Markus struggled with the controls, the levers pulling him down, he once again voxed for help.

"This is 344 Warhawk! I was caught in a warp storm and am in need of immediate assistance! The warp storm cut out my engines and I am descending rapidly towards an unknown planet. If anyone can hear me, please respond!"

He waited and listened, praying for someone to answer him.

Static. All he heard was static. He cursed silently as he unbuckled himself and headed to the back of the ship.

He soon arrived at his destination. A old cryotube. he stepped in it and sealed the hatch.

He could feel the ship bouncing back and forth as it entered the planets lower atmosphere.

"Come on scootaloo! We'll never get our cutie marks in spying if we don't be quiet! The yellow pony quipped

"Well I'm sorry! These stupid branches keep catching on my wings."

"Whatever. It's a shame SweetieBell couldn't come along. She would have loved this!"

"Shhh....there they are!"

Applebloom looked through the special night-vision binoculars Tiran gave her on her birthday.

The view she was getting was amazing! She could see directly into Tirans house!

She saw Tiran standing on his frontporch, doing......something?

"Applebloom! look at that!"

She removed the binoculars and saw the comet racing towards Canterlot Mountain.

"Maybe.....We should go tell Twilight?"

"Agreed."

Princess Luna sat calmly on her outlook. Gazing at the stars was one of her favorite things to do. She loved the night.

She magically pulled a clipboard to her and began checking off the constellations.

"Lets see.....that's new."

Luna was confused at the comet, she knew nothing about any new comets, meteor showers or of any other celestial event tonight. She watched the comet and then realized with a rather loud yelp. That it was coming for Canterlot.

The ship arced through the sky, a blazing trail of fire and molten metal behind it. Markus clenched his teeth as the ship pounded into the side of the mountain, sending white hot shards of metal into the neighboring Canterlot and onto any ponies enjoying a late night stroll.

Markus's pod came loose of it's fittings, and was sent soaring through the halls of 344-Warhawk. Markus was tossed around inside the pod, like pennies in a can. The rock of the mountain tore open the side of the ship and launched him out and into a large crevice, wedging the pod horizontally between the blue stone.

Markus sighed, it was going to be a long night, he may as well get some sleep.
