"Oh my god! You have to be fucking kidding me!" I screamed in exasperation, throwing my hands in the air, careful not to let go of the controller in my right one. "He just shot past my defences like no-one was there! Then he did some stupid ass trick, and got past my goalkeeper! How does that even work?"
I looked at the top left of the screen, and saw the scores. 15-0, his way. I groaned and slapped my forehead with my palm. I adjusted my gaze towards the centre of the scoreboard, and saw the time remaining.
I blinked. "No way! That's not possible! Surely more time has passed than that!" I rubbed my eyes, but the time on the clock stayed the same. 68:47 it read, meaning there was still over 20 minutes, FIFA time, to go in this match.
(Oh, sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. My name's Anthony. I live with my mum, dad and my younger sister and brother. They had all gone out, and had left me home alone. This allowed me to swear as much, and as loudly, as I liked. I was in the middle of playing FIFA 13, and I was getting smacked!)
Groaning, I resumed the match. 'Right!' I thought. 'I know i'm gonna get smashed, no matter what I do, but I have to get at least one goal!'
I pressed the A button, and the kick off began. I passed the ball around, hoping to find a gap in his seemingly impenetrable defence. I saw none, so I just passed the ball to my fastest player, and made a run for it.
My excitement grew, as my player drew closer, and closer to the goals, beating all of the defenders that tried to get in his way. Soon, it was just a one on one. My player, having beaten all of the defenders, and his goalie.
I tapped the B button, and watched excitedly as the ball was launched from my attackers feet, and towards the back of the top right corner of the net.
My celebration was cut short, however, when the goalie, somehow, dived over a metre, horizontally and vertically, and plucked the ball out of midair, with one hand.
As expected, I lost my shit.
I started swearing my ass off at the TV, blaming OP goalies and, most of all, EA, the games developers. When I finished my tirade, however, my rage still wasn't quelled, so I did something no gamer should ever do.
I threw the controller at the TV.
But, instead of the TV breaking (as i'd expected), the controller hit the screen, and vanished.
"The fuck?" I stated, confused as to what the hell was going on.
Then, all of a sudden, a large beam of light shot out of the screen, enveloping me. I closed my eyes, and prepared to feel pain, but all I felt, was a slight pulling sensation, coming from, what I guessed was, the origin point of the beam.
I, as any regular human would, started panicking. 'The fuck is this?' 'Where is it coming from?' And 'Why me?' Were all thoughts, and more, that were rushing around inside my head as the beam started growing brighter, and the pull got stronger.
I struggled against the pull, but I couldn't stop it, as it dragged me from my chair and towards the TV.
I eventually touched the TV, but instead of feeling the solid screen that I was used to, the screen felt gelatinous, and it had almost zero surface tension, causing my outstretched hand, to start sinking strait in.
Although I was struggling, my body was pulled further, and further into the screen, until I was fully absorbed into it, and I lapsed into unconsciousness.

'A mark of one's destiny, singled out alone, fulfilled.' A voice said in Twilights head, that sounded similar, yet different to her own. She understood what it meant, however, and gasped in shock, surprise and delight.
"That's it!" She exclaimed, looking around at her friends excitedly. "I understand now! I know how to fix the spell!"
She walked into her tree library, and picked up the old book, that Celestia had sent her, with her magic. She spoke as she wrote: 'From all of us together, together we're friends. With the marks of our destinies made one, there is magic without end!'
As she placed the final full stop, electricity seemed to shoot off the page, causing Twilight to jump. All of a sudden, the Elements of Harmony, which were still around her friends necks, started powering up, causing them all to exclaim in surprise.
Then, unexpectedly, the Elements fired, right at Twilight, who immediately started panicking.
She, however, calmed down, when a feeling of love and happiness spread throughout her body. She smiled as the Elements reached the peak of their power, and closed her eyes, for, what she thought, was the final time.
==========
I groaned, pain racking my body. I tried to roll over, but found myself unable to do so.
'What the fuck is going on?' I thought, still trying to move. I was unsuccessful, even in such minor tasks, like opening my eyes or mouth. This caused me to start panicking. 'What is going on! The last thing I remember before waking up, is me raging at some douche-bag on FIFA!'
"Stop struggling. It will not do anything, except for tire you out." The sudden noise surprised me. The speaker was most obviously a woman, if her voice was anything to go on, and she sounded calm and powerful. She continued. "I have no idea what you are, or what you're doing here, but I specifically created this place for only four ponies to see. No-pony should be able to enter here, except by the aid of myself, Princess Luna or the direct intent of the Elements of Harmony."
I was confused by the mention of ponies. 'What is this bitch going on about?' I thought, confused and scared. 'What does she mean by ponies? Or Princess Luna? There is no Princess Luna on Earth! Well, none that I know of.'
"What do you mean by that?" The woman said, sounding confused. "You're saying you've never heard about Princess Luna?" Great. She can apparently read my mind! She continued on, after finishing her rant about 'how the Princess needs to be respected and known by all'. I honestly wasn't paying attention.
"It doesn't matter at the moment." She said, and I could feel myself being lowered to the ground. "I'm expecting a guest here, and you will not interrupt her ascension. Oh, her she comes now!"
'What is she talking about?' I thought, confused about everything that had happened to me. 'What does she mean by ascension? Why can't I move? Why does she keep saying ponies all the fucking time?'
