I woke up drenched in tears. Mr and Mrs Cake ran up the stairs of the bakery to check what was wrong. I was staying with them temporarily. "Pinkimina Dianne Pie, what in Celstia's name is wrong, sweetheart?" Mrs Cake asked sympathetically. "Bad Dream?" asked Mr Cake. "Yes, that's it. I've just had a bad dream, haha. Silly old pinkie pie. I just need to remember to smile, right?" I said trying to sound as cheerful as possible. Mrs Cake still looked concerned, she put her hoof on my shoulder "Do you remember what the dream was about Pinkie?" "No! I mean err no." I stuttered "It was just a silly dream. Nothing important Mrs Cake. I just gotta giggle at the ghosties. Haha..." this was all very awkward. When Mr and Mrs Cake went downstairs again, I sighed with relief and face hoofed myself hard. I had lied too the cakes, I knew exactly what I had dreamed about. Soarin and her... They plagued my mind constantly. Soarin and her... Soarin and Rainbow. It had been months since Rainbow Dash had told me she liked me more than a friend. But back then I thought, well I knew I was a colt lover. So I told her I didn't like her Ilike that but it wouldn't affect our friendship. But now Dash is dating Soarin and I've been forgotten, inside I know she still likes me but It doesn't stop the feeling of neglect. We've been talking less and less recently and the loss of the rainbow that brightened my life seems to have taken its toll. I think I might have fallen in love with her. But society in Equestria doesn't look well upon mare and mare relationships. Oh Celestia, I wish I could go back in time and tell Dash that I love her back. Or at least tell myself in the past to tell Rainbow Dash that she is... my very special some pony. Suddenly I remembered that one time that Twilight went back into the past and told herself a message. I decided to talk to Twilight (well 'Princess Twilight'), I wouldn't tell her why I needed to go back in time, I would just ask if she would send me back. My pinkie senses tingled and I knew that today was going to be a good day. I jumped out of bed, grabbed a basket and then galloped to the bathroom to grab Gummy. I shoved him in the basket and tore down the stairs. I don't why brought Gummy but I guessed it was for moral support. As I raced to Princess Twilight Sparkle's library, it seemed like everypony I saw was with their very special somepony. I felt sick but it spurred me on to power my hooves as hard as I could. I reached Twilight's in 10 minutes flat, my Pink mane more frizzy than curly due to the sweat poring from my head. I didn't stop to knock at Twilight's door, I just burst in. Twilight was sat down at a desk reading , her crown was laying next to her. I knew she didn't like to wear it that much. "Twilight- *pant pant* need- *pant pant* help *pant pant* Rainbow *pant pant* magic *pant pant* Back in time!" I yelled struggling for air. "Woah, woah, woah! Pinkie pie. Slow down. Slow DOWN. Do you want a drink to help you relax?" Twilight asked sweetly. "No I do not want a bucking DRINK!" I yelled. "Gracious! Pinkie Pie, language!" Twilight looked shocked and slightly hurt. "Sorry Twi, I'm just stressed." I said regaining my breath. "Why? Pinkie I've never seen you like this. You are normally so Crazily happy!" Twilight said looking worried. "No, it's just I- I-... Well I need a favour. I'll even sing you a song if you help me!!!!" I said excitedly, it doesn't matter how sad I was, I love singing songs about my friends hehe! "You don't have to sing for me Pinkie." My face drooped, I wanted to sing... But I have to focus on the time spell! "What is the favour you want?" Twilight enquired, putting on her crown as if she was about to help a subject. Normally I would be slightly ticked off at that notion but I was too busy fretting over Dash. I took in a breath and said determinedly "I want you to perform a time spell on me." "A TIME spell?!! Pinkie Pie do you know how dangerous that is?!! You could cause a time lapse! Or- or you could get lost in the past!" Twilight cried frantic. "I trust you Princess Twilight Sparkle." the mention of her title focused Twilight. After arguing for about an hour she finally agreed to send me back even though I wouldn't tell her why. I was stood in the middle of the room with my eyes shut, focusing as hard as I could on the time I wanted to go back to. "Are you sure about this Pinkie?" Twilight asked sounding concerned. "I'm sure." I replied, cool as the water that Gummy swam in. Twilight shut her eyes and locked her hooves formally on the floor of the Library. She summoned all the magic she could from her horn and with a beam of light. I disappeared. Chapter 2: Me, myself and TimeChapter 2: Me, myself and time. I opened my eyes, squinting in the morning light, I was stood outside sugar cube corner. Twilight had told me that now she knew how the Time spell worked I would have more time than she did in the past. She assumed that I would have about half an hour. Cautiously I peered through the windows and saw myself waiting tables with cupcakes thus I decided I to scope out the scene before I talked to past Pinkie Pie. I giggled out loud at the thought of a past me. It was supery dupery CRAZY!!! I clapped a hoof over my mouth to stop the fits of giggles. Yes, I would go into Sugar Cube Corner and look around but I couldn't look like myself. No that would definitely give the game away. I checked the pocket watch that Twilight gave to me and headed to Rarity's shop. The Bell dinged as I entered, inside was Rarity flirting like anything with a colt I recognised as her Neighbour. The crusaders were sat on the floor, their flanks still as bare as anything, moaning about how Rarity was supposed to be taking them skiing for their cutie marks. For a second or two I got distracted and wondered whether I could go skiing, it sounds super exciting! But then I realised where I was, I waited quietly for Rarity to stop flirting so I could talk to her. But soon my patience wore thin. "Rarity!" I cried desperately. "Oh Pinkie Pie, darling, have you been waiting there long?" Rarity cooed. "Yes, in fact 'darling' I have been waiting here for almost 20 minutes. You and I need to have a conversation urgently. But," I looked at the colt and the crusaders "Alone." I concluded. Rarity gave an apologetic look to the colt and hushed down the fillies before she hurried me into the back. "Listen Pinkie I-" I cut Rarity off mid sentence with a hoof over her mouth. "I'm not Pinkie. Well I am, sorta," I tried not to giggle, "I'm future Pinkie! Oooooohh scary! Anyway...I came back just like Twilight did to talk to myself! But before I can do that I need your help to scope out the scene but NOT look like me ok?" Rarity's eyes were so busy checking out the colt to even listen to the fact that I was magically stuck out of time! "Rarity focus! I'm from the future and I need you to make me a disguise!" Rarity said with a surprisingly chilled out voice. 5 minutes later I stepped out of her shop as an indigo pony with blue hair and green eyes. My cutie mark was an adorable puppy. I cantered down the street calmly and said a small Fluttershy style Hello to every pony I passed. I entered into sugar cube corner and sat quietly down on a seat. It was so frustrating having to be 'Normal' all I wanted to do was sit upside down on the chair and grin widely at everypony. But right now I was on a mission. I was... Spy pinkie.... Duh duh dun dun dun dun dun DUN! I waved my hoof in a sort of, neat way to signal Pinkie Pie from the past over to give me a menu. She bounced over so blissfully unaware of the trauma that she would soon experience. When she saw me she typically gasped! I should have guessed that I would react like this. "Don't tell me, you know everypony and you don't recognise me so I must be new and I wouldn't know any pony so you were going to plan me a suprise birthday party to get friends. Blah blah blah I get it. Moving on!" I said sounding very unlike my normal pink self. "And before you ask no I'm not physic I'm-" I lowered my voice, "From the future and I need to talk to you Pinkie Pie." Past me giggled "Sure thing Future pony!" I couldn't help giggling as I walked Past me into the bedroom. I instructed her to sit down on the bed, she, well I, sat down upside down. "Now listen Pinkie at some point the mailpony-" "Ooh I love the mailpony!" Past Pinkie said, her face alight with joy. "So do I! But Pinkie, focus! Anyway the mailpony is going to give you a letter its going to be from Rainbow Dash." "Rainbow Dash?!! What does the letter say? What does it say?!!" Past me was trying my patience. "PINKIE!" I shouted! "Yes Future Pony?" Past me asked innocently. I inwardly sighed "Now in the future your going to regret the decision you make when get the letter. So when you receive this letter you've read it you have to find Rainbow Dash and tell her-" "Tell her what? Tell her what?!!" Pinkie Pie cried and I swear to Celestia I could've ripped her throat out! "- that you are-" A beam of light interrupted me, "In love with her!" I concluded eyes shut out of annoyance at Past Pinkie Pie. But when I opened my eyes to see Past me's reaction, I was greeted with a very confused looking purple pony in a lab coat and a crown. "TWILIGHT?!!" I shrieked. Twilight looked confusingly sympathetic for me, "What, what is it? Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked pointedly. The Princess looked meekly at the floor and said quietly. "The time spell wore out.... and I saw everything." Chapter 3: You can't tell anypony!Chapter 3: You Can't Tell Anypony! "What do you mean, you saw everything?" I said trying to appear cool and collected but on the inside alarm bells were screaming DANGER! "You and Rainbow Dash..." Twilight replied blushing and scraping her hoof along the floor. "What about me and Dash?" I asked through gritted teeth. "Oh come off it Pie, I'm a bucking Princess! I think I know when two ponies are together." She replied using language I'd never heard her use. "SHH!" I clapped a hoof over her loud mouth and used my other hoof to hit MYSELF in the head, "Fine, 'Your Majesty'. I'll tell you the whole story." I said my high voice dripping with sarcasm in an unPinkie like style. After I'd told her everything Princess Twilight looked slightly shocked. "As shocking as this is, I have read about Mare friendly relationships. They are actually more common than you think. Due to the fact that it is more likely for a mare to give birth to another mare rather than a colt. So on average there are more mares than colts, so not everypony gets their own colt. Therefore a few ponies resort to other mares. But the thing about you two is Dash and YOU Pinkie Pie are so beautiful that you could have any colt you wanted. But you still like one another. But clearly Dash has-" She paused to examine my sad expression, "- erm chosen another... Erm.... Path" She concluded looking relieved that I wasn't in floods of tears crying out Rainbow's name. My normally curly hair de-frizzed and became I my alter ego, a straight haired, sad and slightly psychotic pony with a severe attitudinal problem. "Twilight... Please help me... I need you... Twilight winked "I mean, Sure I'll help you. For 3 reasons; 1) I'm a princess and helping ponies is my job. 2) I have to help you as I wrote a letter to Princess Celestia about helping other ponies. Finally 3) You're my best friend and I'll always help you because I know you will ALWAYS help me." My hair burst into curls as a smile escaped my lips! I giggled and did a hoof stand, "Did I tell you Twilight, I really like purple ponies, they're always so sweet and nice! Hehe! So what