For thousands of years, Equestria has known peace. But now, after the return of Princess Luna and with the first Harmonious Eclipse Celebration in over a thousand years just a few weeks away, evils both new and ancient have begun to stir, and that long standing peace is threatened. Pieces of an immortal game older than time itself have begun to move and all the world lies upon the brink of disaster.
