Equestria Girls: Part of Me

The halls were silent except for a quiet munching. "So....you were gonna tell me about this place?" Twilight looked at Derpy, who for the past half hour had been intently staring down the muffin. One of Derpy's eyes stayed focused on the muffin, while the other drifted to Twilight.

"You know, people make fun of me for my eyes..." Derpy finally said, breaking the silence. Twilight put her head down, concerned and guilt filled her. "I-I, everyone hated me, I didn't want to be me. But I turned it around. From something positive to negative. One eye watches over things I love while the other stays focused on the task at hand." Twilight gently smiled. "The princess sends misfits, villains, and other distractions here. To this world." A look of shock hit Twilight and her pupils shrunk.

"She does that? W-what do you mean?" Derpy opened her mouth to start but, noticing the clock on the wall waved goodbye.

"I have a special somebody I need to meet up with, sorry!" She ran off down the halls, spilling muffin crumbs as she went.

I am so close to the answers, I am NOT letting that pony slip away, Twilight thought to herself. She ran as fast as she could after the small yet quick blonde girl. "OOF" Stars spun around Twilight's head as she sat up.

"Woah dude, slow down." A girl helped her up. She had headphones around her neck and had light blue and neon blue spiky hair. She helped up her other friend a fragile girl with gray hair and holding a cello in her left hand. "Where are YOU going in such a rush, wait, you're Twilight right? The girl who won the fall formal crown! AWESOME MAN!"

Twilight smiled shyly and replied, "I was running after that girl, she had some sort of plans though."

The girl with the gray hair finally spoke, "That's Derpy, this is Vinyl," and then she continued in a high pitched singing voice, "I AM OCTAVIA!"

"Yeah, don't tell anybody but Derpy has got herself a date with Dr. Whooves," Vinyl gossiped. "You can find me here," she handed her a small slip of paper, "and you can find Derpy, here," she wrote Derpy's adress on the back of the card. "Good luck, and umm, you MIGHT want to check up on Sunset Shimmer, no body has seen her today."

Where could Sunset be? Twilight asked herself. She ran down the halls, in hope to find some of her friends.
