Princess Celestia and Princess Luna have ordered a full mobilisation of the Equestrian armies to the southern border and rendezvous with the Crystal Empire's troops. The reason for this is the recent human attacks on the Diamond Dog country to the south of Equestria, with rumours spreading that the Alpha, known as Cyprius Agre had been killed a week past in the capital, Ferox.

The dragons and the griffons have refused the Equestrian call for help, as they feared the magic-like powers the humans had, which the humans called 'ninjutsu'.

With human troops massing on Equestria's border, there seems to be little hope...

This is a crossover with Naruto. It doesn't have any of the characters from the show, it just has the abilities from the show. Alicorn Twilight is also present.
