200 years after Luna was sealed away, and Celestia took on the job of rising both the sun and moon, a tribe formed around fire and chaos. After the few members were locked away, Equestria was safe. But, Twilight and her friends find out that ponies are converting to the way of life from the past, calling themselves "Combust". Ponies are joining this "tribe" at an alarming rate, and no pony seems to know why. But the arrival of a mysterious pony in Ponyville seems to hold promise, as Equestria is slowly being burnt to the ground.
