The day that I finally woke up from being a complete moron, and joining the dark side. I must say, the people here treat me much better than any of my "friends" did; and Nightmare moon, I can think of her as a mother, even though she isn't. She supports me for whatever I do, and cares about me better than my real mom ever did. I'm Sunset ice also known as... Midnight Fang. ~~~~~ It all started when Lightning Bloom, Glowing Note, Sweet Shine and I were sitting outside sugarcube corner. "So, what have you guys been up to this past week?" Sweet Shine asked while carrying out a plate of cupcakes. "Nothing much." Lightning Bloom said. "Just practicing for my flying competition." "Isn't that a lot though?" Glowing Note said in her accent. "Not for me it isn't!" Lightning Bloom exclaimed bursting up into the air. "Well, I've been working on some new spells, look at this!" Glowing Note said. We watched her struggle for a minute, then she disappeared! Then we spotted a yellow glow over at the table next to us, then the next, then the next, then she appeared back at her seat! "Glowy, you make me want to be a unicorn!" Sweet Shine yelled. Glowy. What a stupid nickname, I always just called her "Glow." "Sunny? What have you been up to?" Sweet Shine asked me. She always called me Sunny, I didn't really like it. I was quiet for a second. "Well, I have been working on my flying...and I have been starting to like this new genre of music." I said. "What's it called?" Lightning said anxiously. "Rock." I replied. "I like it ten times better than pop, and I can relate to the lyrics in the songs better!" There was a long pause, then everyone just burst out laughing. "Rock? What are you emo? Pop is ten times better than that!" Lightning exclaimed. "And how can you relate to the LYRICS?" Sweet Shine added in. "They're LYRICS!" I just sat there, about to cry, but I was known not to cry so I didn't. The laughter soon died down. "Okay enough of that. Enyone want a cupcake?" Sweet Shine asked. "Sure!" Glow replied. She lifted her cupcake with her magic and procceded to eat it while levatating it. "I wish I could do that. I wish I had wings and a horn!" Lightning said. "I'll be just like Celestia!" "You know, you need to accomplish something Princess-worthy to get a ho-." I added. "Eh, I don't have time for that." Lightning said cutting me off. She took a cupcake. I took a cupcake as well. Mm, chocolate! Soon after, Lightning while I wasn't looking, smushed my cupcake in my face! They all started to laugh again. "Oh my gosh this made my day!" Sweet Shine said. "Come on guys!" I said in anger. "What? It's funny!" Lightning said. "Take a joke!" I burst into the air "Yeah? Well this "JOKE" is all over my face and mane and will take me hours to get out! Thanks a lot!" I snapped. I then came back down to the ground and ran back to my house. "Sheesh." I heard Lightning say. When I got home, I stormed off into my bathroom and looked at myself for a minute I groaned. I started splashing water on my face and started to talk to myself. "Why would they even think to do this? Ugh! And I still have that party to go to tomorrow! If they pull off anything, they'll be sorry." The splashing technique wasn't working very well so I decided to take a shower to get it out. This worked much better, but it still didn't get out completely. I finally gave up and sat down on my couch. I heard someone outside, it was Twilight with Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash talking. I decided to look through my curtain to see what they were up to. "Yeah! I'm hosting a party tomorrow night!" Pinkie yelled. "And everypony in Ponyville is invited!" "I'm so excited!" Rainbow Dash said. "Fluttershy, are you going to come?" "I'm not sure, Angel has been feeling a little sick lately..." Fluttershy said hesitantly. "It's okay if you can't come!" Pinkie exclaimed. I sighed. "Why can't I have friends like that? Why can't my opinions be respected? I, just want my life to be happier." I said to myself. This caused me to shed a tear.