are we going to do?" I asked giggling with Nervousitement! "Wellll..." Early the next morning I woke up to the sound of Twilight screaming. "Oh my Celestia! Princess, are you alright?!!" I flipped on my ninja pinkie and creeped along the floor. A hoof kicked me in the tail and I jumped screaming "Hoyah!"As I karate chopped the air. "Umm, Pinkie Pie?" I was only screaming because I found what we need." Twilight said sighing. Last night Twilight and I had been searching through all the newspapers of Equestria Daily looking for something that would allow us to break up Soarin and Dash. We didn't want to break them up unless we had a good reason to. "This Equestria Daily is dated a month ago. Well look!" I looked, It was a photograph of Soarin kissing a green mare, headlined WHO IS THIS MYSTERY MARE? "It's dated 2 weeks ago, and according to you Rainbow started dating Soarin a month ago!" Twilight exclaimed beaming. "This could just be one of his relatives Twi. This doesn't mean anything." I said sighing "I know Pinkie that's what I thought so I thought I would err... Double check." She said smiling wryly. "Ahaha naughty Princess Sparkle!" I said winking. "What sort dark magic you use?" She winked back at me "Well it isn't 'dark' just a sorta Only For Princesses locator spell." She blushed. I don't know why she was breaking all the rules for me, I mean we're Close friends but she must really want to help me because all of this is not Twilight's style. "Okay, so her name is Emerald Rose and she is noble pony from Trottingham, she is a Unicorn with popularity and riches beyond your wildest dreams." Twilight explained slowly so my Pinkie brain could comprehend and remember the information she was giving me. Well that's what she said anyway so I think it means: If Twilight talk slooooow Pinkie will get it! I slipped on my detective hat and popped my bubble pipe in my mouth (I just carry them everywhere!!!) "Well I'd say Emerald Rose should pay us a visit... Wait no... We should pay her a Visit, no I mean we should errr-" Twilight took the hat off my head and slipped it on her own. "Well I'd say its about time we pay Miss Emerald Rose a litttttle visit." Twilight said like a Proper real life detectivy pony!!! I giggled and she had I drag to the train station while I was in fits of giggles. As we galloped on to the train and looked out, I looked at Twilight with a triumphant smile and took her hoof in mine. She positively glowed at my touch, that was unlike her, she normally doesn't like other ponies touching her. "Let's. Do. This!" I cried as the train began to chug towards Trottingham and a future with Rainbow Dash! Chapter 4: We'd like to ask you a few questionsChapter 4: We'd like to ask you a few questions. Twilight was beginning to weird me out, she took any opportunity she could to touch me. I bought a book on the train for her to read to pass the time and I thought she had a panic attack she smiled sooo much. She didn't even read it she seemed to only want to talk to me. So I started reading one my magazines feeling slightly freaked and she still didn't read she just stared at me. When I asked if she was alright she went bright red and said a polite yes. By the time we arrived I was too excited about possibly getting Rainbow Dash to love me again too notice Princess Twilight's weird antics. We found Emerald's mansion eventually, it took a long time because every pony was bowing at Twilight's hooves. I said something to Twilight while a whole crowd was bowing, it was something like "C'mon Twi, save your Royal buck until after we talk to Emerald!" and some random colt hit me over the head with his hoof and shouted "How dare you speak to the Princess like that you pink bitch!!!" I was about to whack him one when Twilight had jumped in front of me and screamed "How ruddy dare you. This pony happens to be one of my best friends." The colt had gone bright red but Twilight carried on "This happens to be one of the 6 ponies who wielded the elements of harmony saved Equestria from Sombre, Discord, Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis. So if you want to call her a bitch I swear to Celstia's name I will throw you in the caves beneath Canterlot. Now apologise. Comprendes? " The colt was crying and everypony around looked terrified, he nodded and said a meek sorry to me I blushed and said it was alright. Twilight began to trot away with me at her hooves but then she stopped turned and looked at the colt, who cowered "Oh and FYI, Pink is a beautiful colour." She had winked at me and then we had galloped off to find Emerald's. "I can't believe I did that, Princess Celestia is going to be so very angry." Twilight said anxious. We were stood outside the door of Emerald Rose's Mansion. "She won't you were just standing up for your friends. You weren't being aggressive you were just being assertive. But anyway we have to focus on the task at hand and that is talking to Emerald about Soarin and Dashie." I knocked hard on the door and waited. I heard the clopping of hooves and sorted out my hair. Then glanced at Twilight and brohoofed. A click of a lock and the door swung open to the most beautiful pony I'd ever seen (well apart from Rainbow Dash) "Oh my Celestia! You're, you're Princess Twilight Sparkle! Do come in Princess and-" Her beautiful silver eyes scanned me "Your charming friend" Emerald said smiling sincerely. She guided us inside and as down on a turquoise sofa "Come sit, sit." We politely sat down on the comfortable sofa and admired her beautiful green and blue home. "Would you two fine mares care for a drink? Mystery? Oh Mystery?!!" She called down the hallway. A handsome brooding Colt with pitch black colouring and Bright blue eyes trotted into the hallway wearing a white bow tie and blue suit. Twilight's eyes popped out of her skull and she practically drooled. His eyes scanned the room and fell upon me. "Yes my Queen" He said gruffly, eyes still fixed on me. I giggled inwardly at his butler costume. Why was he staring at me? "Go fetch these fine Mares some champagne they must be parched!" "Indeed my Queen," As he trotted out of the room. "Why does he call you his Queen?" I asked curiously. "Well, I am the 'queen of my household' so all my 'subjects' call me so. You see ever since I was a filly I've wanted to be a Princess like you Twilight. So I guess I'm just chasing a dream my servants know that they are practically my friends. Calling me their Queen is sort of a private joke." Emerald giggled. "Now to what, do I owe this pleasure then?" She asked smiling sweetly. Twilight who was still staring at the empty space where Mystery stood turned her attention back to Emerald. "Well Miss Rose we'd like to ask you a few questions." "Do you know who the WonderBolts are?" I asked, "Why yes I course, they are the best flyers in all of Equestria!" She smiled and raised an eyebrow as if to say that she wasn't stupid. "In fact my coltfriend is in the WonderBolts. He's very famous you know!" Yes, yes yes! Rainbow Dash was MINE. Twilight remained cool and collected while I grinned like a filly! "Really? I hate to tell you this Emerald Rose but you aren't the only marefriend Soarin has...." "Wait... what?!!" And with that Emerald fainted. Chapter 5: Love crossedChapter 5: Love crossed. Twilight and I screamed as Noble Pony Emerald Rose collapsed neatly on the floor. Mystery the butler dashed in "What did you do to her?!!" He cried, "Nothing, we just told her that well, Soarin is... Cheating on her.... " I drifted off. Mystery had put his hoof on mine and was looking deep into my eyes "Why are you looking at her like that?" Twilight asked accusingly. "It's just, well, Pinkie Pie is that you?" He asked looking directly at me. "How do you know my name? Are you psychic?!! Ooh ooh what's going to happen Tomorrow???" I was sooo excited, I loved psychics! He chuckled sweetly "No Pinkie Pie, don't you remember me?" I shook my head "It's me Mystery Gloom! I was in your class at school, I asked you to be my erm... Very special somepony." He stuttered. "Oh my Celestia! Mystery?!! But you're so handsome? What the buck happened?!!" I cried. Now I remembered, Mystery Gloom was a shy and secluded little colt, he used to be bullied because he was a - a... I gasped "Where the buck are your wings and horn?" I shrieked. "So you remember me! Well my horn and wings are still here, my wings are under my suit and my horn is under my mane. Look.." He stripped off and shook his hair out. Twilight started drooling. "You're an Alicorn like me!". She exclaimed. "Yes but I'm not royalty, I doubt Princess Celestia knows about me. And as for looks, Photo Finish thought she would let her stylists give me a makeover so I could be their model for a week. See Princess Twilight, Pinkie and I lived as neighbours, her on a rock farm and me on a Pineapple farm (bit weird I know). Pinkie used to throw parties for the village that we lived in. I used to watch her dance and I used to want to dance as well." He said staring into my eyes with a passionate stare. I freaked out and cried "Aren't we sort of forgetting the unconscious noble pony lying at our hooves?!!" 20 mintues later, Twilight and I were trotting out of the door waving a pale looking Emerald Rose fair well. She promised us she would meet us at Twilight's library to discuss a time when she would out herself to Rainbow Dash and Soarin as Soarin's marefriend. As we walked onto the street Twilight stopped and turned to me. "Ever since I had that awful relationship with Flash Sentry I thought I would change to mares and try my luck. I fell for you Pinkie..." My face went red and I was about say something but Twilight cut me in. "But I think I've fallen for Mystery Gloom, he's so... Amanezing!" I sighed with relief and said "I'm glad because I think he likes you." I lied, I saw him dashing down the street to talk to us. "Twilight go and grab a hot chocolate from that cafe over there and I'll ask him whether he likes you or not. Ok go, GO!" I hurried Twilight into a cafe and turned to face a panting Mystery. "Pinkie there is something I need to do that I've wanted to do since I was a filly...." He dragged me by my hoof into a back street where he kissed me as though it was his last kiss ever. He kissed me down my neck and along my collarbone. A rogue moan escaped my lips. As wrong as this was because I still loved Rainbow. This colt was beautiful. He stopped kissing me and looked deep into my eyes. "I still want to be your very special somepony Pinkie." I grabbed his mane and pulled him back onto my lips and kissed him passionately. I stopped eventually. "I have to go, give me your address and I'll come and see you soon to talk. Ok, and Mystery.. Don't tell anyone about this..." I took his adress out of a business card of his blue suit and turned to go, facehoofing inside, but he grabbed my hoof in his "I love you Pinkie Pie..." I sighed and left the alley to see an eager Princess waiting across the street holding a two hot chocolates. I dashed over to my new best friend and hugged her. On the train back to Ponyville, Twilight quizzed me on what Mystery had said "He err said he wanted you to come and visit him at some point next week, I got his address so you could. He thought you would have a lot to talk about. So I'd say there's a lot of potential for a relationship!" I knew I was lying to Twilight but I just wanted her to be happy... Because If she was happy it would make me more happy. Because right now I'm really just confused. I mean it seems like everypony is love crossed and I'm stuck in the middle attempting to make sense of things. I mean so far the list goes: Twilight