Life.It seems meaningless.Life likes to throw a bucket on your head and laugh at you.It all seemed miserable.Nothing interesting.You wake up,go to work,work,go back home,do things,then sleep.Well,maybe that's not your life,but that is for me.Not interesting.Same crap,different day.It's as simple as that.Life was hard.When I was 5 years old,my parents died in a car accident.I then had to live with my grandparents.We struggled since I came.I had to work hard so we could earn money.
My grandfather finally became a security guard.He earned enough so we could have an easier time.It was still a little difficult,but we made it through though.Atleast I made more friends,played some sports,and other things..The town was really live and great at the time.I had enough money to pay for college.However,by the time I reached 19,things started going down the drain.The town was starting to rotten up.Abandoned buildings,trash everywhere,and more people leaving.At the time I was 21,my grandparents passed away.I was heart broken that the ones I lived most of my life around and were like my biological parents passed on.It was too much.
A year later,a show named "My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic" was announced.I didn't think much of it.I'd think it wasn't for me.But, a few months later,I stumbled upon a Youtube video called "My Life in 6 Seconds." Being curious,I wanted to find out who that baby dragon was.I looked into the comments and a few had Spike in their comments.So,I looked up "Spike cartoon character" on Google Images and found a picture of him.I clicked it and it led me to Deviantart.I found that he was from My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic!I also found how it was popular among males.I was really surprised.If that many males liked the show,I had to find out about it.I checked out a few episodes and it past my expectations.It was really good and while life was rotting up,it made me feel good about myself.
But,reality wasn't doing well for me.I thought about how this town was fun and interesting.Not anymore,just dull and boring.The reason I couldn't leave was because I didn't have the money.I stayed.I even tried cleaning the town,but it just got dirtier.I quit helping.No one else did.Why should I?
I slept and walked a lot too.I slept and walked when I was thinking,sad,bored or because I felt like it.Half of my day,I was either sleeping or walking.I wish I was in a place like Equestria.The characters had a great time there.It was peaceful and exciting.When I was watching it or looking at the show on the internet,I'd hope some portal would appear so I can live my life there in happiness.
But,that wouldn't ever happen.
People came and left.Buildings,were destroyed,burned,and sprayed on.I don't see as much people.They don't really enjoy it here anymore.I can understand them.This was once a beautiful city,now ruined.

I hold that song dear to me.Maybe most others wouldn't,but it gives me confidence.What made it more enjoyable was that it was about dragons.Dragons were always my favorite animals.As far as I know,they may not be real,but they are awesome!They can breathe fire,are super tough,live for a long time,and can fly.Well,most of them.My grandma also made a dragon painting.That was my favorite painting she made.I guess the song,interest in dragons,and painting are reasons why Spike from My Little Pony.Not only that,I could also relate to him.We're both playful,(I'm not as much as I used to though)generous,sensitive,had a self image,and cared for friends.I just related to him the most.He's also the reason I was brought into the fandom.He may not be real,but I thank him for making me come into a joyous fandom.
I'll have to get a Spike plushie.It may sound childish,but I don't care.It'll make me feel comfortable.It might not be the real deal,but it's as close as it can get.
I'm walking to work now.It's my birthday today.Which happens to be April 1st.So,I'm 26 now.
Same things happened today.People came in and bought what they wanted.Except some people said "Happy birthday!" to me.I'm walking to store to get a birthday present for myself.I'm thinking of getting a new video game.Perhaps that game My Little Pony:Friendship is Action.It's supposed to be a game where the Elements of Harmony and Spike go on an adventure to save Equestria from Sombra and Chrysalis.They fight other things on the other way and go through obstacles.I heard from other bronies it's a really fun game.As I walk to the store,I see litter.It's everywhere.It's a melancholy sight to see.But,I gave up cleaning up.I walk along.I walk past a black bag.I see something in the black bag.Something moving.I look in the bag.I see something purple with green on it's head.It's small.Is it an crocodile?Lizard?Weird looking snake???
No.I know what it is.I just can't believe it.Right now,I'm looking at a baby...Spike.
To say I'm shocked is an understatement.I'm beyond shocked.How can a cartoon character be in my world?How did he get here?What do I do?I have so many questions racing through my mind.How could she logically be here?And I'm confused as why is a baby.Did someone do an age spell on him?How come no one took him in?
He's shivering.It is getting pretty cold out.I have to take to him.I have no jacket to put around him.I do the one thing I can:take off my shirt.Man,it's cold out here.What should I do?Do I take him to someone?Give him to shelter?No.When given the chance,people experiment on things like him.It's sad that he has to be in this cold world.I'm taking him to my house.As I walk there,it's gets chillier.I'm almost there though.I make it to my door.I get inside and put Spike,covered in my shirt,on the couch.I go upstairs to get a black shirt on.I get back downstairs and what I see makes my heart melt.He's making whimpering noises and cries.He must be having a nightmare.I walk towards him to comfort him.But I trip on a banana peel I must left on the floor.i hit the ground.Luckily,I hit my head where the carpet is.But it still hurts.He wakes up and looks around.He notices me,cries,and gets right back in the jacket.I knew it.I get up to go straight towards him.I gently lift the jacket and stare into big cute green eyes.
"Hey there.Don't worry.I mean no harm to you."
That wasn't enough.Figures.I have an idea.I'll give him some food.What do baby dragons eat though?Does he even have teeth?I do have a crystal.Maybe I can give him that.I get upstairs and get it.I come back.
"Here you go.It's for you."
I put the crystal on the couch.He just looks at it.He sniffs it.He smiles.He sucks on it.He lets the flavor flow through his mouth.Spike's eyes widen at the taste.The baby dragon happily swallows it.He gets off the couch and looks around.He examines the house.He bumps into things,and makes things fall.
"Woah!Be careful!." I come to pick him up.He squirms around in my arm.I put him on a couch.I put a blanket on him.He fights to find his way out.I giggle.I lift the blanket so he can at least have his head out.He snuggles in the blanket.
"You should get some re-" I'm cut off as he sneezes fire.
'WOAH!"I shout as I dodge the fire.
He stares at me with those curious eyes.
"You have to be careful.I'm not fire-proof."I laugh.
He starts feeling sleepy.He drifts off into Dreamland.He looks so adorable.I just want to snuggle up with him.I know for sure his friends are gonna come back to get him.But for now,I have to take care of him.I don't know how he got here,but I know that my life just got better.And I'll do whatever I can to make him happy.
