Fluttershy has always had Rainbow Dash make sure she wasn't outside when she is in heat. Fluttershy wants to give her virginity to some pony she loves when ready, she doesn't want to have someone rut her because of her pheromones. So Rainbow Dash always comes to her house and makes sure she doesn't get rutted by some random stallion.

Even though she is trying to help her friend stay pure she still has to fight her own hormones off till the day is over. Though it's kind of hard when your friend begs you to rut her good. With the temptation increasing she doesn't know if she can keep her promise.