loved me but now she loves Mystery Mystery loves me I love Rainbow Dash but I can't help liking Mystery Rainbow Dash loves Soarin Soarin loves Emerald Rose AND Rainbow Dash And I'm pretty sure Emerald has the hots for Twilight. Oh Celestia! How the BUCK do I sort this out?!! Chapter 6: Drama at SugarCube cornerChapter 6: Drama at Sugarcube Corner A sharp tap sounded at the door of Twilight's Library waking Twilight and me up from sleep. We had spent the last 2 days in the Library planning and sleeping we must have forgotten Emerald Rose. Twilight jumped up and yelled "Coming!" She dashed to a mirror to sort out her mane and I tidied away the sleeping bags. We switched and I did my mane while she put away books and pieces of paper. We both ran to the door and collided "Pinkie watch it!" She cried. We opened the door trying to look as neat and tidy as possible. Outside stood Emerald and... "Mystery Gloom?!!" I cried. Twilight hit me on the Eg with her hoof and smiled a welcome. Especially to Mystery. *sigh* What have I gotten myself into? "So Princess Twilight you're looking gorgeous! And Pinkie you look nice..." She added her gaze never leaving Twi, "Please call me Twilight Sparkle, Or Twilight." Twilight said politely "Or just Twi!" I added giggling. Emerald smiled "So my darlings, what is the plan?" I took in a breath and began explaining "Well, we have decided that you should go up to Soarin while he is with Rainbow Dash and kiss him on the lips. Saying something like, oh there's my gorgeous coltfriend I just dropped by to see a friend! If he denies you hold up the Newspaper article with you kissing him. At 1:00 they'll be at sugar cube corner, I told Dash I wanted to meet her boyfriend so that's where we will be meeting. I just have to go check something out a second, Twi tell Emerald Rose the details!" I stood up and trotted through to the next room where I sat down and started silently crying. How was I supposed have cupcakes with my true love and her new coltfriend?!! I just sat and cried for a bit when I heard hoof steps down the hall. I didn't look up, "Oh hey Twi..." I checked my watch and sneaked a peek out of the door to where Emerald Rose and Princess Twilight Sparkle were hiding. I turned to the left to see Mystery Gloom gazing at me intently and sighed longingly. Wait what the buck?!! I loved Rainbow, RAINBOW! My inner confusion was interrupted as the bell on the door dinged and I saw Rainbow Dash and Soarin giggling and holding hooves. I almost started crying pitifully there and then. But I glanced at a comforting Mystery Gloom and felt instantly better. "Dash! And this must be Soarin, crazy!" I smiled falsely and stuck my tongue out! "Pinkie Pie you are so random!" Dash cried laughing beautifully. I wanted to kiss her, she was so beautiful, her mane was a gorgeous mixture of all the colours in Equestria. Her wings were beautifully arched and her slender figure was a perfect shade of Blue. " So this must be the famous Pinkie Pie, Dashie Darling has been talking about you non stop." He said falsely, I wanted to punch him in that bucking handsome face of his. No! Pinkie hold on for two seconds. I could see Emerald Rose begin to walk into Sugarcube corner so I carried on smiling like nothing was wrong. "Yep I'm the one and only pony who's totally funtastic! I like to play games and party and I love to-" "Sweetheart!" Emerald's voice rang out through Sugarcube corner. "Oh darling, I've been looking everywhere for you Soarin! Naughty boy! I thought I'd drop by and say hello to my angel!" Emerald sat on Soarin's lap and kissed him passionately. Dash looked bemused and very angry. "Umm who are you?" Dashie asked confused. "Oh I'm Emerald Rose, a noble pony from Trottingham, I'm Soarin's marefriend!" Emerald smiled. "Wait hang on, his MAREFRIEND?!!" Chapter 7: But I'm Your MarefriendChapter 7: But I'm your marefriend! "Oh, so how do you know Pinkie Pie?" Emerald asked pointedly. Soarin struggled for a second and then opened his mouth to make up some lame ass excuse. But I cut in. "I only just met him, I called Rainbow Dash to meet me with her new coltfriend, Soarin, they came in holding hooves and kissing." I said loudly. Emerald winked at me smiling. After Soarin made up every bad excuse in the book Emerald shushed him and looked at him dearly? "Well my darling Soarin I might as well give you the present I got for you." Present what present? Soarin clearly looked like he was forgiven. "I bought us both romantic hot chocolates." Emerald Rose picked out two Horsta Hoffee cappuccino cups. She took the lids off both the drinks but instead of hoofing one over Soarin she passed it to Rainbow. "Now Dash you can do whatever you want with your drink, I know what I'm going to do with mine." She picked up her drink and chucked it in Soarin's face. Dash grinned then bro hoofed Emerald. She picked up her own and chucked it violently at Soarin. Soarin shouted, that drink must have been HOT. As Dash and Emerald walked out, Emerald called "C'mon out Mystery, Pinkie and Twi! They helped me plan to expose Soarin as a playa pony!" I leapt up and walked slowly to join Dash and Emerald. Last night we all went out drinking, I was sober still but you, Emerald, Twilight and Rainbow Dash got hammered! You played the truth game and you had to say who you loved." I cringed, I knew how this would end. "Emerald said Twilight! Twilight grinned but said me.... *sigh*. I said you and you, well, hit me. Very hard..." He lifted the fringe of his mane so I could see the massive purple bruise on his black colouring. I grimaced. "You said Rainbow Dash; Rainbow went pink and kicked you hard in the flank. I could tell you were hurt but not disheartened. In the end Twilight went to sleep at Emerald's house, you kissed Rainbow. But she pushed you away and you burst into tears. Dash went home to Cloudsdale looking guilty and you lay crying on a chair for a bit. And I came to help you up and you...." He smiled "....Kissed me.” Wait, I kissed him?!! Mystery Gloom strode gracefully back into the room dressed in his bow tie carrying a silver plate with cupcakes and hot chocolate on. "Your breakfast my noble mare." He said gently I giggled, I love cupcakes!!!!!! I could just imagine licking off that icing. Pinkie Pie focus! I picked up a cupcake"Why are you doing this for me?" I asked "Because I love you." I laughed dryly at myself "I'm not rich, fast or kind or strong! I don't measure up to someone who would be your marefriend. As for fast? You can bounce faster than anypony I've ever met!" I giggled weakly, watching his blue eyes watch me. "I don't care whether you're rich, I've got plenty of money. You are kind and also strong of heart. You measure up to being my marefriend perfectly. I don't care that you love another mare, I'll still fight for you. You make excellent choices, you have a great job and a temporary house. I love it when you don't make sense, I just want to laugh and smile all day. You are weird but in a uniquely beautiful way." I blushed. "I don't want some well to do noble pony. I want the magical, beautiful pink waitress at Sugarcube Corner." I paused for a second. "Princess Cadence?" He shook his head "Twilight?" He sighed "Mrs Cake? I asked slightly confused. "No Pinkie Pie, I want you." He whispered. I didn't think about the consequences. I didn't think about Rainbow Dash. I didn't think about anything at all I just whispered "You... Won me over...". He opened his muzzle to say something but I broke him off by grabbing the back of his head "Pinkie Pie I-" He was interrupted by his own moaning as I collided my lips with his. "Don't think... Don't say anything. Just SHOW me how much you love me." He moaned again but nodded. The next hour or so was followed by moaning from Mystery and myself. I don't know what it was about this colt. He was just so charming and sweet. I realised he might be better for me than Rainbow Dash! I needed to see Rainbow. I needed to find out why she turned me down. Mystery Gloom was in the kitchen making dinner, he is sooooooo awesomely amazing. I giggled! I decided that though it was rude to just leave after having sex with this sweet pony I had to see Dashie. I felt so bad as I Ninja Pinkie'd outta there without being heard. I trotted down to the place where they kept my rented air balloon. Every time that I ride in it to see Dash she doesn't realise I pay 600 bits every 2 months. That's why I can't afford an actual house of my own. But I like visiting Cloudsdale and Rainbow so much that it is TOTALLY worth it! Sort of... Maybe... Ok it really sucks but Rainbow Dash just looks so happy when I visit so I keep it. Plus it's good when I get paid to do commentating jobs with Spike. Lyra Heartstrings waited for me (I called her when I got out of Mystery's house), she surprisingly owns the balloon and many ponies don't know that. "Hey there, Pinkie. Balloon's all ready for you. You look like you're tired. You sure you wanna fly?" I nodded smiling falsely. I was definitely NOT up for flying because I was nursing a deathly hangover but I was still going to go! 5 minutes later I was airborne. 20 minutes later and I was in Cloudsdale. 30 minutes later I was at Rainbows knocking on the door with balloons tied around my waist to keep me up. I heard a groan from the house. Dash was clearly feeling as sick as I was but she answered the door with a massive fake smile. "Hey there! Wait..." She scanned me. "Pinkie Pie?!!" Sickness flooded through me and all I wanted was to be back at Mystery Gloom's house. "I need to talk to you Dashie, old buddy old pal! It's about...Us..." I drifted off my sentence due to my vision blurring. "Pinkie Pie I know we have a lot to talk about do want to come inside and- Woah!" I couldn't even hear her, I was trying so hard to hear her but I couldn't. The balloons keeping me afloat were starting to burn my skin. I felt myself drifting away. I could see her and then I couldn't. All I wanted was to say I love you Rainbow, through all the confusion I love you. Though you had a coltfriend I love you. Though you turned me down I love you. Though we're both mares and this doesn't make any sense I love you. I love you and I wish with all the pink happiness in me that you love me too. Rainbow Dash was clearly freaking out. "Pinkster? Your mane's gone straight! Very funny Pinkie Pie, I'm laughing see! You can stop now! Pinkie?!! Stop it now I know you're joking around! Oh Celestia! What's wrong with you?!! Do you need a Doctor?!! Pinkie!" Rainbow's frantic words mixed into nonsense and I stopped trying to hold on. "Please help me..." I begged before the light of Cloudsdale faded into nothing and I lost Rainbow to the darkness. Chapter 9: I'm Bucking DONE Being NiceChapter 9: I'm bucking DONE being nice! I woke up in an unfamiliar place to the sound of crying. Huh, I seem to be waking up in a LOT of strange places! I giggled aloud and sat up my eyes blurry. The sound crying turned into small sniffles as the pony creating the noise attempted to stop their tears. "Hey Pinkie..." A small voice rang out over the buzzing of the room. My eyes adjusted and I realised that I was in the Ponyville hospital, I looked down at myself. Their was a bandage around my waist and around my head. I then inspected the pony talking to me. "Rainbow Dash?!!" She nodded. "What... What happened? How did I get here? Wha-" "Shhhh" Dash interrupted my frantic questions. "The Doctor saids you shouldn't get too excited. I'm so sorry Pinkie Pie..." She burst into tears, she looked strangely beautiful. This was very unlike Dash, I wonder what happened...? "Wait what?" I asked curiously. "Pinkie what do you remember