The unicorn looked around the room levatating a notebook and a pencil quickly wrote: No it's ok my Cutie Mark means that i am a DJ&and Remixer. Oh,Octavia exclaimed, umm can you talk-Not to be rude,just wondering,She quickly added. The mare wrote uh yeah i just- You're just shy? Sure (why not Keyota thought) Ok, umm- your just like Vinyl you won't take those Celestia forbid glasses off, even indoors. Keyota started to write something down-Keyota,Octavia said, Key looked up at her-Take the glasses off Keyota,Octavia said. The other mare suddenly tensed up and the pencil faltered for a moment,before Key quickly wrote uhhh i don't think that's a good idea Octavia Key,Take the glasses off,Octavia said starting to get up. Keyota suddenly bolted upright and started backing up while slowly shaking her head no. Why not Key?Octavia said approaching Keyota. The other mare just kept shaking her head no,but this time a little quicker. Then as Keyota's back hit the wall,Octavia lunged at the mare. Only to find herself having not moved an inch and surrounded by a vibrant lime green aura. Octavia didn't need for Key to take off the glasses to tell that the mare had a look of fear still on her face,as she begun to stop breathing so heavily. After a short time not lasting longer than 20 sec the aura surrounding Octavia ceased. As the notebook and pencil surrounded by the lime green aura float in to Octavia's view. After another short period of time the notebook flipped around so Octavia could see what the unicorn wrote. Why?..........is this what you do or did to Vinyl? I'm sorry Key i don't know what came over me, I'm so very sorry. Can you please forgive me? Key wrote: ...ok just please don't do it again. Agreed Keyota. The rest of the evening was spent Octavia playing her cello while Keyota went to work on a remix. Chapter 3 (the first night&second day)Octavia stopped playing and looked at the clock; 11:00. She was just........ah checking to see if their guest was alright yeah that was it. The guest room was well compared to Vinyl, really clean,not spotless but not far from it either. There sprawled out on the bed lying face first into the pillow was Keyota. Her mane not the slightest messed up, there must be some way the Staccato's must know. Octavia couldn't suppress the groan fast enough. The unicorn mare stirred and her horn started to glow and the lime green aura surrounded Keyota's shades. if I can get to her glasses and hold them long enough for her to turn and look Octavia thought. Octavia lunged for the now levitating glasses but missed by tripping over the foot of the bed and fell on top of Keyota. Drat,Octavia said out loud before realizing it. By now Keyota had put on her shades and turned to look at the earth pony still on top of her. Which was not an easy task,once she finally turned over to face the pony who was on top of her. Octavia had forgotten the fact that she was still on top of the unicorn. Again Octavia didn't need to see that the mare had a look of confusion,some shock but mostly confusion. The unicorn mare wrote,with a look of confusion,and shock Did we........? No,no i... uh-just came to check up on you to see how your morning was going. The unicorn's body language told Octavia that she was very relieved. The rest of the day went well. Or as well as not actually talking could go That night Keyota had gone to bed much earlier than the previous night. Once Octavia was sure that Keyota was asleep, she had the time to talk to herself. Well she's a very interesting mare,She thought. Very kind and shy, I wouldn't be all that surprised if she's related to Fluttershy somehow. She talked to herself for an other half hour before Octavia went to bed. As Octavia stirred and opened her eyes just enough to make out shape and the slightest bit of color. Just enough to see some color but not enough to distinguish anything but white and black. She found herself in bed pressed up against a white unicorn mare, with a bright 2 toned mane and tail. Glad you're back Vinyl, Octavia said softly not as to wake the other mare. As she snuggled closer putting her left fore leg around Vinyl's torso, the other resting on the same mare's thigh where her cutie Mark was. As she slowly drifted back to sleep. When Octavia finally awoke, she was still pressed up against the mare. Who was just barely starting to stirr. Octavia's vision was still too blurry to distinguish color, save for black and white and some of the room. The other mare had just awoke and slowly turned to Octavia. Morning Vinyl, Octavia said as she drew her mare friend in for a long kiss. Vinyl's lips felt a little off, but that was expected in the morning. Octavia felt the other mare shift a bit as she opened her eyes and she ended the long kiss, immediately embracing her lover in a hug as she rested her head on Vinyl's shoulder, gently blowing the occasional Vibrant Neon Lime green hair from her face as she sighed and said I love you. Giving the mare a passionate kiss before resting her head back on the mare's shoulder once again, as she closed her eyes and embraced the moment. After a few minutes Octavia realised something and what she realised was partly shocking and confusing. Vinyl's mane and tail was electric blue. As Octavia's vision came into clear focus,she saw that yes the other mare's mane was yes a two toned Vibrant Neon Lime Green. To confirm her observations she looked at the mare's cutie Mark she saw that; instead of a backwards music note was a set of lime green headphones. Oh Celestia, please tell me I'm seeing things. Oh buck what is Keyota gonna think- or what is she thinking right now? she thought in a not quite visual terror. Octavia took her head off Keyota's shoulder just slightly, enough not to disturb the mare. As she got a look at the mare's face, Octavia saw that the unicorn was smiling, and her eyes were closed- Octavia could tell. This was actually the first time she'd seen the unicorn actually happy and smiling. ok ok I said I love you to Keyota ok so now what do I do? Stay like this till Key reacts? Remove myself from her and act surprised and ask that she neaver speaks of this? Maybe.......no I don't think I could do that to her; I already said I love you and I don't want to break her heart or anything. I mean this is the only time I've seen her smile. The unicorn was wearing shades also not too different from Vinyl's except they were a bit more sleek and modern and they were a aqua blue shade. The unicorn's cutie mark was a set of green headphones similar to the ones around it's neck. From the look of the muzzle it appeared to be a mare to Octavia's perspective. The unicorn nodded it's head in greeting. "Come on Key",Vinyl said "I'll show you your room." Once the two had gone into the guest room,Octavia said to herself; "why does it not surprise me that Vinyl's cousins are probably going to be like her". "Are all of her cousins like this?" Octavia wondered. Just then the 2 mares came out of the guest room, "Well see ya Key, bye Tavi",Vinyl said as she left their apartment. As to say that like Rainbow Dash's voice if you couldn't see her; it wasn't very hard to mistake her and her voice for a male. Simply beautiful, Octavia thought."Keyota, you have a beautiful voice-why are you shy about it?" She said. Octavia could feel Key start to tense up, so she pulled her into another embrace as she said." No now don't start"-she sighed slightly." You don't have to answer",Octavia said slowly releasing the unicorn from her embrace. Keyota looked physically relieved from that as she said," ok, now back when we were kissing"-the unicorn's cheeks were flushed with blood as she said."y-you said that you......ll-l-loved m-me, did you really mean that" Keyota could barely get out of her mouth. All of her blood had gone to her cheeks, and her smile started to fade. Oh Celestia Buck me, now what do I say. Vinyl at this point was only her roommate-and closest friend, I don't think she would mind much-OH BUCK ME!! HOW will she take to me that I kissed her cousin. Well I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. "Can you please stop getting on top of me, it's starting to hurt." Sorry," Octavia said again with a nod. The rest of the day went without much going on.