Silence only answered me, and I assumed that the woman had left me. My assumption was proved wrong, however, when I heard her voice, and a different one, that also sounded feminine. I couldn't make out any words, but I tried to hear what they were talking about.
Then I heard music. The tune was sad, but happy at the same time, and sounded like it was played on a piano. After, what I thought was, a few minutes of the calming music, the song hit it's crescendo. After it, a high pitched noise was heard, and a flash of light, that I could see even through my closed eyelids, illuminated the room.
After a few moments of waiting, I heard the sound of humming and, strangely enough, the sound of hooves, coming towards me.
'Where did she get a horse from? And why is it inside?' Was what I thought. I had forgotten, unfortunately, that she could 'read my mind', so I heard her gasp.
"How dare you call me a horse!" She exclaimed. "I know that i'm a few millennia old, but that's no excuse to call your princess a horse!"
At this, my confusion had hit it's peak, and I had started to suspect that this wasn't real. '
'This is probably just a dream!' I thought. 'That explains a lot actually!'
"I can assure you, creature." She spat that word out, as if she detested me. "That this is no dream. I am as real as you are, and you have insulted me. And when you insult me, you insult all of thi... You're not even listening, aren't you?"
'-nd then murder them all with a baseball bat.' I finished my thought. I then realised that the woman had stopped speaking, as if awaiting an answer from me. 'I'm sorry, what was that? I'm afraid I wasn't listening.'
I heard the sound of, what I thought was, a face-palm, except it was louder, like something solid.
"It doesn't matter." She said. "What does matter, however, is what you are, and why you are here. Care to explain?"
'Only if you allow me to speak and see.' I thought (well, it was more like speaking through my mind. I have no idea what to call it. Telepathy, maybe).
I heard her sigh. "Fine, but I still wont allow you to move."
As soon as she finished, I felt a strange tingling sensation around my eyes and mouth. After the strange feeling had dissipated, I gently opened my eyes, only to see a large, white horse with wings and a horn. And to make it worse, it appeared as though we were standing in space.
"Well." I said, feeling slightly lightheaded from this sudden revelation. "Now I know i'm in a dream. How else would a talking horse, with wings and a horn, be speaking to me? Out in space, too! How does my brain come up with these things?"
The horse didn't answer. She looked at me, anger clear on her face.
"That is the second time you've called me a horse." She said, her voice dangerously soft. "I don't think i'm ready to talk with something as rude and offensive as you, yet. You will, however, tell me your name, and species, before I send you back. I would like to get a good document on you, so I know never to let anything that looks even remotely like you into Equestria. Got that?"
I nodded. "Sure. My name's Anthony, and my species are humans, scientific name homo sapiens. Before you send me back, could you be so kind as to tell me your name? If it isn't to much trouble, of course. It's not every day I meet a large, talking, equine with wings and a horn."
She looked puzzled. "You have never seen and talking pony?" She asked, to which I shook my head. "Then you must belong to a different plain of existence all together! Even the Caldors know about my little ponies, and they live on the other side of the planetI couldn't possibly have the strength to send you across the dimensions, and that's even if I knew where to send you!"
She then started rambling about what she could do, but I had zoned out by then, and just started examining her. One of the main things that caught my attention, was her mane and tail. They were coloured in very light shades of blue, green, pink, and purple, and always seemed to be moving, even though there was no breeze around. I then noticed that her horn was big. Real big. It was at least half a metre, if not more, and tapered to a sharp point. It looked majestic and scary at the same time.
Suddenly, the pony, (I decided to call her that, as I couldn't refer to her as 'equine' all the time, and she seemed offended by the term 'horse'), looked up at me, having ended her internal debate. And she didn't look too happy.
"I have come to a decision." She said, looking me dead in the eyes. "Since there is no way for you to return, there seems to be no choice, but to let you stay in Equestria."
"Alright. By the way, where's Equestria?" I asked, having an internal debate if I should laugh at the name, or feel concerned about the pony's expression.
She looked puzzled, but explained that Equestria was the largest continent on this planet, which was named Equus. That time I couldn't help but snort at the name.
"What?" The pony asked, raising an eyebrow. "Does the name of the planet amuse you?"
I nodded. "Yes. It's funny because it's a pun. A pony pun."
She looked at me incredulously. "You are a weird creature, Anthony." She said. "Oh, my name is Celestia, by the way. I'm co-ruler of Equestria, along with my sister, Princess Luna."
I blinked. This was one of the princesses? She seems really down to Earth (down to Equus? I'm not sure.).
"Well, it's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, your majesty." I said, inclining my head slightly. "I would bow, but I can't move my body from below my neck, as you're aware of."
She laughed lightly. "Oh, i'm aware of that. And you can just call me Celestia."
I nodded. "Fair enough." Suddenly, I realised something. "Where will I stay?" I asked.
She appeared in thought for a moment, and when she decided, she told me. Apparently I would be staying with a pony name Twilight Sparkle, who was, conveniently, the pony who was here before.
When I agreed, Celestia said "Great! I'll send Twilight a letter as soon as I get back to Canterlot. I will, however, send you effective immediately."
"How?" I asked, puzzled. To me, it seemed like we were in the middle of space. Not near a library, as I was told that was were Twilight took residence.
Celestia smiled, and just said, "Because magic", before her horn glowed a brilliant golden colour, and I blacked out, for second time that day.
