The Unknown Being
Chapter 1 - A normal day
It was a normal day. The sun was high in the sky, and was giving heat to Earth. It was around noon.
David was driving in a cab. He was hoping that he won't find any people needing a taxi for the end of the day, but every time he thought like that, a guy or two were shouting "TAXI!", and he needed to pick them up.
He was a 23 year old man. He was 6'2 inch tall, and his weight was around 220lb. He moved from his parents house at the age of 20. Of course, he needed to find a job. David was hired as a taxi driver. It wasn't the best job, but it's better than nothing. He worked mostly at night, but sometimes, David was driving at the day.
Finally, when the time was around 2:00 PM, he could finally go back home.
He drove to the cab depot. Then, he entered his car and drove back home.
He was driving for around 20 minutes untill he reached his house.
David parked his car outside the house and locked the car. His house wasn't that big, but it has been good enough to live in it.
He unlocked the door and went inside.
His house on the inside wasn't that beatiful, but David didn't care about it. He just wanted somewhere to live. In the living room, there was a couch and a medium sized TV. His kitchen was small, but he only used it to make food, nothing else. His bedroom, like the rest of the house, was small. His bed was in the center of the bedroom, the computer in the corner, and his wardrobe was near his bed.
"Damn, these drunk jerks were pain in the ass." He said to himself as he grabed the TV remote control and turned on the TV.
He was running through the channels, but almost everywhere were news.
"How typical, news everywhere about this road accident." David sighed.
"I guess that shouln't be a suprise to me. Anywhere you look, there is a accident."
He turned off the TV and grabbed his cellphone. It was around 2:10 PM.
"Maybe I should get some sleep. Yeah, that will help me much" David said as he went to his bedroom and sat on his bed.
"Man, my life is boring, no action or anything. Everyday it's just the same: Wake up, go to work, lose sanity from the impatient people, go back from work, sleep."
David sighed and went to sleep.
6 hours later...
When he woke up, he looked at the wall clock.
"It's 8:30 PM? Wow, I've must been really tired."
He considered what do to.
"Hmm...I have 6 hours before I need to go to work. So I guess I have a lot of free time."
He then went to his computer and turned it on.
"I also forgot to add to my list of boredom: Playing computer games." He said.
2 Hours later...
David was playing on his computer when suddenly, the power was gone.
"Ah shit, why right now?" He groaned.
He then took his flashlight and tried to turn it on.
"And I forgot to change batteries. That's just fucking great."
He tried to navigate through his room, but he stepped on something sharp.
"Aw, damn it! Next time I should really clean up my room."
"Well, I guess I can go watch TV." David thought.
He went to the living room and grabbed the remote control. When he tried to turn it on, he facepalmed.
"I'm a fucking genius. I forgot the power is gone. Well, the only thing left is to get some sleep." He decided.
He then gone to his bedroom and went to sleep.
David had nightmares. Nightmares about someone kidnapping him and trying to kill him.
"No, I don't fucking want to die! ARGHHH!" He woke up.
"Fucking great, now I have nightmares. Well, there goes my sleep." David groaned. He looked what time it is.
It was about 10:45 PM.
"Man, I think I should eat something."
David went to the kitchen and opened the fridge. But there nothing inside.
"Crap, I forgot to go shopping. Damn, can this day get any worse?" He said to himself.
David then decided to go shopping. He locked his house and drove to a supermarket.
On his way to the supermarket, he saw a car going extremly fast.
"Damn, can't these people drive slower? Especially at night." He mumbled to himself.
Ironically, David always wanted people to go faster, especially in a traffic jam. But now, he wants them to drive slower.
But then he saw a car going on the wrong side of the road, and it was going for a head collision with David's car!
But unfortunately, he didn't have a chance to react, because the car was going very fast.
A loud crash could be heard.
Some time later...
David was lying in a hospital bed. His status was stable, but he had lost much blood, and he was in coma.
A couple of days later...
