Macintosh left our bedroom, only to find that Solaire was being bombarded with question after question, about what happened to us, who Luna, Macintosh and Frost were, and why they were attacked. Solaire was answering the best he could, he even explained why fictional characters were coming to life and appearing in this world.

“Still though, is that really Silent?” Jinx asked, the worry upon her face was apparent. Solaire just nodded his head in confirmation, earning a whole lot of surprised looks from all his friends.

“I won't say why she's the way she is now, it's her story to tell not mine.” Solaire stated, “She has her secrets much like every one else in this room.”

“We do believe everything would be best explained when everyone has had a while to recuperate.” Luna commented, looking at the time upon the clock in the room. “It's just after midnight, and while we're used to the night, we doubt it would be wise to rest given how you are all weakened from your experience.” It was a point they could all agree on, but it did leave one question...

“Where would we stay?” Fenix asked, Luna just gave him a knowing smile.

“There are plenty of rooms to choose from in this building, just take your pick.” Luna explained, “My sister does own the building after all.” Solaire's eyes widened, blushed and muttered something under his breath, something about Tia's screaming was all Luna's hearing picked up.

“Will Silent be alright?” Jay asked,

“Ah reckon she'll be fine, she just gone an' tuckered herself out with that there barrier she cast.” Macintosh spoke up, he let out a small chuckle. “Ah don't think tickin' her off is a bright idea, Ah'd rather not get burnt.” Solaire raised a brow.

“So that pillar of flames I saw earlier was her?” Solaire asked somewhat impressed.

“E'yup!” Was all the reply Solaire got. “Now if y'all don't mind Ah'm gonna get some shut eye.” Macintosh gave them a wave before heading into our room, leaving the gang in complete shock.

“Before you ask, it's separate bedrooms.” Solaire dead-panned. “C'mon I'll show you to your rooms.” They all left after Solaire, following his lead leaving just Luna and Frostlit Shard in the room.

“Do you think they'll catch on?” Frost asked, curiosity written across her face. “About Silent and Macintosh I mean.” Luna gave Frost a quizzical look, before answering.

“We don't doubt they will find out, we're just as confused as you are.” Luna stated, “We don't understand human society as well as our sister does.” Luna looked lost in thought, she wondered why such a relationship was kept secret from her family and friends.

“Was such a relationship of their nature really frowned upon here?” She couldn't help but wonder to herself.

With Macintosh and Silent Passion...

Macintosh closed the bedroom door behind him, leaning against it he sighed. He looked on at my still form letting out a small smile before stripping and getting himself into bed, stirring slightly I found myself lying against his chest letting out a content sigh as I listened to his soothing heartbeat.

“Passion?” Macintosh asked, “Can ah ask yer somethin'?”

“Hmm, what?” I mumbled in response.

“Why are we keepin' us a secret?” Macintosh asked, “Ah mean there ain't anythin' unusual about this relationship is there?” I lifted my head up to look at him, he had a tired but serious expression I could see where he was going with this.

“I know Equestria is more tolerant of relationships like ours and those between two stallions or mares, but here in my world people aren't as tolerant.” I explained, “We maybe an ordinary couple to everyone else, but all it takes is one person to say something and we'll both get unwanted attention and hate from people who just don't understand...” Macintosh looked deep in thought for a moment, he looked like he knew what I meant.

“Is it really that bad?” He asked, I nodded.

“It can be...” I continued, “There are some people who understand, and others who never will. Look...you have to realise that having my gender swapped was something that was thrust upon me, no matter how happy it's made me I'm still getting used to my new gender. I'm not the type of person who likes to find herself thrust into the deep end, so I'm taking it a little step at a time...” We both lay in silence for a moment or two, both unsure of what to say next.

“Can y'all tell me what yer were like before?” Macintosh asked.

“...” I tried to think of what to say, “I...was shy, unsure of myself. It was like I just couldn't be myself around anyone besides Solaire, I swear it's like he's got a built in lie detector or something.” I joked, “My family is very old fashioned, and this is a very touchy subject for them...”

“Hmm, how?” He asked.

“My mother caught me all dressed up with Solaire and immediately assumed we were a couple, but that's far from the truth we're nothing more than friends.” I continued, “She practically dragged me and Solaire back home to demand an explanation.” I went silent for a moment before continuing, “I lied to her and said it was a one time thing, it would practically destroy her if she new I had slept with other men.”

“How would that be a problem?” Macintosh asked with interest. “How many people have yer had anyway?” I let out a quiet chuckle and gave him an amused smile.

“I've slept with five people if you include yourself, three of which besides yourself were men and the other being a woman. I'm bisexual.” I explained, “Even Solaire doesn't know that, and I assure you even though he has nothing against people like myself it makes him uncomfortable.”

“Why would it make him uncomfortable?” He asked.

“He's been led on too many times by different women, only to be cheated on.” I explained, Macintosh gave a “oh” understanding by what I meant. “Honesty is really a big thing for him, just as loyalty is with me.”

“Ah see, if y'all want to keep us a secret ah'll keep mah mouth shut 'till yer ready.” Macintosh reassured me, I admit I was a little speechless at what he said.

“Thank you...for everything.” I kissed him on his lips, before setting my head against his chest.

With Solaire...

