But I knew that would change when i heard a huge explosion out of nowhere it wasn't a nuclear one but it was big and powerful, at that point I knew I was going to die, after 3 seconds everything blacked out. I woke up in unsurprisingly bad pain, I looked around, my family dead, my house and the rest of my town destroyed, my life gone, I began to cry quietly, I became very depressed at what i just saw and realized all in that very moment but even though I felt all that, I was grateful to be alive regardless of the pain. After about 10 minutes of non-stop crying I stopped only to hear a weird humming noise and a very bright in fact almost blinding light coming towards me, fast, it wasn't fast enough to be a car but it was allot more quicker then running or cycling, anyways I feel the light go straight into me, I was too hurt and injured to dodge it or move out of the way, not caring if I was going to die, I let everything turn black. once I woke up for the second time all I could see was blurry colours, I let my eyes adjust to see what was going on, 'Oh my god I feel so tired' strangely I am in a hospital bed surrounded by three ponies, "Am I dreaming?" I asked to myself aloud. "No this is as real as you and I" says a white furred pony with a multi-coloured mane and tail that seemed to be coloured with a light sort of pale blue and green as well as purple and pink, It seemed to be able to have that wind affect even though there was no wind, she also was wearing a crown and she had a pair of wings and a horn. "WHAT THE HECK, YOU CAN TALK?!" I shouted with a bit of trembling fear, she could see it in my eyes that I was getting scared. "There is no need to be afraid of us, we are just as shocked as you are, we will not hurt you, all is okay" trying to assure me she continued "I am Princess Celestia. I raise and lower the sun, I am also the proud ruler of Equestria with my sister Princess Luna", I looked over to see another pony but shorter, her fur was a very dark blue, her main and tail was also dark blue with that wind effect i never seemed to really understand, Celestia still continues "She is the princess of the night, she raises and lowers the moon every night and she also looks into everyponys dreams to comfort them if they're having a nightmare or a bad dream of any sort and this other pony here is my faithful student; Twilight Sparkle", she points a hoof at the other pony, a lavender pony with a horn and purple mane and tail with a pinkish streak stares at me in particular with her eyes wide, she then shakes it off like she's been day dreaming. "Yes, I'm Twilight Sparkle" she said trying to be normal, well since they all introduced themselves to me,  I'm going to introduce myself. "well its only nice if i introduce myself as well" I continue, "My name is Connor, I'm 15 years old so I'm still a teenager so I'm not a fully grown adult yet, I'm a Human or a Homo Sapien if you prefer it that way and I'm from Terra or commonly known as Earth". "Well then it's nice to meet you Connor, but please tell me how exactly you got to Equestria?" Celestia asked me. "Well, it's actually quite a depressing story, are you sure you want to hear it?" I asked just for the sake of preventing them from feeling down. "Yes, I'm sure" Celestia answers. Once I told them the story, they actually looked like they were about to cry, "Wow" Twilight said with massive concern "You must be feeling very very upset and depressed, you lost your home, your friends and worst of all your family, I don't even know how you survived but it was miraculous that you did, but how you ended up here just......  didn't make sense" "I know" I replied, "Twilight, your majesties, please can i have some time to sleep, I don't know if my injuries are even healing but I'm still very tired and would just like to finally rest from what just happened?" "Of course, Connor" Celestia replied to me "but after you leave the hospital you well be staying with Twilight Sparkle as I cannot trust you yet to have your own place" "Ok thanks a lot" I said back before Twilight and The princesses left my hospital room and fell asleep once again. Twilight's POV Me and the princesses left Connor for him to rest, 'I sure do feel concerned for him, maybe i should ask for the princesses to heal him while he sleeps'. "Um Celestia?" I said. "Yes Twilight?" she replied back to me. "Can you heal the human?, he seems really hurt and stressed and well, I would like to ask him questions about his home world and I would also like him to meet my friends" I asked "Of course Twilight, if that's what you want then I will heal him but I would like you to send me a letter of anything you learn from him" she replied. "Of course I will princess and thank you" I said with joy even though i kept my face straight and my tone normal. "That's okay" she said as she turned back to where he was sleeping. //-------------------------------------------------------// That Dream (re-done) //-------------------------------------------------------// That Dream (re-done) Chapter 1: That Dream I woke up, I didn't feel any pain or I didn't have my injuries, I looked around to see inside my house, my living room actually, surprisingly my home or the rest of my town was destroyed, I saw my family, we were talking like the happy family we was, I couldn't help but silently cry tears of joy. Then out of nowhere i heard a familiar explosion, "OH S**T, NOT THIS AGAIN" I shouted as i looked outside my living room window, I shielded my eyes as it the explosion got bigger and bigger and straight past me, It didn't affect me as I knew it was only a dream but even if i am dreaming i never wanted to experience anything like that again. As soon as I could see again my eyes were filled with horror, my house was destroyed, my family and neighbors dead, I went outside to look at the rest of my street and possibly the area I lived in. My eyes were not only filled with horror but my tears of joy turned to tears of