The doctors needed to check him very often, to see if his status changed. Everytime they checked, it was the same. It didn't change. But on the other hand, it didn't change to worse.
He was still lying on the bed, in coma.
But then a loud sound could be heard. The sound of flatline.
The doctors bursted into the room with a defibrillator.
"Clear!" One of them said.
David's chest jumped upwards due to the charge bursting into his body. But the sound didn't change.
"Increasing voltage!" Another said.
"Clear!"
Same result.
"One more time."
"Clear!"
Nothing, He was gone.
The doctors mumbled something about their loss, and then decided they needed to tell his family about this.

Hey everyone! This is my first story, so I'm waiting for your opinions about this chapter!
And yes, this chapter is kinda short, because I'm not into writing 10,000 words in one chapter. To much work for me, and soooo much reading for you guys. So I'd rather write many short chapters than little amount of VERY long chapters.

David woke up on something strange.
"What is this?" He thought to himself.
He tried looking around, but his vision was blurry, and his head was filled with pain.
"ARGH!" David groaned.
He then saw on what was he laying.
"Grass?" David thought.
When his vision returned to normal, and the pain in his head was reduced, he looked around.
"Hmmm...Looks like I'm in the middle of nowhere. There's plain grass and some trees nearby." He thought.
David thought where possibly he could be, but nothing came into his mind.
"Maybe there's someone here to explain where am I." He thought.
He tried to stand, but his muscles were flaming with pain.
"Argh, damn!" He groaned.
"I don't think I can move right now. I will lay here and hope someone will see me." He decided.
Meanwhile...
In Ponyville, the day has started, and ponies were all around. Twilight Sparkle was in her libary, organizing books, while Spike was still sleeping. Applejack was busy bucking apples, Pinkie Pie was making cupcakes, Rarity was designing new dress for the customer, Fluttershy was helping her animals and Rainbow Dash was practicing new tricks.
Back to the place where David was...
When he was laying for good 30 minutes, he tried to stand. Although his muscles were still in pain, he managed to stand without falling.
"Maybe I should look for someone to help me." David thought, as he went to look for help.
1 hour later...
David was searching for some signs of life. Finally, after monotonous walking, he saw a village in the horizon.
"Great! Finally I've found a city! But this doesn't look like modern city, it's more like Medieval times village." David thought.
But he decided to investigate it. When he was near the village, he saw something that shocked him.
"Ponies? What the hell are ponies doing here? He thought as he entered the village.
The village was quite big. There were houses with roofs made of hay. There was also this gingerbread house with a cupcake on top of it. Near it, there was a giant tree with many windows in it.
"How can someone live in a tree?" David thought, puzzled.
But when he entered the village, ponies were looking at him, with looks of fear and shock.
"Why are they looking at me that way?" He thought.
But suddenly, the ponies started to run away from David, screaming and panicing.
"They probably never meet a creature like me." He thought.
As David was looking at the panicing ponies, he felt a pain in his back, which caused him to fall.
"Stay down you monster!" He heard a voice calling to him.
"Argh! What the hell?!" David screamed.
But then he felt something hard punch him in the cheek, causing him to pass out.
Some time later...
David woke up and immediately felt pain in his back.
"Argh." He groaned.
But then he found out that he was strapped to the table.
"What the hell?" He said.
"Hey, he's waking up." David heard a voice say.
He turned to see there were 6 ponies, looking at David.
"Where the hell am I?" He asked.
"That doesn't matter. Why are you here?" A cyan pony said.
"What? I don't know. I just appeared near this town and I went to this place and then I'm here, straped. Relase me!" He said.
"Nope, we aren't relasing ya untill ya will anwser our questions." The orange pony said.
"Whatever." David simply replied.
"Now, what are you doing here? Do you want to kill the ponies and eat them? Or maybe you want to steal everything we have?" A purple pony said, with anger in the voice.
"What? No, I'm not here to do any of these things. I don't even know how did I got here in the first place!" He said.
"How do we know you're not lying?" A pink pony said.