Solaire laid back on his bed, thinking about what he had gotten himself into in the last two months. Solaire couldn't understand why he enjoyed being with Tia, like Silent and Macintosh he had been asked by Tia to keep things between them private and from the looks of it he was sure that even her own sister knew what went on between them behind closed doors.

“What have you gotten yourself into Solaire!” He thought to himself, he considered the fact that she was royalty was a factor in this which he understood even if he didn't like it. Maybe it was finding out about Silent and Macintosh was making him what...jealous? “I just can't understand it! Why did it have to be her?”

It was maddening, just because she was royalty meant that he couldn't tell her how much she meant to him when he wanted to. Sure most would assume that it would make the private moments between them all the more sweeter which in some way was true, but those moments were few and even then there was always some damned diplomat in need of her attention.

“Tch...I never did like politics much...” He muttered under his breath. “That's not even going into those damned suitors who only wanted her for her title.” Solaire had made sure that no one would ever take his sun away from him. He let out a laugh at the last time Tia had to watch another suitor run in terror, he may not be allowed to show others they were an item but he will damn well show everyone that she is not for the taking.

“Might as well get some sleep...”

With Jay and Fenix...

“You think there's more to this than their letting on?” Fenix asked, arms folded as he pondered what was going on. Jay gave Fenix a raised brow.

“Like what?” He inquired, “Sol's a terrible liar, and believe me I've known him for years.” Fenix just shook his head.

“That's not what I meant, none of this makes any sense.” Fenix explained, “I mean, those were fictional characters that attacked us!” Jay nodded, seeing where Fenix was going with all this.

“In fact Fenix is right, just a day after Solaire vanished everything returned to normal with no one remembering what had happened to them.” Jay pondered to himself, “Silent, Solaire, just how deep in this are you both in this?” Jay got up and made his way to his new room.

“We'll find out tomorrow, so there's no point in worrying about it now.” Jay said, “Goodnight Fenix.”

With Jinx and Levia...

“So you think all this has happened for a reason?” Jinx asked, Levia just nodded. He was wondering how that woman that had revived him was involved in this.

“I don't know how Solaire and Silent got involved in all this, but that woman owes us all an explanation at least.” Levia stated, Jinx just shook her head at him.

“Just try not to be rude, she did save us after all.” She scolded, “I'm...just worried about Silent.”

“Why? He...I mean she's fine how can there be a problem?” Levia wondered.

“Did you honestly not notice how worried she looked when she saw us?” Jinx explained, “She looked frightened! How could you not pick up on that?” Levia just looked at her in disbelief, before shaking his head.

“I'm not a mind reader Jinx!” He replied harshly, “She and Solaire are safe, and thanks to that woman so are we. Let's just be thankful for that and wait for the explanation in the afternoon.” Setting herself down on the sofa, Jinx let out a sigh.

“Yeah let's get some rest, I'm beat...” She replied while she rubbed her stiff shoulder.

“I wonder what Hunter would make of all this?” Levia wondered to himself.

Hours flew by as we all slept the night and most of the morning away, I stirred slightly as the alarm clock rang before it was silenced by a Macintosh.

“Darned thing's more annoyin' than a roster's cry at sunrise.” Macintosh muttered under his breath, I let out a small giggle letting him know I was awake. “Hmm? Mornin' Passion, y'all sleep well?”

“Mornin' to you too sexy.” I said before I kissed him, “I'm still a bit drained but I'm not tired now, I should be fine in another hour or so.” It was nice I sharing a bed with someone for a change, even back at Equestria he had a farm to help run but he visited as often as he could when he came with the deliveries which left him exhausted.

I found myself straddling him, as I began necking him which earned me a small moan for my efforts. Macintosh allowed himself to let a smirk grace his face,

“Yer always like this in the mornin'?” Macintosh asked amused, I let out a giggle.

“You know you love it.” I teased. We were interrupted by a banging upon our bedroom door, which was was a bit of a mood killer.

“Oi, wake up Silent!” Shouted the voice on the other side of the door.

“Ignore it, hmm now where were we?” I leant in continuing to kiss him.

A few moments later the door was kicked down, Jay was standing there eye's wide as dinner plates at the sight before him...In front of him was one of his oldest friends dressed in nothing but a pair of blue lace panties and a button up nightshirt with only three of the buttons fastened giving a good view of my breasts, straddling another man wearing nothing but boxers who was currently necking said friend. Both blushing madly and looking his way at being caught in the act.

“...What...the...fuck!?” Jay spluttered out, instinctively I covered myself.

“Damn it all Jay! Get out you perv!” I screamed, as I gestured sending him flying via telekinesis out of the room resulting in a loud thud. I followed him after him screaming at him, “If I catch you barging in on me like that again, I will rip your balls off!” Jay whimpered in pain, as I dragged him back into the room so we could have a little talk...

Everyone looked on in disbelief as Jay was dragged kicking and screaming, Solaire was trying his hardest not to laugh much like everyone else did a moment later.

“Look Jay, I'm sorry I snapped at you like that but I'd appreciate it you kept what you saw to yourself okay?” I said simply as Jay was still dumbfounded by what he saw. “Macintosh and I...we're a couple, we've been together for over a month now but we've kept it a secret.” Jay just nodded unsure of what to say.

“Ah think it would be best if we get ourselves sorted.” Macintosh stated simply, as Jay left the room.
