It isn't just the heroes that change history- villains have an equal part to play, even if ponies have forgotten this fundamental fact. One pony, however, lives by it. After all, how else will he save Equestria from Celestia's tyranny? Maybe with a bit of luck he'll even be able to impress the mare of his dreams along the way. Mares are into self-sacrificing villainy in the name of the greater good, right? . . . Right?

Of course, there are always risks involved. Such as the very ponies he is trying to save managing to get in his way- with shenanigans and hijinks. Maybe Ponyville wasn't the ideal place to build his secret lair . . .
