Merilee Argent Sun, Lee for short, has just completed his extended classes; those given to ponies having a hard time finding their cutie marks. At the end of it all, he is the only pony in his class to graduate without discovering his special talent. He is told not to despair though; hope is on the horizon! Equestria's royalty has summoned him and others like himself to a mysterious 'boot camp'. What could it be, and how will it help him find his cutie mark? Along the way he meets fellow blank flanks Boomer and Prism Stone, and together they will discover the true meaning of 'camaraderie'.
