SUPER 6-4 where the hell are we!

The two black hawks caught up with rainbow who had not held back at all going full pelt towards ponyville.

"I have a bad feeling about when we get their" that sickening feeling wouldn't leave Matt alone.

"ETA in five boys go in kind and loving" Matt had heard the pilot guffaw as he tried to hold back the onslaught of laughs at hearing that the worlds inhabitants were peace loving kind tolerant and loving ponies.

Oh and they had a princess who not only was royalty but a goddess who could raise the sun.

"This is it first proper contact." turning around Matt looked at his squad again.

"No hostilities to these people okay. None" Matt put emphasis on the words hostilities and none so that the chalk team got his point.

"jesus first time commanding a chalk team and this shit happens" Matt thought sourly below him the first signs of habitation were beginning to appear the odd paved track and house here and there and after what felt like seconds they were hovering over a town square filled with ponies all looking up at the two Hawks.

"Awkward moment or what eh ranger" Michael shouted back whilst concentrating on landing the bird without hitting anything and destroying or hurting anyone or anything.

"You can say that again" Matt leaped out when they touched the ground every stallion, mare, colt and filly where staring at them waiting for someone to break the silence. In the end Rainbow dash did flying upwards above the clouds then looking down and gesturing at someone to hurry up.

"Come on it's just through here." she was still gesturing to someone in the and Matt could see them getting closer as he saw heads being shoved aside and them protesting to the new comers.

Eventually they got to the front and standing in front of Matt where five ponies two with horns on their heads one with wings like rainbow and two that looked just like..well..normal ponies the two groups stood gawking at each other until the orange one stepped forward.

"Well a'h guess i'l introduce myself first." she looked back to the other as she spoke in a southern american drawl.

"Name's Applejack pleasure ta meet ya" Applejack walked up to Matt and grabbed his hand with two hoof's and started shaking his hand roughly until a white mare interrupted her.

"Applejack dear i think that is enough for now don't you" her voice was elegant and sophisticated, Applejack looked at the white mare and back to Matt repeating the process again two more times and ended with a sheepish smile.

"Now i think it is high time i introduced myself my name is Rarity it is lovely to meet you" Rarity finished with a slight curtsey. When Rarity had finished Matt had realised there where five when they first saw them now there where only four.

"Hey weren't there five of you a minute ago..WOAH" Matt finished with a pink pony with a over sized smile on her face and pink bouncy cotton candy like hair

landing on top of him.

"Heytheremynamespinkiepieitsnicetomeetyouheyijustrealisedyournewhereso

thatmustmeanyoudonthaveandfriendsheresoithoughaboutthrowingyouawelcometopomyvillestranhepeopleparty YAY" Matt looked to the ponies behind the one on top of him with a confused look on his face.

"What on god's earth did she just say?!" the purple one with a horn on her head stepped forward and a faint purple haze enveloped the pink mare.

"She just said she would like to throw you a party because you don't come from around here and that must mean you have no friends. My names Twilight Sparkle by the way" Twilight smiled when she finished dropping the pink pony next to her and turned her head to another one of the ponies this one had a smooth flowing pink mane and a light yellow coat with sparkling emerald green eyes.

"Go on Fluttershy say hi" Twilight tried to encourage the yellow one called Fluttershy she gulped and took a few steps forward timidly.

"M-m-my n-n-names Fluttershy" it came out as a near inaudible squeak Matt leaned in towards the yellow pony.

"What i didn't quite get that"

"Flutte-squeak-" she didn't finish as she was to nervous the poor mare looked at the ground and saw her legs shaking rapidly and then her teeth started chattering and she started to shake Matt backed off a little to try and calm her down.

"I'm sorry about that as you can see shes quite shy" Twilight was looking at Matt.

"It's fine i was shy as hell before i joined the rangers" it was a lie Matt had been the most brash in his entire class in school all ways getting into trouble with the teachers Matt remembered one of them saying that he wouldn't get far at all in life Matt laughed a little bit inwardly "just look at me now then why don't you a sergeant in the 75th rangers wouldn't get far my ass". After the introduction of Rainbow's friends Matt introduced himself his team and just as he was about to mention the pilots Michael walked out with his flight helmet in between his hip and his arm and looking straight at Matt.

"Problem ranger. We ain't got enough fuel to go airborne again SUPER's outta juice we ain't goin nowhere." Matt turned around to his team and then back to Michael.

"But if that bird isn't going skyward that means there's no." Michael finished for Matt.

"Way home. I know until we find some kind of fuel source we are stuck here." Matt felt sick at the prospect of not going home not seeing his boy grow up, get a job have a family and the most important he wouldn't be there for any of it.Matt walked towards the hawk and sat down on the edge of the cargo bay and uttered one single word.