about yesterday?" Rainbow Dash asked tentatively. What did I remember? "I remember waking up at umm MY house..." I didn't want to talk about Mystery unless Dash already knew. I don't remember so I can't tell. "I ummm went to Twilight's house and umm had some umm tea...? Then I umm went to that place at that time and then I came to see you! I don't remember why or what happened." I stuttered. Well at least the end bit was true. I really don't remember why I went to Dash's or what happened. I hope she falls for the rest of the rubbish story. I just don't want to say anything about what happened with Mystery Gloom. "You came to talk about how I turned you down and... Oh Pinkie Pie!" Rainbow Dash bent down to the hospital bed, her beautiful mane of every colour tickling my muzzle, and kissed me hard on the mouth. We kissed desperately but then the door clicked open and the one pony I never ever wanted to see me kissing Rainbow galloped into the room holding a silver present. "Pinkie Pie?!!! Are you in here?!!" Mystery Gloom yelled sounding both gorgeous and terrified. With his electric eyes he scanned the room, his glance fell on me and Rainbow Dash our mouths locked on each others. We jumped apart as if caught robbing a bank. He dropped the present in shock and those beautiful eyes filled with waterfalls of sadness. Blinking furiously he turned around and dashed out of the room. "Wait! Mystery wait!" I cried and jumped up and out of the bed wincing in pain and galloped painfully after him. "Pinkie stop!" Rainbow cried and flew out after me. My vision was tinged red from all the searing pain I was experiencing. I ignored all the nurses crying for me to stop. I kicked the doors with my hind legs and dashed out. I saw Mystery Gloom leaning against a tree trying to hide the tears cascading from his eyes. He saw me and he stretched his wings and shook his mane so you could see his horn. He flew up and loomed above me. "Mystery... You knew I loved Rainbow." I whispered terrified. "Right, of COURSE you did. You know something funny Pinkie Pie, I was all prepared to love you while you loved Rainbow Dash. But then what did you do?" His blue eyes turned icy as he laughed. "Shh..." I pleaded, everypony was staring. This made him laugh harder. "You had SEX with me!" I panicked "Please be quieter!" I cried in tears of sadness and embarrassment. "So I thought you loved ME! But no?!! That was all part of your ploy! Because straight after you vanish and I look everywhere for you until someone says you're in the HOSPITAL! So I gallop down here to make sure the mare I'm in love with is alright! I trot into her room and there she is KISSING RAINBOW DASH! So you know what Pinkie Pie?!!" He was getting louder and angrier every second. "I'm bucking DONE being nice! So you and your marefriend can buck off to somewhere else!" I was visibly shaking, "Hey you Alicorn Dick!" Rainbow Dash's voice yelled as she flew down from her hovering position above me. "Pinkie hasn't done any of the crap you accused her of. I'm pretty sure she loves you from the tears she's spilling. So Mr Buck up lemme tell you WHAT THE BUCK ACTUALLY BUCKING HAPPENED!!! So shut the buck and listen you pussy." God this pony is like a sister to me. She's so nice and dangerous! Mystery's angry face faltered and he lowered back down to the ground. "But first, Pinkie Pie sweetheart sit down angel so you don't get hurt again. See you dick she's HURT, she has serious rope burns and a concussion so you better not get her all worked up or I'll work up my hoof in your ass!" I sat down on a bench and some sympathetic pony gave me their coat. I realised Twilight, Emerald, AppleJack, Rarity and Fluttershy were all there watching with the same shocked expression. They probably heard I was sick and came to check on me. I turned my attention back to a fuming cyan Pegasus flying above the crowds preparing for battle. Chapter 10: Maybe She Was Just My Amazing Pegasus SisterChapter 10 of AROP: Maybe she was just my amazing pegasus sister "Yesterday Pinkie came to talk to me about what was going on, I'm pretty sure she was just trying to verify her feelings for me before she told you she loved you. She still had a hangover from the night before when I horribly rejected her. You, Mystery Gloom, carried her home and looked after her until the next evening. Thank you for looking after Pinkie after I messed her up and yes I feel exceptionally guilty. You and her had a romantic time but then she came to see me because as I've said she wanted to check she didn't still love me before loving you. She flew in her balloon up to see me which gave her a bad case of nausea and then tightly tied on some balloons to keep herself afloat. But they were too tight and caused her to collapse and fall through the cloud layer. I caught her but not before she hit her head on a tree branch. She didn't wake up so I took her to the hospital and they said she had a concussion. She came to and I realised that the pony who carried her home from the drinking might be her Very Special Somepony. I kissed her to say goodbye because I realised she was somepony else's mare and it might be my last time since I bucked it all up. But then you trotted in and jumped to conclusions!" Rainbow finished looking menacing sending death stares at Mystery. Mystery Gloom drifted to the ground and retracted his wings. He trotted over to me his eyes full of shame and regret. He looked at me with those eyes and they said everything he wanted to. Sorry they said. Sorry you're sick. Sorry I scared you. Please, PLEASE love me again... I realised that maybe this whole time chasing Dash I missed the one colt who would Really love me and wouldn't only realise once I've been seriously wounded. I'm not the sort of pony to hold a grudge so having him clearly say sorry without saying anything moved me to tears. In a tiny voice my mouth opened and murmered words only my beautiful Alicorn lover could hear. "I verified my feelings over Rainbow Dash..." His eyes darkened. I started laughing quietly and then got louder. I laughed at myself and Rainbow and Mystery and the whole scenario! I laughed and laughed until my sides split and my hair bounced back to its former glory I spoke through fits of giggles. "It's you I want Mystery Gloom, I want to spend my life with you!" He burst into a grin and I grinned back. The whole crowd oohed and ahhed at our completely cliché ending. Mystery Gloom spread his glorious wings and started to glow. No I mean literally he GLOWED! The glow was so incandescently large it seemed to fill the whole of Ponyville! I couldn't even see him through the glow but when it reduced I could see his charming silhouette. When the light cleared I saw Mystery. But he was different. He was wearing a crown! "Hey how about that, Pinkie Pie? Being an Alicorn finally made me a prince!" He yelled grinning like a madcolt! I laughed but inwardly cringed because this whole affair was totally cheeseville! Although recently it seemed I was a permanent resident in cheeseville smiling cornily with the rest of the happily ever afters. Mystery touched my waist gently with his horn. I felt a tingling sensation as his magic healed my wounds and I sighed in relief. He grabbed my hooves and flew upwards with me holding on like a filly! We were in the clouds looking down on Ponyville when he reached down to kiss me. Joyfully I kissed him back blissfully aware that finally I had found the arms that would never let me go. As for Rainbow Dash, I loved her but in a deeper way, a way you depend on your family. She was my family! Maybe she was just my amazing pegasus sister.... My pegasister forever... And as I looked around the beautiful sky that surrounded me and my Prince I swore I could see in the distance the perfect representation of our sisterhood. Chapter 1: Twilight you've gotta help me!Chapter 1: Twilight you've gotta help me! I woke up drenched in tears. Mr and Mrs Cake ran up the stairs of the bakery to check what was wrong. I was staying with them temporarily. "Pinkimina Dianne Pie, what in Celstia's name is wrong, sweetheart?" Mrs Cake asked sympathetically. "Bad Dream?" asked Mr Cake. "Yes, that's it. I've just had a bad dream, haha. Silly old pinkie pie. I just need to remember to smile, right?" I said trying to sound as cheerful as possible. Mrs Cake still looked concerned, she put her hoof on my shoulder "Do you remember what the dream was about Pinkie?" "No! I mean err no." I stuttered "It was just a silly dream. Nothing important Mrs Cake. I just gotta giggle at the ghosties. Haha..." this was all very awkward. When Mr and Mrs Cake went downstairs again, I sighed with relief and face hoofed myself hard. I had lied too the cakes, I knew exactly what I had dreamed about. Soarin and her... They plagued my mind constantly. Soarin and her... Soarin and Rainbow. It had been months since Rainbow Dash had told me she liked me more than a friend. But back then I thought, well I knew I was a colt lover. My pinkie senses tingled and I knew that today was going to be a good day. I jumped out of bed, grabbed a basket and then galloped to the bathroom to grab Gummy. I shoved him in the basket and tore down the stairs. I don't why brought Gummy but I guessed it was for moral support. As I raced to Princess Twilight Sparkle's library, it seemed like everypony I saw was with their very special somepony. I felt sick but it spurred me on to power my hooves as hard as I could. I reached Twilight's in 10 minutes flat, my Pink mane more frizzy than curly due to the sweat poring from my head. I didn't stop to knock at Twilight's door, I just burst in. Twilight was sat down at a desk reading , her crown was laying next to her. I knew she didn't like to wear it that much. "Twilight- *pant pant* need- *pant pant* help *pant pant* Rainbow *pant pant* magic *pant pant* Back in time!" I yelled struggling for air. "Woah, woah, woah! Pinkie pie. Slow down. Slow DOWN. Do you want a drink to help you relax?" Twilight asked sweetly. "No I do not want a bucking DRINK!" I yelled. "Gracious! Pinkie Pie, language!" Twilight looked shocked and slightly hurt. "Sorry Twi, I'm just stressed." I said regaining my breath. "Why? Pinkie I've never seen you like this. You are normally so Crazily happy!" Twilight said looking worried. "No, it's just I- I-... Well I need a favour. I'll even sing you a song if you help me!!!!" I said excitedly, it doesn't matter how sad I was, I love singing songs about my friends hehe! "You don't have to sing for me Pinkie." My face drooped, I wanted to sing... But I have to focus on the time spell! "What is the favour you want?" Twilight enquired, putting on her crown as if she was about to help a subject. Normally I would be slightly ticked off at that notion but I was too busy fretting over Dash. I took in a breath and said determinedly "I want you to perform a time spell on me." "A TIME spell?!! Pinkie Pie do you know how dangerous that is?!! You could cause a time lapse! Or- or you could get lost in the past!" Twilight cried frantic. "I trust you Princess Twilight Sparkle." the mention of her title focused Twilight. After arguing for about an hour she finally agreed to send me back even though I wouldn't tell her why. I was stood in the middle of the room with my eyes shut, focusing as hard as I could on the time I wanted to go back to. "Are you sure about this Pinkie?" Twilight asked sounding concerned. "I'm sure." I replied, cool as the water that Gummy swam in. Twilight shut her eyes and locked her hooves formally on the floor of the Library. She summoned all the magic she could from her horn and with a beam of light. I disappeared.
