Previous ChapterNext ChapterCadence's heart sunk as she saw the pony, and used her levitation spell to bring her back. Alas, this pony was much more stronger than Cadence, and was able to escape. "Stop!" She cried and to her surprise, she did just that.
"What is it that you want from me?" The mare asked firmly. Cadence shook her head as if to say "nothing." The mare, quivering with fear, glided back down.
"Twilight, could I talk to you for a second?" Twilight nodded frantically.
"So you don't know anything about her?" She asked curiously.
"I'm sorry, Twilight, but I did not know of another existing alicorn... and for that reason I..."
"Yes, Cadence?"
"I think- I think she's the threat made against Equestria..." Twilight gasped out of disbelief, and both left the corner to join the group. The unnamed pony trotted a few inches towards Twilight. "Could you send a letter to Celestia?" Twilight nodded. The mare handed her a parchment of which Twilight sent to her room.
"There, it's at princess Celestia's chamber now." Twilight lied. The pony bowed her head gratefully and flew through the door that led to the room she'd stay in and rested her head.
Twilight threw herself onto her bed and grabbed the letter greedily. It read...
Dear Princess Of Equestria,
I'm so sorry...
That was it. Twilight let out a squeal of disappointment before she heard the wings of an alicorn flap. Twilight peered outside. The unknown alicorn stared at her, whispering something in a sorrowful voice.
"Twilight, what's a dream?"
"It's... Like another imaginary realm that's amusing or lovely to you... Don't you get them?"
"No. I see imaginary realms that scare me... A nightmare, you call it. It's those little, and frankly pointless things that others take for granted..." Suddenly, she reared up, her eyes glowing white. She gasped and attempted to gallop away, but was surrounded by the mane 6. Rearing up, she began to transform..