depression, loss and sadness as I saw everything exactly how i remembered it, but destoyed. "WHY DID IT HAD TO BE ME?!" I shouted with anger but a moaning voice at the same time, feeling no better I broke down crying still not getting over my loss. "Wow I knew that it was horrifying but really, this is worse then you actually described it to be" I looked up with my eyes still full of tears to see Princess Luna looking down at me with sorrow, she then sat down next to me and wrapped her wing around me, it made me feel warm inside. "Thanks Princess Luna" I couldn't help but say as i enjoyed her warm embrace. "There is no need to worry Connor, like Celestia said before it is my job to come into dreams and comfort them and please call me Luna" "Okay Luna" I replied, Luna then looks down at me. "I shouldn't really be telling you this, but Celestia is healing you whilst you're sleeping, when you wake up you should feel no pain at all, neither any injuries" she continued "She is healing you so you can start your new life in Ponyville quickly" "Ponyville and how can she heal me?" I asked "With magic of course and Ponyville is the town that you are staying in with Twilight Sparkle" she answered. "Oh right" realising what she meant. After a while of just sitting and relaxing in her embrace she gets. "Well, I better be going, there are other duties i have to attend to, you will wake up soon" she said trotting away "Okay and once again, Thanks for everything Luna" I said getting up feeling a lot more better, no longer crying. "The pleasure is all mine, whenever you're having a nightmare, be sure to rely on me" She said. "Will do" I replied and she disappeared. I woke up to see myself in a hospital bed again. 'Wow Luna was right, Celestia did heal me' I thought as I moved my finger joints and my flexed muscles, I looked over at the desk to my right see my clothes as well as my socks and shoes. I got out of the hospital bed got changed out of the stupidly tight hospital dress I was wearing, I got changed into my clothes that were a bit torn from the explosion and got my socks and shoes on. I walked out of the hospital room to see Twilight sitting on a bench smiling at me. "Ah, Connor, good to see you're okay now, come on, I'll show you to my home and then i have some friends i want you to meet because if you're going to start a new life here in Ponyville, then you are going to need some friends and i also want to ask you some questions about your home world" Twilight said as she got up and started going towards the exit. "Sure" I said normally as I followed her to the exit not knowing what to expect. //-------------------------------------------------------// New Friends //-------------------------------------------------------// New Friends Chapter 2: New friends When I got out of the hospital all I got was the gift of being stared at by other ponies, some scowled at me, others feared me but there's one pony who actually got excited over seeing me until another pony with pale white fur with a mane and tale of dark blue and pink pulled it away, it was a mint green unicorn whose got a mint green mane and tail with some white going through it, I thought I'll worry about that later when the time came. We both stayed silent until we came in front of this big tree, how the hell did they carve a library into a tree was the only thought that came into my mind when I stepped in "So um...., I guess you run this library?" I said to Twilight. "Why yes, yes I do." Twilight replied. I decided to sit down and wait since there's not really much to do and so I can let Twilight do her own thing, I heard the sound of footsteps coming down the staircase. "Um... Twilight, who is that?" I looked up to see a small reptilian creature with purple scales and green spikes on its back, It sounded like a boy so I'm assuming it's a male. I got nervous "Oh him, he's called Connor, He's a human. Can you go tell the others to come meet me here so they can meet him?" Twilight asked the reptile. "Sure, anyways my name's Spike, I'm a baby dragon and Twilight's number one assistant" he came over to me and put his hand out. "Nice to meet you" I said trying to be polite and shaking his hand being less nervous then before. "Well I better get going since Twilight wants me to get the others" Spike said heading out the door "Okay, see you later" I said waving at him. "Bye" the baby dragon replied shutting the door behind him. "So do you mind if I ask you some questions about you, your kind and your home world?" I turned around to see Twilight sitting on the other side of the sofa i was sitting on. "Why not, I've got nothing else to do" I replied "Great, so what kind of food do you eat?" she asked curiously. I started to hesitate thinking they might not like me if I told them that i eat meat, "Well I don't know if I should answer that, you'd probably think I'm a monster if I did" I chuckled nervously. "Why not" she saw the look in my face "Oh I get it, are you a carnivore?" "Well, we're omnivores actually, you know, I can eat vegetables and fruit as well, but to be honest I'm not into meat" I lied, I actually prefer meat to vegetables. "Well that's good to know" She said it like she felt relieved, she was also jotting some notes down that was being levitated by her magic "So do you have any kind of magic?" "magic?" I asked confused. "yes magic like levitating or simple spells" she was getting a little confused. "Um... the only kind of magic we have is the kind of magic a magician does, you know fake magic with secrets" I replied getting what she meant. "Okay, so do humans have cutie marks?" she asked me. "Um..." I was very confused "Whats a cutie mark?" I asked back "A cutie mark is mark that you get on your flank when you find your special talent in life, for example my cutie mark is magic" she explained to me showing her cutie mark on her flank, It was a dark pink 6-pointed star with little white stars around it. "Oh that what it was." I