Spell gone wrong; meeting Sin (edited)
Twilight Sparkle, a simple Mare with a simple life on a quest to discover all the morals of friendship. She has great friends: including the honest Applejack, the loyal Rainbow Dash, the generous Rarity, the kind Fluttershy, and the laughing Pinkie Pie. She was also good friends with the princesses, her brother and sister in-law, and her own assistant Spike the baby dragon. Twilight felt like she had the perfect life, but that was about to change. One day, she was simply reading in her library and trying to think what to do with the rest of the evening. When she came across something, she was not supposed to. She found an old, dusty, gray looking book sitting on the bookshelf. She levitated the book and examined it.
"Ooh, this looks promising" she said aloud. She then noticed that it had no title on it. "That's weird, where's the title. Oh well, might as well take a look" she said to herself. She then slowly opened the book, and was amazed to what was amazed. It was an entire book, filled with magical spells that she had never heard of, she was very impressed. "Wow, so many new spells, i don't know which one to try out" she said excitingly. She continued to flip through more pages, until she found one that caught her eye. It read: Spellhaven spell. "Spellhaven spell, what's that?" she asked herself cursorily. The diagram looked like that of a five pointed star, Twilight continued to read on. "A spell that can take you beyond imagination" she read out loud. She seemed really interested in this spell, "The only thing you need to perform this is.....the elements of harmony?" she said. Her take in interested quickly changed to confusion. "Why would i need them? Oh well, i really want to know spell does" she said to herself. She didn't care why she needed them, she just wanted to see the results. She brought out all 6 elements out of her cupboard and set them on the ground. She then drew the star from the book on the ground with some chalk. She then placed all six elements in the correct places of the star; five elements were placed on each point, and the tiara was placed in the middle; Twilight felt ready to perform the spell. She looked in her book to see what she had to do. "Huh, that's all i have to do?" she thought out loud when she read the directions. What she needed to do was focus all of her energy in the star and say the word(s) Spellhaven, 6 times. She looked down at the star circle and began.
"Spellhaven" she said. She then noticed that the honesty element began to glow. And it shot out a pillar of light and bursted through the ceiling, Twilight was curious. But she decided to continue on with the spell anyway. "Spellhaven" she continued, then the laughter element shot out a pillar of light, she continued, "Spellhaven" and then the loyalty element shot out a pillar, "Spellhaven, Spellhaven" both the kindness and the generosity elements shot out pillars. Pretty soon, it was down to the last element, magic. Twilight took a deep breath, and spoke the spell one last time. "Spellhaven" she shouted. The magic element did shoot out a pillar of light, but once it reached the roof it came falling straight back down. Before Twilight could move out of the way, it hit her. Twilight was caught in it's beam. She didn't feel pain, she just felt uncomfortableness. She then saw the star circle started to open, like a door. "What's happening?!" Twilight shouted, but then she became lost in it's widespread of light; she couldn't see anymore. She then passed out, Twilight didn't know if she was dead or not she felt afraid. She felt like she was in an empty void, continuously trotting to see where she will end up. She was moving, but going nowhere. All of a sudden, she heard of voice, a familiar voice, it sounded concerned and western.
"Twilight!" the voice said, "Twilight you gotta wake up, sugar cube".
"Applejack?" Twilight wondered. She then spotted something in the distance, it looked like a black hole. Twilight then galloped to the mysterious object. She finally made it to the object and examined it, it looked like a portal and she couldn't make out what the other side of it looked like. She leaned in closer and closer, until.....she fell in. she fell into the portal and was falling to who knows where? Twilight felt like she was lying on a hard surface. She felt something nudging her, she then twitched her eyes and finally woke up. She lifted her head up and waited for her vision to clear. Everything seemed blurry to her, she could barely see. Then she started to hear a voice.
"Twilight!" the voice shouted.Twilight's vision finally came, and the first thing she saw was her friend, AJ sitting next to her. "Twilight, you're awake!" she said.
