Macabre: The Reaping
The day began as any other for Private Eye, a case came in and he had to solve it right? Then the case expanded, and darkened. Mere days after the case opened it changed. To a war. A war against an unspeakable enemy with a taste for blood and an obsession with darkness.
This is the dawn of a dark era, one that will consume two worlds in an unimaginable war for survival.
Who can be trusted? Who will live? Who will fight? What measures will be undertaken? What will be lost? When will it end?
(I understand that human tends to be a turn off, so I have kept the human factor in book one to an absolute minimum. I also know that Religion is a sore subject for some, and this story has some religious references and undertones, but they're not central themes [it's not even actual religious stuff, it's fairly minor reference to a religious institution] and can be easily ignored if you just want to read about grim-dark vampire stuff)
