"It's been two fucking days since we could get ahold of those ponies" the CEO said "I don't care how much money it takes to send in a damned rescue party! I WANT THEM FOUND!" The grey aurora disappeared above the phone hook causing the phone to slam down. The CEO had been getting worried about the expedition she had sent out, and the fact that she had hired the real Daring Do, she thought that it might have been a wannabe impersonating the mare to make a quick bit. The CEO had gotten up, her mane had fallen over her shoulder. Her name didn't suit her normal pissed off attitude being named, meadow shimmer, you'd think she would be a kindly mare. Meadow set off to get a cup of crystal roast coffee from the break room, this infant was her least favorite brew, being the low quality and high prices set by the crystal ponies. The mare opened up the door to find that the coffee machine had broken, she opened the door and yelled for the repair pony to get off his lazy ass and do something right with his job or else he wouldn't get a hearth warming bonus. The repair pony came grumbling, up to the break room to see what was wrong. "What's wrong Ms. Shimmer?" Asked the orange stallion. "The damn thing is busted again remarked meadow. "Well if you would take a look here you'd notice that it isn't broken" said the repair pony "you dumb bitch" he said under his breath. "Then what is wrong with it?" Exclaimed the angry mare. "It's unplugged" he laughed holding up the plug. "Ha ha. Very funny" meadow said sarcastically as she used her unicorn magic to plug it in. "Maybe you can figure out why other ponies during this shit" replied meadow in an angry tone. The repair pony glanced at her and laughed "I bring my coffee from home" and then walked out without another word. Meadow returned to her office and had noticed somepony left a message on her answering machine, she pressed play, a pony spoke "so I hear you need a rescue party, contact me here, I am a freelance mercenary who can help... For a price, call this number if you are interested" meadow wrote down the number and called, a stallion answered "so, are you interested?" Asked the stallion, he got a quick yes out of the CEO of Detriect "we will leave as quickly ass possible" the call ended. A few hours later after finishing up some paperwork meadow had gotten bored of waiting and had went to the lobby to get lunch, but she ran into a militarily squad of 4 ponies. "Were you the lady who needed us?" Asked a green mare with a scoped rifle on her back, "um, yes" replied meadow. "Then where do you need us?" Asked what looked like the leader of the squad. "I'm Harry but my friends call zed" "why ze-" but meadow was cut off "BECAUSE IVE SEEN SOME SHIT LADY, SOME GNARLY ASS SHIT!" Yelled zed, the green mare calmed him down. "Sorry" zed apologized, "well... Where do you need us?" Asked a stallion who had a black overcoat on. Meadow made a small electronic device appear, "what's this asked a young stallion. "Oh I-I'm Pearly, I know its not much of a badass name but" Pearly was cut off by a kiss from the green mare "don't worry Pearly, I'm here, and I love you" replied the green mare. "Thanks Snowdrop, I love you too". The stallion in the black over coat replied in a regal accent "Can we cut the shit and listen to the chap?". "Zayne, calm down" replied zed. "These will give you everything you need to know about the situation that we know about, there was only a few lined of information. "What kind of sick joke is this?" Asked Zayne "It isn't one Zayne, ponies are missing and you think it's all a joke?". Zed took device it said, we sent out an expedition party to a dig site near the Everfree forest and haven't been able to get a response for two days, use caution. "Thanks ma'am, we'll do our best, now about payment." remarked zed " ill pay you and your team 2 million bits each to do this." The entire team did a double take "two million bits?" Exclaimed many ponies around them, watching the deal go down in history. The team left without a word. Later that night they reached the Everfree forest and set up camp nearby a cottage, everypony had their own tent they set up, after the mercs set up their tents they all entered their own, but Snowflake went into Pearly's tent afterward. "Hey there pearly, did you get that name for your cute eyes?". Pearly jumped, "Oh snowflake, what are you doing in here?" Asked pearly, "Just checking out the goods." And they slept together that whole night. The next morning Zed opened up Pearly's tent to see two lumps in his bed. "Would you two fuck buddies wake your asses up? We have a job to do" once everypony got up, they packed up the temporary camp and moved off to their contract, Snowflake set up on a hill nearby, while zed, Zayne and, Pearly went inside the dig site and all gave out an unworldly scream
Detriect was a booming company, with a great reputation for making almost everything from food to condoms, but they also have multiple mines all over equestria, they were planning to open up a new mine near the Everfree forest. They had scouted the area nearby and found one pony living within a few miles of the dig site, her name was Fluttershy, a cute mare by the standards of most stallions. She had said that Detriect could mine as long as her animals would not be harmed, and she was assured that everything would be alright. Later that night, a team led by Daring Do herself, had gone missing while excavating the dig site. A guard, named Petey, had heard a noise by one of the miners, then a scream, and what sounded like flesh being ripped from bones, the guard looked and it seemed like a skeleton had risen and was eating the poor chap. Petey used his unicorn magic to raise his shotgun and pulled the trigger BLAST the 12g buckshot had hit the head the skeleton, and knocked it clean off. Unfourtounately for Petey, the miner pony had died of pure shock, and worse for Petey, this was his first time using a gun like this and had gone temporarily deaf gf rom the sheer volume of the blast, he didn't hear the 3 undead ponies approach from behind and kill him, while this happened Daring Do was lying in her own pool of blood, having wrenched off the undead ponies from her, but she was as good as dead. The entire dig team was dead and worse, were getting back up.