Chapter 2: Me, myself and TimeChapter 2: Me, myself and time. I opened my eyes, squinting in the morning light, I was stood outside sugar cube corner. Twilight had told me that now she knew how the Time spell worked I would have more time than she did in the past. She assumed that I would have about half an hour. Cautiously I peered through the windows and saw myself waiting tables with cupcakes thus I decided I to scope out the scene before I talked to past Pinkie Pie. I giggled out loud at the thought of a past me. It was supery dupery CRAZY!!! I clapped a hoof over my mouth to stop the fits of giggles. Yes, I would go into Sugar Cube Corner and look around but I couldn't look like myself. No that would definitely give the game away. I checked the pocket watch that Twilight gave to me and headed to Rarity's shop. The Bell dinged as I entered, inside was Rarity flirting like anything with a colt I recognised as her Neighbour. The crusaders were sat on the floor, their flanks still as bare as anything, moaning about how Rarity was supposed to be taking them skiing for their cutie marks. For a second or two I got distracted and wondered whether I could go skiing, it sounds super exciting! But then I realised where I was, I waited quietly for Rarity to stop flirting so I could talk to her. But soon my patience wore thin. "Rarity!" I cried desperately. "Oh Pinkie Pie, darling, have you been waiting there long?" Rarity cooed. "Yes, in fact 'darling' I have been waiting here for almost 20 minutes. You and I need to have a conversation urgently. But," I looked at the colt and the crusaders "Alone." I concluded. Rarity gave an apologetic look to the colt and hushed down the fillies before she hurried me into the back. "Listen Pinkie I-" I cut Rarity off mid sentence with a hoof over her mouth. "I'm not Pinkie. Well I am, sorta," I tried not to giggle, "I'm future Pinkie! Oooooohh scary! I cantered down the street calmly and said a small Fluttershy style Hello to every pony I passed. I entered into sugar cube corner and sat quietly down on a seat. It was so frustrating having to be 'Normal' all I wanted to do was sit upside down on the chair and grin widely at everypony. But right now I was on a mission. I was... Spy pinkie.... Duh duh dun dun dun dun dun DUN! I waved my hoof in a sort of, neat way to signal Pinkie Pie from the past over to give me a menu. She bounced over so blissfully unaware of the trauma that she would soon experience. When she saw me she typically gasped! I should have guessed that I would react like this. "Don't tell me, you know everypony and you don't recognise me so I must be new and I wouldn't know any pony so you were going to plan me a suprise birthday party to get friends. Blah blah blah I get it. Moving on!" I said sounding very unlike my normal pink self. "And before you ask no I'm not physic I'm-" I lowered my voice, "From the future and I need to talk to you Pinkie Pie." Past me giggled "Sure thing Future pony!" I couldn't help giggling as I walked Past me into the bedroom. I instructed her to sit down on the bed, she, well I, sat down upside down. "Now listen Pinkie at some point the mailpony-" "Ooh I love the mailpony!" Past Pinkie said, her face alight with joy. "So do I! But Pinkie, focus! Anyway the mailpony is going to give you a letter its going to be from Rainbow Dash." "Rainbow Dash?!! What does the letter say? What does it say?!!" Past me was trying my patience. "PINKIE!" I shouted! "Yes Future Pony?" Past me asked innocently. I inwardly sighed "Now in the future your going to regret the decision you make when get the letter. So when you receive this letter you've read it you have to find Rainbow Dash and tell her-" "Tell her what? Tell her what?!!" Pinkie Pie cried and I swear to Celestia I could've ripped her throat out! "- that you are-" A beam of light interrupted me, "In love with her!" I concluded eyes shut out of annoyance at Past Pinkie Pie. But when I opened my eyes to see Past me's reaction, I was greeted with a very confused looking purple pony in a lab coat and a crown. "TWILIGHT?!!" I shrieked. Twilight looked confusingly sympathetic for me, "What, what is it? Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked pointedly. The Princess looked meekly at the floor and said quietly. "The time spell wore out.... and I saw everything."
Chapter 3: You can't tell anypony!Chapter 3: You Can't Tell Anypony! "What do you mean, you saw everything?" I said trying to appear cool and collected but on the inside alarm bells were screaming DANGER! "You and Rainbow Dash..." Twilight replied blushing and scraping her hoof along the floor. "What about me and Dash?" I asked through gritted teeth. "Oh come off it Pie, I'm a bucking Princess! I think I know when two ponies are together." She replied using language I'd never heard her use. "SHH!" I clapped a hoof over her loud mouth and used my other hoof to hit MYSELF in the head, "Fine, 'Your Majesty'. I'll tell you the whole story." I said my high voice dripping with sarcasm in an unPinkie like style. After I'd told her everything Princess Twilight looked slightly shocked. "As shocking as this is, I have read about Mare friendly relationships. They are actually more common than you think. Due to the fact that it is more likely for a mare to give birth to another mare rather than a colt. So on average there are more mares than colts, so not everypony gets their own colt. Therefore a few ponies resort to other mares. But the thing about you two is Dash and YOU Pinkie Pie are so beautiful that you could have any colt you wanted. But you still like one another. But clearly Dash has-" She paused to examine my sad expression, "- erm chosen another... Erm.... Path" She concluded looking relieved that I wasn't in floods of tears crying out Rainbow's name. My normally curly hair de-frizzed and became I my alter ego, a straight haired, sad and slightly psychotic pony with a severe attitudinal problem. "Twilight... Please help me... I need you... I NEED Rainbow Dash..." I begged and burst into tears. "Ok then." She said smiling as though it was totally normal. "Ok? What in the hoof do you mean by 'OK'?!!" I cried angrily through my tears. Twilight winked "I mean, Sure I'll help you. For 3 reasons; 1) I'm a princess and helping ponies is my job. 2) I have to help you as I wrote a letter to Princess Celestia about helping other ponies. Finally 3) You're my best friend and I'll always help you because I know you will ALWAYS help me." My hair burst into curls as a smile escaped my lips! I giggled and did a hoof stand, "Did I tell you Twilight, I really like purple ponies, they're always so sweet and nice! Hehe! So what are we going to do?" I asked giggling with Nervousitement! "Wellll..." Early the next morning I woke up to the sound of Twilight screaming. "Oh my Celestia! Princess, are you alright?!!" I flipped on my ninja pinkie and creeped along the floor. A hoof kicked me in the tail and I jumped screaming "Hoyah!"As I karate chopped the air. "Umm, Pinkie Pie?" I was only screaming because I found what we need." Twilight said sighing. Last night Twilight and I had been searching through all the newspapers of Equestria Daily looking for something that would allow us to break up Soarin and Dash. We didn't want to break them up unless we had a good reason to. "This Equestria Daily is dated a month ago. Well look!" I looked, It was a photograph of Soarin kissing a green mare, headlined WHO IS THIS MYSTERY MARE? "It's dated 2 weeks ago, and according to you Rainbow started dating Soarin a month ago!" Twilight exclaimed beaming. "This could just be one of his relatives Twi. This doesn't mean anything." I said sighing "I know Pinkie that's what I thought so I thought I would err... Double check." She said smiling wryly. "Ahaha naughty Princess Sparkle!" I said winking. "What sort dark magic you use?" She winked back at me "Well it isn't 'dark' just a sorta Only For Princesses locator spell." She blushed. I don't know why she was breaking all the rules for me, I mean we're Close friends but she must really want to help me because all of this is not Twilight's style. "Okay, so her name is Emerald Rose and she is noble pony from Trottingham, she is a Unicorn with popularity and riches beyond your wildest dreams." Twilight explained slowly so my Pinkie brain could comprehend and remember the information she was giving me. Well that's what she said anyway so I think it means: If Twilight talk slooooow Pinkie will get it! I slipped on my detective hat and popped my bubble pipe in my mouth (I just carry them everywhere!!!) "Well I'd say Emerald Rose should pay us a visit... Wait no... We should pay her a Visit, no I mean we should errr-" Twilight took the hat off my head and slipped it on her own. "Well I'd say its about time we pay Miss Emerald Rose a litttttle visit." Twilight said like a Proper real life detectivy pony!!! I giggled and she had I drag to the train station while I was in fits of giggles. As we galloped on to the train and looked out, I looked at Twilight with a triumphant smile and took her hoof in mine. She positively glowed at my touch, that was unlike her, she normally doesn't like other ponies touching her. "Let's. Do. This!" I cried as the train began to chug towards Trottingham and a future with Rainbow Dash!
