      The year was 2021; I was lying on my bed in my room, eating a breakfast muffin even though it was clearly night time. 10:33pm to be precise.

     Life was going average, at least I have a stable job and a roof on my head and that’s already a huge privilege since job and room vacancies in the cities are usually taken first by foreign workers.

Stupid government and their so-called foreign talent plans.

     I looked around and saw a stack of letters addressed to me. Never got a chance to read them, why not now?

Bills, bills, bills, bills, ads, ads, ads, ads, a USB flash drive in a small parcel and… wait. A USB flash drive?

      Finding a USB flash drive in the middle of the Technology Revolution was a surprise actually, considering how everything related to media storage were replaced by Nano-Drive™ since 2014.

Let’s plug this in and see what’s on it.

      Turning on my old PC, the only working PC left with USB ports, I plugged in the flash drive and saw an .exe file named “MLP”

      The 3 letters alone were enough to remind me back of a happier time. It was a time back in the first decade of the 21st century.

      Back in the first decade of the 21st century, there was a burst of interest in a show called “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic” with male of age 13-40. Those males who took interest in the show called themselves bronies and pegasisters for the females. I was one of them, the bronies.

      However, the brony community has stopped and disbanded a few years ago after the airing of the final episode and season. Only a few of the bronies still stood today, it was a sad day for the brony community. I still held on to my title as a brony, pushed by my love for the show and my love for one particular pony.

      Modern technology allows humans to do something they couldn’t a few years ago. The complete view of the observable universe. Accurate prediction of star systems history. I however, put that technology to good use.

      The .exe file opens up with no problem; it was just a short video about quantum physics and other sorts of bullshit you will find on the internet with the occasion of My Little Pony scenes. After a good 9 minutes, the video ends, a button pops up prompting me to continue.
