"Patrick, I don't think that this is such a good idea."
"Oh stop being such a baby! It's not like we have anything to do, down here." Patrick replied, his attention still focused on the odd, pink colored hook that was dangling in front of his face.
It was Winter in Bikini Bottom and the two sea dwellers were out on another expedition to combat their greatest enemy. Boredom. Of course the snow had offered the sponge and the starfish a plethora of things to do, but that accursed squid had foiled their valiant efforts with his nagging. Forced to cease their snowy play, the the pink and yellow oddities felt it best to go and see how the jellyfish were fairing. A few stings later, and here they are staring at the pink, snow covered hook that floated before them.
"We could just go and watch a movie! Patrick, if Mr. Krabs finds us out here with the hooks, he'll have our butts for sure!" Sponge-bob replied, his blue eyes wandering fearfully around the snow covered fields, watching out for his red shelled employer as visions of his butt plastered to a wall flitted through his mind.
With a loud squeal, the yellow sponge dashed to his ignorant friend and did his to pull the heavy starfish away from the evil hook. "We have to go, Patrick!"
"Dang it Sponge-bob, when are you going to stop listening to that guy?" Patrick hissed, slapping away his smaller friend with an annoyed grunt. "There is absolutely nothing wrong with us playing around with the hooks!"
"But Patrick-"
"Who are you going to listen to? Some sweaty crab or your best friend?"
"But what if we get dragged up there! Don't you remember what happened last time? Gift Shop."
Dun Dun Duuuuuuuuuun!
"Stop being such a baby, Spongebob!" Patrick growled, as he climbed atop the frilly pink hook, as he began to sit on it as though it was a swing set and not a hook capable of pulling him up to his demise. "Even if we did get dragged up to the surface, we wouldn't have to worry about air. Snow, remember?"
Sponge-bob was flabbergasted. Patrick might not be the smartest starfish in the sea, but he made quite a bit of sense. Suddenly, a light in the sponges' mind went off, filling his head with images of a beautiful metropolis just overhead. "Patrick, do you know what this means!?"
"We can finally go and teach Gary how to use the toilet?"
"No......This means that we can go and visit Texas!" Sponge-bob exclaimed, eliciting a gasp from his mentally deranged friend. "We should go and get Sandy! It'll be the greatest day ever!"
"Oh boy!" Patrick cheered, as the two care-free buffoons danced and hopped in place. Indeed it was going to be quite the special adventure for the two ocean dwellers. I wonder what Sandy would have to say about it.
One long walk later.....
"That has to be the dumbest idea I've ever heard. Don't y'all remember what happened last time y'all tried to walk on land? Y'all almost got eaten by a bunch of feathery varmints!"
That only got a laugh out of the always confident Sponge-bob, who preceded to flex his scrawny arms in a sad attempt at showing off what little muscle he had on his spongy arms. "I think that I can handle a few birds with my fists of fury !" With a swipe of his arm, he split sandy's wooden table in half, earning him an evil glare from the already annoyed and tired Sandy.
"Come on fellas, I just wanna go back to sleep." Sandy muttered, her furry form wrapped by a thick blue sweater, which provided enough warmth for the tired squirrel to stay warmth even in her snow filled tree dome.
With tear filled, puppy dog eyes, Sponge-bob and Patrick both dropped onto their knees in front of the squirrel and clasped their hands together, hoping that the squirrel would take pity on them and make their wishes a reality.
"Come on Sandy! We just want you to take us to Texas!" Patrick pleaded, as he kissed Sandy's feet.
"Pleeeeeeeeease?" Sponge-bob begged.
"Fine ah'll do it! Just let me get some sleep!"
And so, after the young squirrel got a respectable amount of sleep, the three adventurers set off to explore the land above them. With hope in their hearts and courage glimmering in their eyes, our heroes boarded a rocketship and took off for the land above-
BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!
"Stupid late night cartoons." Rainbow Dash muttered, her sponge fueled dream finally coming to an end, as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes.
Knock Knock Knock!
"Argh! Who in Celestias' name could that be at six in the morning!?" Rainbow Dash hissed, pulling herself out of bed until she was nothing but a cyan heap on the floor.
Knock Knock Knock!
"I'M GOING! JUST GIVE ME A MINUTE!"
Muttering to herself with more than a little anger, the cyan pegasi slow floated out of her room and towards her front door in an effort to send the visitor away and get back to bed. With a few flicks and twists of her hoof, she gently pulled the door open so she could face her visitor.
"What the hell do you wan- ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"ARGHHHHHHHHHHH!"
With a loud scream, the lavender pony that was Twilight Sparkle rolled out of bed fell to the floor in a horrified heap.
"It was just a dream, Twilight." The lavender pony said to no one in particular.
Not a single peep could be heard in her room, besides the gentle snores emanating from the small basket that sat a few feet next to her bed. There wasn't a single sponge to be found.
"Good...."
"Are you alright, Twilight?"
"Yeah, Snails, I'm fine. Get back to bed." Twilight muttered, as she dragged herself off of the floor and stood up to face the form that towered over her.
"So.....Do you think you'll be able to change be back tomorrow morning?" Snails muttered, her voice thick with unease.
"Maybe." Twilight replied, as she leapt back onto the bed with relief. "I'll think about it."
"Alright....I love you Twilight."
"Shut up, baby, I know it."