Chapter 4: We'd like to ask you a few questionsChapter 4: We'd like to ask you a few questions. Twilight was beginning to weird me out, she took any opportunity she could to touch me. I bought a book on the train for her to read to pass the time and I thought she had a panic attack she smiled sooo much. She didn't even read it she seemed to only want to talk to me. So I started reading one my magazines feeling slightly freaked and she still didn't read she just stared at me. When I asked if she was alright she went bright red and said a polite yes. By the time we arrived I was too excited about possibly getting Rainbow Dash to love me again too notice Princess Twilight's weird antics. We found Emerald's mansion eventually, it took a long time because every pony was bowing at Twilight's hooves. I said something to Twilight while a whole crowd was bowing, it was something like "C'mon Twi, save your Royal buck until after we talk to Emerald!" and some random colt hit me over the head with his hoof and shouted "How dare you speak to the Princess like that you pink bitch!!!" I was about to whack him one when Twilight had jumped in front of me and screamed "How ruddy dare you. This pony happens to be one of my best friends." The colt had gone bright red but Twilight carried on "This happens to be one of the 6 ponies who wielded the elements of harmony saved Equestria from Sombre, Discord, Nightmare Moon and Chrysalis. So if you want to call her a bitch I swear to Celstia's name I will throw you in the caves beneath Canterlot. Now apologise. Comprendes? " The colt was crying and everypony around looked terrified, he nodded and said a meek sorry to me I blushed and said it was alright. Twilight began to trot away with me at her hooves but then she stopped turned and looked at the colt, who cowered "Oh and FYI, Pink is a beautiful colour." She had winked at me and then we had galloped off to find Emerald's. "I can't believe I did that, Princess Celestia is going to be so very angry." Twilight said anxious. We were stood outside the door of Emerald Rose's Mansion. "She won't you were just standing up for your friends. You weren't being aggressive you were just being assertive. But anyway we have to focus on the task at hand and that is talking to Emerald about Soarin and Dashie." I knocked hard on the door and waited. I heard the clopping of hooves and sorted out my hair. Then glanced at Twilight and brohoofed. A click of a lock and the door swung open to the most beautiful pony I'd ever seen (well apart from Rainbow Dash) "Oh my Celestia! You're, you're Princess Twilight Sparkle! Do come in Princess and-" Her beautiful silver eyes scanned me "Your charming friend" Emerald said smiling sincerely. She guided us inside and as down on a turquoise sofa "Come sit, sit." We politely sat down on the comfortable sofa and admired her beautiful green and blue home. "Would you two fine mares care for a drink? Mystery? Oh Mystery?!!" She called down the hallway. A handsome brooding Colt with pitch black colouring and Bright blue eyes trotted into the hallway wearing a white bow tie and blue suit. Twilight's eyes popped out of her skull and she practically drooled. His eyes scanned the room and fell upon me. "Yes my Queen" He said gruffly, eyes still fixed on me. I giggled inwardly at his butler costume. Why was he staring at me? "Go fetch these fine Mares some champagne they must be parched!" "Indeed my Queen," As he trotted out of the room. "Why does he call you his Queen?" I asked curiously. "Well, I am the 'queen of my household' so all my 'subjects' call me so. You see ever since I was a filly I've wanted to be a Princess like you Twilight. So I guess I'm just chasing a dream my servants know that they are practically my friends. Calling me their Queen is sort of a private joke." Emerald giggled. "Now to what, do I owe this pleasure then?" She asked smiling sweetly. Twilight who was still staring at the empty space where Mystery stood turned her attention back to Emerald. "Well Miss Rose we'd like to ask you a few questions." "Do you know who the WonderBolts are?" I asked, "Why yes I course, they are the best flyers in all of Equestria!" She smiled and raised an eyebrow as if to say that she wasn't stupid. "In fact my coltfriend is in the WonderBolts. He's very famous you know!" Yes, yes yes! Rainbow Dash was MINE. Twilight remained cool and collected while I grinned like a filly! "Really? What's his name?" Twilight quizzed. "His name is Soarin, perhaps you've heard of-" "YES!!!!!!" I back flipped off the sofa started singing my special smile song! "Pinkie!" Twilight hissed. "Oh sorry..." I muttered and hopped onto the sofa to face a very confused looking unicorn. Twilight blushed "Sorry about Pinkie, she gets over excited... I hate to tell you this Emerald Rose but you aren't the only marefriend Soarin has...." "Wait... what?!!" And with that Emerald fainted.
Chapter 5: Love crossedChapter 5: Love crossed. Twilight and I screamed as Noble Pony Emerald Rose collapsed neatly on the floor. Mystery the butler dashed in "What did you do to her?!!" He cried, "Nothing, we just told her that well, Soarin is... Cheating on her.... " I drifted off. Mystery had put his hoof on mine and was looking deep into my eyes "Why are you looking at her like that?" Twilight asked accusingly. "It's just, well, Pinkie Pie is that you?" He asked looking directly at me. "How do you know my name? Are you psychic?!! Ooh ooh what's going to happen Tomorrow???" I was sooo excited, I loved psychics! He chuckled sweetly "No Pinkie Pie, don't you remember me?" I shook my head "It's me Mystery Gloom! I was in your class at school, I asked you to be my erm... Very special somepony." He stuttered. "Oh my Celestia! Mystery?!! But you're so handsome? What the buck happened?!!" I cried. Now I remembered, Mystery Gloom was a shy and secluded little colt, he used to be bullied because he was a - a... I gasped "Where the buck are your wings and horn?" I shrieked. "So you remember me! Well my horn and wings are still here, my wings are under my suit and my horn is under my mane. Look.." He stripped off and shook his hair out. Twilight started drooling. "You're an Alicorn like me!". She exclaimed. "Yes but I'm not royalty, I doubt Princess Celestia knows about me. And as for looks, Photo Finish thought she would let her stylists give me a makeover so I could be their model for a week. See Princess Twilight, Pinkie and I lived as neighbours, her on a rock farm and me on a Pineapple farm (bit weird I know). Pinkie used to throw parties for the village that we lived in. I used to watch her dance and I used to want to dance as well." He said staring into my eyes with a passionate stare. I freaked out and cried "Aren't we sort of forgetting the unconscious noble pony lying at our hooves?!!" 20 mintues later, Twilight and I were trotting out of the door waving a pale looking Emerald Rose fair well. She promised us she would meet us at Twilight's library to discuss a time when she would out herself to Rainbow Dash and Soarin as Soarin's marefriend. As we walked onto the street Twilight stopped and turned to me. "Ever since I had that awful relationship with Flash Sentry I thought I would change to mares and try my luck. I fell for you Pinkie..." My face went red and I was about say something but Twilight cut me in. "But I think I've fallen for Mystery Gloom, he's so... Amanezing!" I sighed with relief and said "I'm glad because I think he likes you." I lied, I saw him dashing down the street to talk to us. "Twilight go and grab a hot chocolate from that cafe over there and I'll ask him whether he likes you or not. Ok go, GO!" I hurried Twilight into a cafe and turned to face a panting Mystery. "Pinkie there is something I need to do that I've wanted to do since I was a filly...." He dragged me by my hoof into a back street where he kissed me as though it was his last kiss ever. He kissed me down my neck and along my collarbone. A rogue moan escaped my lips. As wrong as this was because I still loved Rainbow. This colt was beautiful. He stopped kissing me and looked deep into my eyes. "I still want to be your very special somepony Pinkie." I grabbed his mane and pulled him back onto my lips and kissed him passionately. I stopped eventually. "I have to go, give me your address and I'll come and see you soon to talk. Ok, and Mystery.. Don't tell anyone about this..." I took his adress out of a business card of his blue suit and turned to go, facehoofing inside, but he grabbed my hoof in his "I love you Pinkie Pie..." I sighed and left the alley to see an eager Princess waiting across the street holding a two hot chocolates. I dashed over to my new best friend and hugged her. On the train back to Ponyville, Twilight quizzed me on what Mystery had said "He err said he wanted you to come and visit him at some point next week, I got his address so you could. He thought you would have a lot to talk about. So I'd say there's a lot of potential for a relationship!" I knew I was lying to Twilight but I just wanted her to be happy... Because If she was happy it would make me more happy. Because right now I'm really just confused. I mean it seems like everypony is love crossed and I'm stuck in the middle attempting to make sense of things. I mean so far the list goes: Twilight loved me but now she loves Mystery Mystery loves me I love Rainbow Dash but I can't help liking Mystery Rainbow Dash loves Soarin Soarin loves Emerald Rose AND Rainbow Dash And I'm pretty sure Emerald has the hots for Twilight. Oh Celestia! How the BUCK do I sort this out?!!