thought it was just a tattoo "No humans don't have cutie marks" I said back to her. Twilight was just about done with her notes until there was a knock on the door, "I'll get it" she said standing up and started trotting to the door. "Oh hey everypony, the human is just in the sofa" I heard her say, I got confused when she said 'everypony' isn't it supposed to be everybody or everyone. They all came up to me "Um, hello..." was all I could say being a little nervous, I was always nervous around new people or in this case, new ponies. "Why hello there sugar cube, Ah'm Applejack" an orange pony with freckles and a blonde mane and tail, she was holding out a hoof for me to shake so I grabbed the hoof and shook it, she also had a strange texan accent, well she's a cowgirl or in this case a cowpony, the stetson hat she's wearing would explain it all.. "Um... My names Connor" was all I could say. "Ah run the farm of Sweet Apple Acres, Where we grow the best apples in Equestria, maybe you can come over to mah farm sometime and I can show you" she boasted sounding proud. "That will be nice" I said. Then another pony came over to me, she was a cyan blue Pegasus with a rainbow coloured mane and tail 'WOW first there's ponies, then a unicorn, a pony with wings and a horn, then a baby dragon and now a Pegasus, so mythical creatures must live hear', i thought to myself. "The names Rainbow Dash" she said as we did a hand/hoof shake, she sounded like a tomboy. "Nice to meet you" I said, I'm not even feeling nervous now, in fact I feel pretty confident around them. "I'm the fastest flier on all of Equestria, I'm also the weather captain, maybe one day I can show you all my awesome tricks" she said. "Well why not, I haven't seen an air show in quite a while" The last time I saw an airshow was at some place in a small town called Ducksford, I saw some World War 2 planes and even the AC130. "Cool" she said. Then I saw a pale yellow Pegasus with a long pink mane and tail hide behind Twilight, Twilight gestured her to say hello to me as everyone else was staring at her "Oh.. um hi" she said, I think she's a rather timid pony, it's like she's scared of me, or she really is scared of me. "Why, hello there" I said politely trying to make her not scared of me "Um, you do know I'm not going to hurt you, in fact I'm the one who should be scared since this is a new world and all" I said trying to assure her. "Oh okay, I'm Flutter..." she said but i was either going death or she stopped talking. "Can you speak up please?" I asked to make sure. But again she said "I'm Flutter..." "Come again?" I asked. "Fluttershy" she managed to say but she was still quiet, that name kind of suits her actually, she hid half her face behind her mane, 'Wow I can't believe I'm actually saying this but that is extremely cute' I thought. "She looks after animals that are hurt or sick" Rainbow said before I could ask, Fluttershy continued to hide behind Twilight. "The names Rarity Belle but just call me Rarity darling" said another unicorn with white fur and a styled dark purple mane and tail "Sorry no offence but may I ask how you got your clothes looking terribly dirty?" she asked me, I looked down at my shirt to see it has been ripped and gotten very dirty from the explosion. "Well uh... lets just say it's a long story" I said not wanting to tell them about what happened. "Well lets forget that, can you come down to my boutique later so I can get your sizes done for some new clothes, you can't go around Ponyville looking like that" well she was right about one thing, I can't go around Ponyville looking like this "Sure" was all I can say until a pink pony with a fluffy pink mane and tail started talking like she was hyper. "HI-I'm-Pinkie-Pie-I-would-like-to-be-your-new-best-friend-and you're-new-here-so-that-means-" she gasped like she was going to die and then I could have sworn she disappeared in a pink cloud of smoke. "Um... what just happened?" I asked confused "Don't worry, I don't want to spoil it so I won't and don't think about what her antics, your head wont hurt when you think if you do" said Rainbow trying to get me to think straight again. "So howd' you get into Equestria? Applejack asked, I began to feel uneasy. "Twilight, are you sure I should tell them?" I asked her. "You should." She replied and nodded. I sighed, "It began when I was in my house,me and my family talking to each other in the living room but you see, my country was in war with another country, and then out of nowhere there was an explosion and I blacked out, when i woke up realizing I miraculously survived, I looked around to see the street I lived on was just all rubble now, I looked to see my family dead and my house also turned to rubble" I tears began to fill my eyes "My friends over the road I also saw were dead, it's like I was the only survivor, so I began crying, about 10 minutes of crying later, I heard a humming noise and looked up to see a bright almost blinding light, not caring if it was going to kill me, I let it hot my and I blacked out again, and when I woke up, I was in Ponyville Hospital" tears began rolling down my face and i looked up at the other ponies who had a sad look on there faces. "I didn't think it'd be that bad sugar cube" said Applejack "I feel sorry fer ya". "It's okay, I'll get over it." I said wiping the tears off my cheeks. "Um.. sorry" said Fluttershy "But i got to go and look after my animals, It's nice to meet you Connor, sorry for what happened" she started going towards the door. "It's okay, bye Fluttershy" she left waving a hoof "Um yeah I've got to go as well, see ya" said Rainbow Dash "Bye" I said as she left. "Sorry sugar cube, but I've got to do some more work on the farm, see ya around" "Bye Applejack" she waved at me. It was only me, Rarity and Twilight left, "Hey darling do you mind if we can have our appointment at my boutique done now?" Rarity asked me. "sure why not" I said as the three of us left the library.
