One thousand years ago the sea levels rose and flooded the majority of the planet. Less than 9 percent of the surface is now land. Mountains are now islands and bottom of the endless sea holds many secrets. Horizon: A city born in this world of water. Magic has given way to advanced technology that allows the massive city to float along the surface of the merciless oceans. No one leaves Horizon unless they either got the bits, power or a place to go. Life in Horizon is unstable.

Andromeda Nights let's nothing bother her. Life in simple Ponyville is simple and wonderful. Days are spent either helping Cheerilee in the classroom or running the local Library with Twilight Sparkle. At night however... things change. The world seems perfect and yet Andromeda can't shake the feeling that something isn't right. And she's not the only one. Her search for answers leads to a simple name...

Time Turner is the medical officer aboard the yacht Scorpion Gold and he's luckier than most of the citizens of Horizon. He has a job, a place to live, and food to eat. His peaceful life is disturbed however when the ship goes down just inside of the city limits and he serves as witness to something he never should have seen.

Gear Box is a soul out of place. His talent has become his hobby rather than his profession. And his profession is far more dangerous than any hobby he would indulge in. As a Detective based out of Canterlot, one of the last cities still above the water rather than in or under it, he's surprisingly seen it in all. For Canterlot is a city that has everything in a decaying world collapsing under the weight of its own inhabitants. When Gears is hired to find the missing daughter of a rich CEO, his search sends him to Horizon.

But the city hides many dark secrets both above and below the frigid waters. Secrets some are willing to kill for. But in a world on the verge of collapse, what goes on below the surface of this unforgiving city has far larger implications than anyone could possibly imagine.