Chapter 6: Drama at SugarCube cornerChapter 6: Drama at Sugarcube Corner A sharp tap sounded at the door of Twilight's Library waking Twilight and me up from sleep. We had spent the last 2 days in the Library planning and sleeping we must have forgotten Emerald Rose. Twilight jumped up and yelled "Coming!" She dashed to a mirror to sort out her mane and I tidied away the sleeping bags. We switched and I did my mane while she put away books and pieces of paper. We both ran to the door and collided "Pinkie watch it!" She cried. We opened the door trying to look as neat and tidy as possible. Outside stood Emerald and... "Mystery Gloom?!!" I cried. Twilight hit me on the Eg with her hoof and smiled a welcome. Especially to Mystery. *sigh* What have I gotten myself into? "So Princess Twilight you're looking gorgeous! And Pinkie you look nice..." She added her gaze never leaving Twi, "Please call me Twilight Sparkle, Or Twilight." Twilight said politely "Or just Twi!" I added giggling. Emerald smiled "So my darlings, what is the plan?" I took in a breath and began explaining "Well, we have decided that you should go up to Soarin while he is with Rainbow Dash and kiss him on the lips. Saying something like, oh there's my gorgeous coltfriend I just dropped by to see a friend! If he denies you hold up the Newspaper article with you kissing him. At 1:00 they'll be at sugar cube corner, I told Dash I wanted to meet her boyfriend so that's where we will be meeting. I just have to go check something out a second, Twi tell Emerald Rose the details!" I stood up and trotted through to the next room where I sat down and started silently crying. How was I supposed have cupcakes with my true love and her new coltfriend?!! I just sat and cried for a bit when I heard hoof steps down the hall. I didn't look up, "Oh hey Twi..." I said through my tears. "It's not Twilight." A colt voice answered, I jumped to my hooves and wiped away my tears trying to sound normal "Oh right sorry Mystery, umm what are you doing here?" I asked smiling falsely. "I begged Emerald Rose to take me as her butler, I told her I was worried she might faint again. What's wrong Pinkie?" He asked sounding concerned. "Nothing, nothing... I'm fine just plain old happy Pinkie, I'm 100% Pinkie Keen ahaha," I burst into tears again. Mystery lifted my chin. "You can tell me anything so spill Pinkimina Dianne Pie!" I couldn't help it, he was so sweet. I told him everything but I finished with "But I can't stop thinking about you, I've knew you when you were a tiny colt. I really REALLY like you but I can't help loving Rainbow." He looked serene and triumphant "I'm happy with you just Really liking me I mean there's still time for a marriage maybe some fillies- Buck did I just say that out loud?" he blushed I laughed and checked my watch nonchalantly but gasped at the time it read "Mother of Celestia! It's 12:45, I have to bucking get to sugar cube corner to meet bucking Dash and that motherbucker coltfriend of hers!" I yelled. "I'll come with you but sit at a different table, if you need help just look at me. I'm always there." Mystery Gloom whispered. 1:00 and I was sat at a table in Sugarcube corner waiting for Rainbow Dash and Soarin. I checked my watch and sneaked a peek out of the door to where Emerald Rose and Princess Twilight Sparkle were hiding. I turned to the left to see Mystery Gloom gazing at me intently and sighed longingly. Wait what the buck?!! I loved Rainbow, RAINBOW! My inner confusion was interrupted as the bell on the door dinged and I saw Rainbow Dash and Soarin giggling and holding hooves. I almost started crying pitifully there and then. But I glanced at a comforting Mystery Gloom and felt instantly better. "Dash! And this must be Soarin, crazy!" I smiled falsely and stuck my tongue out! "Pinkie Pie you are so random!" Dash cried laughing beautifully. I wanted to kiss her, she was so beautiful, her mane was a gorgeous mixture of all the colours in Equestria. Her wings were beautifully arched and her slender figure was a perfect shade of Blue. " So this must be the famous Pinkie Pie, Dashie Darling has been talking about you non stop." He said falsely, I wanted to punch him in that bucking handsome face of his. No! Pinkie hold on for two seconds. I could see Emerald Rose begin to walk into Sugarcube corner so I carried on smiling like nothing was wrong. "Yep I'm the one and only pony who's totally funtastic! I like to play games and party and I love to-" "Sweetheart!" Emerald's voice rang out through Sugarcube corner. "Oh darling, I've been looking everywhere for you Soarin! Naughty boy! I thought I'd drop by and say hello to my angel!" Emerald sat on Soarin's lap and kissed him passionately. Dash looked bemused and very angry. "Umm who are you?" Dashie asked confused. "Oh I'm Emerald Rose, a noble pony from Trottingham, I'm Soarin's marefriend!" Emerald smiled. "Wait hang on, his MAREFRIEND?!!"

Marefriend." "Wait what?!!!" Emerald cried looking like this was all news to her, even though... It wasn't. I outwardly giggled and clapped a hoof over my mouth. Now everypony in Sugar Cube Corner was watching us. Rainbow Dash was losing the plot and fell into my lap, "Sorry Pinkie Pie, this is all a bit much for me." I secretly smiled "I know right! But don't worry Pinkie Pie is always here for you." I said smiling sincerely. Soarin looked between the rich and beautiful Emerald Rose and the fast but quite poor Rainbow Dash. "Emerald, Sweetheart, this pony is clearly deranged. She just came and sat down at me and Pinkie Pie's table." Soarin said charmingly, he had clearly made his decision. "Oh, so how do you know Pinkie Pie?" Emerald asked pointedly. Soarin struggled for a second and then opened his mouth to make up some lame ass excuse. But I cut in. "I only just met him, I called Rainbow Dash to meet me with her new coltfriend, Soarin, they came in holding hooves and kissing." I said loudly. Emerald winked at me smiling. After Soarin made up every bad excuse in the book Emerald shushed him and looked at him dearly? "Well my darling Soarin I might as well give you the present I got for you." Present what present? Soarin clearly looked like he was forgiven. "I bought us both romantic hot chocolates." Emerald Rose picked out two Horsta Hoffee cappuccino cups. She took the lids off both the drinks but instead of hoofing one over Soarin she passed it to Rainbow. "Now Dash you can do whatever you want with your drink, I know what I'm going to do with mine." She picked up her drink and chucked it in Soarin's face. Dash grinned then bro hoofed Emerald. She picked up her own and chucked it violently at Soarin. Soarin shouted, that drink must have been HOT. As Dash and Emerald walked out, Emerald called "C'mon out Mystery, Pinkie and Twi! They helped me plan to expose Soarin as a playa pony!" I leapt up and walked slowly to join Dash and Emerald. We all walked out of there with purpose. When I woke up the next morning I was in a strange and unfamiliar place. In a strange and unfamiliar bed. In a strange and unfamiliar bedroom. It was all very strange and unfamiliar. I almost giggled but stopped when I noticed Mystery Gloom was sat on a chair watching me. "Mystery? Where am I? What happened last night? Ow my head!" I had a storming headache so I lay down. "Pinkie you're awake! How are you? You are at my temporary apartment in Ponyville. Last night we all went out drinking, I was sober still but you, Emerald, Twilight and Rainbow Dash got hammered! You played the truth game and you had to say who you loved." I cringed, I knew how this would end. "Emerald said Twilight! Twilight grinned but said me.... *sigh*. I said you and you, well, hit me. Very hard..." He lifted the fringe of his mane so I could see the massive purple bruise on his black colouring. I grimaced. "You said Rainbow Dash; Rainbow went pink and kicked you hard in the flank. I could tell you were hurt but not disheartened. In the end Twilight went to sleep at Emerald's house, you kissed Rainbow. But she pushed you away and you burst into tears. Dash went home to Cloudsdale looking guilty and you lay crying on a chair for a bit. And I came to help you up and you...." He smiled "....Kissed me.” Wait, I kissed him?!! But then I noticed the wry look on his face I could tell we might have done more than just some innocent kissing. “We...only kissed?” He grinned looking actually rather sexy, “You know Pinkie Pie, for all your naivety you sure do know how to play it dirty.” He winked and trotted out o PDF the room. I facehoofed, quietly shouting “Arghhh!” and collapsed onto the bed admitting defeat. All I wanted was Dash, but now Mystery Gloom has done IT with me, Twilight Sparkle had some freaky crush on me and Rainbow Dash doesn’t even want me. Mystery Gloom strode gracefully back into the room dressed in his bow tie carrying a silver plate with cupcakes and hot chocolate on. "Your breakfast my noble mare." He said gently I giggled, I love cupcakes!!!!!! I could just imagine licking off that icing. Pinkie Pie focus! I picked up a cupcake"Why are you doing this for me?" I asked "Because I love you." He replied without hesitation. "No, but why? I mean WHY do you love me? I'm not pretty like Emerald or charming like Rainbow or smart like Twilight!" I laughed dryly at myself "I'm not rich, fast or kind or strong! I don't measure up to someone who would be your marefriend. Chapter 8: The Mysterious love of Mystery GloomChapter 8: The Mysterious Love I had for Mystery Gloom Mystery Gloom took my hoof in his and looked deep into my eyes, "I know the one you really want is Rainbow. But Pinkie let me at least try and win you over, I'll tell you exactly why I love you." I nodded teary eyed and worn out "For starters you are more beautiful than Emerald Rose could ever dream of being, You are definitely as smart as Twilight, what sort of stupid pony would be able to pull off a plan like the Sugarcube corner one? As for fast? You can bounce faster than anypony I've ever met!" I giggled weakly, watching his blue eyes watch me. "I don't care whether you're rich, I've got plenty of money. You are kind and also strong of heart. You measure up to being my marefriend perfectly. I don't care that you love another mare, I'll still fight for you. You make excellent choices, you have a great job and a temporary house. I love it when you don't make sense, I just want to laugh and smile all day. You are weird but in a uniquely beautiful way." I blushed. "I don't want some well to do noble pony. I want the magical, beautiful pink waitress at Sugarcube Corner." I paused for a second. "Princess Cadence?" He shook his head "Twilight?" He sighed "Mrs Cake? I asked slightly confused. "No Pinkie Pie, I want you." He whispered. I didn't think about the consequences. I didn't think about Rainbow Dash. I didn't think about anything at all I just whispered "You... Won me over...". He opened his muzzle to say something but I broke him off by grabbing the back of his head "Pinkie Pie I-" He was interrupted by his own moaning as I collided my lips with his. "Don't think... Don't say anything. Just SHOW me how much you love me." He moaned again but nodded. The next hour or so was followed by moaning from Mystery and myself. I don't know what it was about this colt. He was just so charming and sweet. I realised he might be better for me than Rainbow Dash! I needed to see Rainbow. I needed to find out why she turned me down. Mystery Gloom was in the kitchen making dinner, he is sooooooo awesomely amazing. I giggled! I decided that though it was rude to just leave after having sex with this sweet pony I had to see Dashie. I felt so bad as I Ninja Pinkie'd outta there without being heard. I trotted down to the place where they kept my rented air balloon. Every time that I ride in it to see Dash she doesn't realise I pay 600 bits every 2 months. That's why I can't afford an actual house of my own. But I like visiting Cloudsdale and Rainbow so much that it is TOTALLY worth it! Sort of... Maybe... Ok it really sucks but Rainbow Dash just looks so happy when I visit so I keep it. Plus it's good when I get paid to do commentating jobs with Spike. Lyra Heartstrings waited for me (I called her when I got out of Mystery's house), she surprisingly owns the balloon and many ponies don't know that. "Hey there, Pinkie. Balloon's all ready for you. You look like you're tired. You sure you wanna fly?" I nodded smiling falsely. I was definitely NOT up for flying because I was nursing a deathly hangover but I was still going to go! 5 minutes later I was airborne. 20 minutes later and I was in Cloudsdale. 30 minutes later I was at Rainbows knocking on the door with balloons tied around my waist to keep me up. I heard a groan from the house. Dash was clearly feeling as sick as I was but she answered the door with a massive fake smile. "Hey there! Wait..." She scanned me. "Pinkie Pie?!!" Sickness flooded through me and all I wanted was to be back at Mystery Gloom's house. "I need to talk to you Dashie, old buddy old pal! It's about...Us..." I drifted off my sentence due to my vision blurring. "Pinkie Pie I know we have a lot to talk about do want to come inside and- Woah!" I couldn't even hear her, I was trying so hard to hear her but I couldn't. The balloons keeping me afloat were starting to burn my skin. I felt myself drifting away. I could see her and then I couldn't. All I wanted was to say I love you Rainbow, through all the confusion I love you. Though you had a coltfriend I love you. Though you turned me down I love you. Though we're both mares and this doesn't make any sense I love you. I love you and I wish with all the pink happiness in me that you love me too. Rainbow Dash was clearly freaking out. "Pinkster? Your mane's gone straight! Very funny Pinkie Pie, I'm laughing see! You can stop now! Pinkie?!! Stop it now I know you're joking around! Oh Celestia! What's wrong with you?!! Do you need a Doctor?!! Pinkie!" Rainbow's frantic words mixed into nonsense and I stopped trying to hold on. "Please help me..." I begged before the light of Cloudsdale faded into nothing and I lost Rainbow to the darkness.