"Applejack?" asked Twilight.
"Yeah, it's me" answered AJ. Twilight looked around her surroundings and noticed that she was in some kind of jail cell, she was really confused.
"Where are we?" she asked.
"That's what i want to know. First thing i know I'm bucking apples to make some of ma' famous apple cider; next thing i know i wake up here!" she answered.
"Really weird" she pondered. Before either of them could speak again, they heard an unfamiliar voice. It sounded that like a young mare.
"Wakey wakey!" the voice said. Both Twi and AJ turned their heads at the bars only to see a very strange looking pony. It was a pegasus pony, but looked very different. It had wings, but they weren't pegasus wings, they looked like scary looking dragon wings. She even had dragon eyes and teeth. She also had bright orange fur, a long dark brown mane and tail, and a very terrifying cutiemark. It looked like a skull with horns, surrounded by two huge demon wings, and a half-moon in the middle of the horns. The scary looking mare began to speak. "Rise and shine, sleeping beauties" she snickered, "you can't expect to sleep in all day do ya? Nope, so who do we have here?" she then rolled open a scroll with her dragon wings and read it aloud. "Applejack....." she then whistled and looked at Twilight, "and Twilight" she finished. "Origins unknown" she continued. "That's funny, we don't usually get a lot of new comers here. Sure is bucking weird" she said. Twilight was puzzled by her use of the word 'bucking'. When she was about to ask herself that, her friend decided to speak up.
"Hey! You mind tellin us where the hay we are...." she started, but was rudely interrupted.
"I'm sorry, did you say something? I'm sorry i can't understand your accent- DID YOU WANT ME TO SLICE YOU OPEN LIKE I DID YOUR FRIEND?" the mare shouted which made Applejack jump back. "shut the buck up! Ok, in case you haven't flipping notice, I'm the one who has you trapped!" Applejack then looked down to try to hide her afraid face, this made the mare more angry. "Look at me, look me in the bucking eye. HEY, you buck! Look at me in the eye!" she shouted. She poked her head through the bars to look closer at the frightened pony; finally AJ looked up at her. "You're my mule. I'm the sheriff around these parts, shut the buck up, or you die" she threatened. Twilight then notice something about the mare, she was wearing a necklace. But this necklace she was wearing was golden and it had a gem in the shape of a red lightning bolt. She knew what that meant.
"Hey, where'd you get that necklace?" Twilight asked all scared.
"What this? Oh, i found it next to your passed out bodies outside of the kingdom. There was a bunch of them actually, but i don't know if this one suits me" she said with a calmer tone towards Twilight.
"Well, give it back. That belongs to me..." Twilight started.
"I'm, sorry but i don't think you get it, Twilight. You’re in a cell now, and all of your personal stuff is now confiscated" she interrupted.
"Why are we in jail?" asked Twilight.
"hehehehe, that's simple. Don't you know it's illegal to trespass into ones kingdom without a passport? I don't know where you’re from, or how you work things there; but this is our kingdom now. And what we say goes, you got that? You can't just wander in here, and expect everything to go your way" she said menacingly.
"But i don't know how we got here....." Twilight started off again, before being interrupted again.
"EH, don't want to hear it." she interrupted yet again. "Your either with us or against us. And i hope you’re with us because you, mwa, and your tough cowgirl friend, we're going to have a lot of fun together..." but this time, she was the one interrupted. When a tall shadowy figure walked in the room. Twilight couldn't make out who it was, but it had the same shape and figure as princess Celestia.
"Sin, stop scaring the prisoners. I need you to take care of the rest of the intruders" the figure said and left the room.
"Well, it's been fun, but i have to go. I'll see you two bucks later. ta ta" she said. And the psycho pony known as Sin left the room. AJ and Twi just stared at each other with fear, and also trying to figure out a way to escape this madness they have found themselves in.......
