing could break them apart, they could trust each other with everything and they did.

Rainbow looked down, biting her lip, there was something she wanted to tell Fluttershy but she couldn't, it would crush her, she didn't want to tell her, she just couldn't.

"Dashie? what's wrong?" Fluttershy asked, head tilted from being curious. Rainbow couldn't draw herself to say it, it wasn't the right time.

"N-nothing Fluttershy, let's get this date started!" Rainbow Dash said, putting on the same fake smile she had on earlier. They shared a date together and at night Rainbow took Fluttershy home and stood in front of her door, giving her a goodbye kiss.

"Uh...Fluttershy?" Rainbow asked, she looked upset again, Rainbow's heart was pounding, it was time to tell her...

"yes Dashie?" Fluttershy asked

"Uh...love you bye!" Rainbow quickly said as she sped off to her home, she couldn't tell Fluttershy face to face, she couldn't watch her cry.

"um..ok..bye...love you too..." Fluttershy said, confused and went into her house.

~A few Hours later

"Hello?" Fluttershy asked, wondering who called her so late

"F-*sniff* Fluttershy?" Rainbow asked on the other end of the phone, tears streaming down her cheeks, it was time to tell her.

"Dashie!? what's wrong!? why are you crying!?" Fluttershy asked, she was worried, her strong Dashie never cried, she was always the protector.

"F-fluttershy *sniff* I-I need to tell you something right now, I-It's really important" Dash sounded really sad and concerned, Fluttershy was worried.

"W-What is it?" Fluttershy asked, heart pounding

"I-I'm moving! a-and not just moving a little! I'm moving around the whole world!" Rainbow yelled, crying hard

"W-WHAT!? Tell me this is a joke! Tell me that this is a cruel, sick joke!!" Fluttershy asked, almost crying, she felt sick, her heart pounding, tears welling up, she didn't want to believe that this is true. How could it be true? Rainbow Dash was everything to her! She couldn't leave her! she needed her!

"I-I wish i could Fluttershy...*sniff* but it's true..." Rainbow replied, her heart ached as she heard the cries of her lover, as she cried as well