Chapter 9: I'm Bucking DONE Being NiceChapter 9: I'm bucking DONE being nice! I woke up in an unfamiliar place to the sound of crying. Huh, I seem to be waking up in a LOT of strange places! I giggled aloud and sat up my eyes blurry. The sound crying turned into small sniffles as the pony creating the noise attempted to stop their tears. "Hey Pinkie..." A small voice rang out over the buzzing of the room. My eyes adjusted and I realised that I was in the Ponyville hospital, I looked down at myself. Their was a bandage around my waist and around my head. I then inspected the pony talking to me. "Rainbow Dash?!!" She nodded. "What... What happened? How did I get here? Wha-" "Shhhh" Dash interrupted my frantic questions. "The Doctor saids you shouldn't get too excited. I'm so sorry Pinkie Pie..." She burst into tears, she looked strangely beautiful. This was very unlike Dash, I wonder what happened...? "Wait what?" I asked curiously. "Pinkie what do you remember about yesterday?" Rainbow Dash asked tentatively. What did I remember? "I remember waking up at umm MY house..." I didn't want to talk about Mystery unless Dash already knew. I don't remember so I can't tell. "I ummm went to Twilight's house and umm had some umm tea...? Then I umm went to that place at that time and then I came to see you! I don't remember why or what happened." I stuttered. Well at least the end bit was true. I really don't remember why I went to Dash's or what happened. I hope she falls for the rest of the rubbish story. I just don't want to say anything about what happened with Mystery Gloom. "You came to talk about how I turned you down and... Oh Pinkie Pie!" Rainbow Dash bent down to the hospital bed, her beautiful mane of every colour tickling my muzzle, and kissed me hard on the mouth. We kissed desperately but then the door clicked open and the one pony I never ever wanted to see me kissing Rainbow galloped into the room holding a silver present. "Pinkie Pie?!!! Are you in here?!!" Mystery Gloom yelled sounding both gorgeous and terrified. With his electric eyes he scanned the room, his glance fell on me and Rainbow Dash our mouths locked on each others. We jumped apart as if caught robbing a bank. He dropped the present in shock and those beautiful eyes filled with waterfalls of sadness. Blinking furiously he turned around and dashed out of the room. "Wait! Mystery wait!" I cried and jumped up and out of the bed wincing in pain and galloped painfully after him. "Pinkie stop!" Rainbow cried and flew out after me. My vision was tinged red from all the searing pain I was experiencing. I ignored all the nurses crying for me to stop. I kicked the doors with my hind legs and dashed out. I saw Mystery Gloom leaning against a tree trying to hide the tears cascading from his eyes. He saw me and he stretched his wings and shook his mane so you could see his horn. He flew up and loomed above me. "Mystery... You knew I loved Rainbow." I whispered terrified. "Right, of COURSE you did. You know something funny Pinkie Pie, I was all prepared to love you while you loved Rainbow Dash. But then what did you do?" His blue eyes turned icy as he laughed. "Shh..." I pleaded, everypony was staring. This made him laugh harder. "You had SEX with me!" I panicked "Please be quieter!" I cried in tears of sadness and embarrassment. "So I thought you loved ME! But no?!! That was all part of your ploy! Because straight after you vanish and I look everywhere for you until someone says you're in the HOSPITAL! So I gallop down here to make sure the mare I'm in love with is alright! I trot into her room and there she is KISSING RAINBOW DASH! So you know what Pinkie Pie?!!" He was getting louder and angrier every second. "I'm bucking DONE being nice! So you and your marefriend can buck off to somewhere else!" I was visibly shaking, "Hey you Alicorn Dick!" Rainbow Dash's voice yelled as she flew down from her hovering position above me. "Pinkie hasn't done any of the crap you accused her of. I'm pretty sure she loves you from the tears she's spilling. So Mr Buck up lemme tell you WHAT THE BUCK ACTUALLY BUCKING HAPPENED!!! So shut the buck and listen you pussy." God this pony is like a sister to me. She's so nice and dangerous! Mystery's angry face faltered and he lowered back down to the ground. "But first, Pinkie Pie sweetheart sit down angel so you don't get hurt again. See you dick she's HURT, she has serious rope burns and a concussion so you better not get her all worked up or I'll work up my hoof in your ass!" I sat down on a bench and some sympathetic pony gave me their coat. I realised Twilight, Emerald, AppleJack, Rarity and Fluttershy were all there watching with the same shocked expression. They probably heard I was sick and came to check on me. I turned my attention back to a fuming cyan Pegasus flying above the crowds preparing for battle.
Chapter 10: Maybe She Was Just My Amazing Pegasus SisterChapter 10 of AROP: Maybe she was just my amazing pegasus sister "Yesterday Pinkie came to talk to me about what was going on, I'm pretty sure she was just trying to verify her feelings for me before she told you she loved you. She still had a hangover from the night before when I horribly rejected her. You, Mystery Gloom, carried her home and looked after her until the next evening. Thank you for looking after Pinkie after I messed her up and yes I feel exceptionally guilty. You and her had a romantic time but then she came to see me because as I've said she wanted to check she didn't still love me before loving you. She flew in her balloon up to see me which gave her a bad case of nausea and then tightly tied on some balloons to keep herself afloat. But they were too tight and caused her to collapse and fall through the cloud layer. I caught her but not before she hit her head on a tree branch. She didn't wake up so I took her to the hospital and they said she had a concussion. She came to and I realised that the pony who carried her home from the drinking might be her Very Special Somepony. I kissed her to say goodbye because I realised she was somepony else's mare and it might be my last time since I bucked it all up. But then you trotted in and jumped to conclusions!" Rainbow finished looking menacing sending death stares at Mystery. Mystery Gloom drifted to the ground and retracted his wings. He trotted over to me his eyes full of shame and regret. He looked at me with those eyes and they said everything he wanted to. Sorry they said. Sorry you're sick. Sorry I scared you. Please, PLEASE love me again... I realised that maybe this whole time chasing Dash I missed the one colt who would Really love me and wouldn't only realise once I've been seriously wounded. I'm not the sort of pony to hold a grudge so having him clearly say sorry without saying anything moved me to tears. In a tiny voice my mouth opened and murmered words only my beautiful Alicorn lover could hear. "I verified my feelings over Rainbow Dash..." His eyes darkened. I started laughing quietly and then got louder. I laughed at myself and Rainbow and Mystery and the whole scenario! I laughed and laughed until my sides split and my hair bounced back to its former glory I spoke through fits of giggles. "It's you I want Mystery Gloom, I want to spend my life with you!" He burst into a grin and I grinned back. The whole crowd oohed and ahhed at our completely cliché ending. Mystery Gloom spread his glorious wings and started to glow. No I mean literally he GLOWED! The glow was so incandescently large it seemed to fill the whole of Ponyville! I couldn't even see him through the glow but when it reduced I could see his charming silhouette. When the light cleared I saw Mystery. But he was different. He was wearing a crown! "Hey how about that, Pinkie Pie? Being an Alicorn finally made me a prince!" He yelled grinning like a madcolt! I laughed but inwardly cringed because this whole affair was totally cheeseville! Although recently it seemed I was a permanent resident in cheeseville smiling cornily with the rest of the happily ever afters. Mystery touched my waist gently with his horn. I felt a tingling sensation as his magic healed my wounds and I sighed in relief. He grabbed my hooves and flew upwards with me holding on like a filly! We were in the clouds looking down on Ponyville when he reached down to kiss me. Joyfully I kissed him back blissfully aware that finally I had found the arms that would never let me go. As for Rainbow Dash, I loved her but in a deeper way, a way you depend on your family. She was my family! Maybe she was just my amazing pegasus sister.... My pegasister forever... And as I looked around the beautiful sky that surrounded me and my Prince I swore I could see in the distance the perfect representation of our sisterhood.