"Why I would lie? I'm saying the truth for God's sake!" He said, annoyed a little.
"We know everything about your species, human." The purple pony said.
"What?" David asked, puzzled.
"We know that you eat meat. We know that you like to kill. We know that you don't like us, ponies." The pony continued.
"Huh?"
"And to make sure you won't cause any harm, we straped you, so you won't hurt anypony."
"How do you know about humans? Are there humans in this place?"
"Yes, they are. And they are not friendly to us."
"Wow. But please, I'm not here to kill any of these ponies. Like I said, I don't know how did I get here in the first place!" He replied.
"We can't trust ya. Ah don't know if you're lying to us!" The orange pony said.
"You know what? I give up. Do whatever you want to me. But before I die, I want to say, I had no intention to harm anyone." David said, closing his eyes and preparing for the worst, obviously giving up on the hope to make these ponies not kill him.
But then, he heard whispering, and then one of them said.
"Well, we will not kill you, but don't think we are friends! I don't know what you want to do, but I'll keep an eye for you."
David relased a sigh of relief.
"Okay. But tell me, where am I?" He said.
"You're in Equestria, precisely Ponyville." The purple pony said.
"Wow, such creative names." He chuckled.
"Well duh! It's called Ponyville because it's full of ponies!" The cyan mare said.
"Well, if you can talk, do you have names?" David asked.
"Yes, we do. My name is Twilight Sparkle." The purple one said.
"Mah name is Applejack." The orange pony said.
"Mine is Rainbow Dash. I'm the best flyer in Equestria!" The cyan pony said, obviously bragging.
"Flyer? You have wings?" David asked, puzzled.
"Duh! Can't you see?" She said as she showed her wings.
"Wow, so I guess you're a Pegasus?" He said.
"Yep! And proud to be one!" She replied.
"And I see you have horns, so you're unicorns, right?" David said, turning to the purple and white mares.
"Yes, we are unicorns. And we can use magic." Twilight said.
"Magic? You have magic here?" He asked.
"Yes we do. Look." She said as she levitated a book.
"Wow, now this is awesome!" He said.
Twilight blushed a little as she put the book back where it was.
"Hi! My name is Pinkie Pie!" The pink pony said, surprisingly quickly.
"Wow, now that was quick." David said, amazed.
"Um, My name is...Fluttershy." The yellow pony said very quietly.
"What's your name again?" He asked.
"Um...Fluttershy." She said a little louder.
"Say that again?"
"...Fluttershy." She said.
"Fluttershy, now I got it." David said.
"And my name is Rarity." The white pony said, high class type.
"Well, nice names you got here. My name is David, and like you said before, I'm a human.
"Yes, and that's what we don't like!" Rainbow Dash said.
"Woah, chill! I said I'm not here to cause harm." He replied.
"Ah hope you're right." Applejack said.
"Now. I don't think I should be asking this, but do you know a place where I can stay?" David asked.
"Well, ah got some free space in mah barn. Ya could stay there." Applejack suggested.
David was from the city, and he didn't like the idea of living in a farm.
"Well, sorry, but I don't want to." He replied.
"Hmmm...I got some space here, in the libary." Twilight said.
Now this was a better suggestion.
"Well, okay. I can stay here." David said.
"Allright. Follow me" She said as she unstrapped David.
He nodded and followed her upstairs.
"I got a spare room here. You can use it." She said.
"Allright." He simply said.
The room was quite small. The bed was obviously for a pony. There were many bookshelves with books.
"Well, you surely like books, Twilight." He said with a smile.
"Yes, I do like books." She replied.
"Okay. I will get some sleep. I'm tired from all this action that happened today." David said.
"I will leave you, so you can get some rest." She said as she left the room.
David nodded and went to the bed.
"I can't belive what happened today. First I'm in some place I don't know. Then, I wake up straped to the table and almost killed. And now, that unicorn gave me this room to stay. Weird. But hell, I take it! As long as I'm alive, everything will be okay." David thought as he fell asleep.
