A new princess is arriving! (Not Twilight)

  Applejack prepared to buck another apple tree. As she lifted up her legs while keeping her hooves to the ground, she kicked as hard as she could in this position. Delicious, fresh red apples rained down into buckets placed around the tree. The farmpony put down her hind legs, wiping a brow. " Whew! Buckin' a dozen apple trees 'ready takes half yer energy. Even Big Mac is gettin' tired." she said to herself. Being the hardworking mare she was, AJ galloped across the trees, all the way to where her tired big brother was at. " Need any help, Mac?" she asked. The former nodded, putting down his tired legs(he was ready to buck). As his sister helped out, he found an envelope on the green grass. Using his teeth, he picked it up. Big Macintosh tapped his sister on her shoulder, keeping his head stretched out.

     Applejack turned her head around and raised an eyebrow. " Can't ya see Ah'm busy over here?" she grumbled. Always being the most observant pony around, she noticed how he held out his head. " Oh." She took the envelope, then tore off the sellotape(why was there even sellotape?). As she read the letter, she shrugged. " Princess Celestia, always holdin' meetings. Ah'll be sure to attend. Wonder if Twi or anypony else received it. Twilight should have, she's her most faithful student after all."

    " Eeyup."

  " Bye, Miss Cheerilee!"

  " See you tomorrow, Applebloom. Remember to hand in your essay by Friday." As The Cutie Mark Crusaders went home, Applebloom sighed.

  " Ah'm not doing well on mah essay. There's not much you can write about nature, is there?" Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo nodded their heads in agreement sadly. All of a sudden, a lightbulb formed in Sweetie's head.

  " Maybe we can ask Fluttershy! She really is close to nature and animals. Maybe she can help!" Applebloom threw her tiny hooves around her friend.

  " You're a genius at times!"

  " What is that supposed to mean?"

  " Ah dunno. Somethin'?"

  " Ah'm goin' over to Twi's. Just to check, ya know."

  " Eeyup. Be careful, Applejack." His sister sighed.

  " Just call me 'sister'."

  " Eeyup. Ok, sister." AJ chuckled. She trotted over to her friend's library.

  " Hey Fluttershy!" The crusaders screamed. The yellow mare flinched for a moment, then peeked in between the spaces between her silky, pink hair. She brightened up when she saw who they were.

  " Oh, it's you girls again! You gave me a surprise there. Anyway, what brings you all the way here?" she asked as she poured hot cocoa into four cups. Sweetie took a deep breath, then said all in a rush," Weneedhelpwithouressaysonnaturebutwedon'tknowwhattowriteandsinceyouknowallaboutanimalsandnaturewecametoyou!" Applebloom, Scootaloo and Fluttershy gapped at her. Sometimes, Sweetie had some abnormal skills for a filly. She spoke so fast that the other three struggled to catch up with what she was saying. Fluttershy somehow managed to decipher(?) it and began to explain.

Applejack knocked on the door of Sparkle's Tree Library. At least, that was what Twilight said the name was. The librarian opened the door, and said," Oh, Applejack! Come inside. It's really warm out there!" She beckoned for her farmer gal to come in with her hoof. Applejack wasted no time in entering the air-conditioned library, for it really was warm out there.

   Twilight brought in some scones and a teapot with two cups. " So, what brings you here?" she asked, sipping her tea. Applejack, always being the straightforward mare, did not beat about the bush.

  " Did ya receive this, er, letter from the Princess?" Twilight almost choked on her tea.

  " Yeah, I did. Isn't it weird?" Twilight answered with astonishment. Applejack raised an inquisitive eyebrow.

  " Weird? It's normal for her to hold meetings, right?

  " Yes and no. You see...." She explained the whole thing that was mentioned to Spike earlier today. After that, Applejack was opening her eyes wide.

  " But...why would Princess Celestia want to risk her life like that once more? She's witty and all, but she's really marbles today. T' be honest, she's making a stupid decision here."

  " Applejack, I know you are the Element of Honesty, but there's a difference between honest and frank. Calling the Princess stupid? Now that is stupid. No offence meant, though." she added hurriedly. Applejack blinked, then sighed.

" Ah know. Sorry, Twi. It's just..."

" I know."
