Chapters Come on everypony, smile, smile, smile.....
Dark sat on her bed at home, bored as hell. Her eyes darted around the room, looking for something to do. Then she remembered her laptop. Straight away She jumped up and grabbed her laptop, then returned to her Bed and sat down. She logged onto her computer and clicked safari. As she waited for safari to load, She looked out the window. ''a Storm? the weather ponies didn't tell me anything about a storm...'' Dark said in confusion. ''i guess they forgot to tell me. oh well!'' Dark said shrugging and looking back to her computer. safari had loaded. Dark went to the search bar and stopped. ''wait...what can i even search?'' Dark sighed looking around the room to give her ideas. Darks tummy suddenly growled as she looked back to her computer. ''guess the cupcake wasn't enough!'' Dark chuckled clicking on the search bar. ''wait...'' Dark stopped. ''my cupcake..'' Dark thought for a moment then smiled, pulling her cupcake out and nomming it as she played. ''I wonder If Pinkie Pie Has any internet websites or something??" Dark said searching up ''Pinkie Pie" in the search bar. as she looked at the results, She noticed something named "smile.exe'' in one of the results. that was sort of odd. the description read 'Come on everypony, Smile Smile Smile!' Dark chuckled. ''it's probably just a recording of pinkie singing one of her crazy songs.'' Dark said looking at the rest of the search results.
Dark sighed. She couldn't find anything interesting, and it was getting Late. Dark shut down her computer and put it away, Then went downstairs to make dinner. She finished dinner and hopped into bed. But Dark couldn't sleep. She couldn't stop wondering what that ''smile.exe'' thing was. She had a sinking feeling it wasn't good. Dark shrugged the feeling away and curled up in her blankets. after a few minutes she fell asleep.
The next day Dark woke with a jolt. She had been having nightmares all night. Dark sighed and did her morning chores, then ran outside and flew down to ponyville once again. And once again, She headed straight for Sugarcube corner. as she stopped in front of the doorstep, She noticed it was oddly quiet in there. And there weren't any ponies coming out or in. as she looked around the area, it was also quite quiet, but at least there were a few ponies. Dark shrugged and opened the door to sugarcube corner slowly. there was no one to be seen. ''Pinkie? ..Pinkie? are you here? are you okay??'' Dark called out walking to the counter. Dark's ear twitched as she got closer to the counter. She could hear the sound of chattering teeth. Dark walked into the kitchen to see pinkie pie sitting in a corner. Her hair was down and hanging over her ears, as her ears were flattened against her head. Her tail was also straight and wrapped around Pinkie's front hooves. Pinkie's Teeth were chattering madly, and she looked rather Scared. Dark went to run towards her. ''Pinkie, whats wro-''. She was interrupted by Pinkie's sudden Yelp. ''STAY BACK!'' She said, her eyes shaking. ''Please stay back...just..leave now..'' She said starting to shiver a little. ''what..? what's going on pinkie? what happened..?'' Dark Said, shocked by Pinkie's sudden change. ''g-go home, Dark...please just go..'' Pinkie whimpered curling up into a ball. Dark looked down at pinkie with concern as she turned around to walk away. Pinkie Looked up at Dark. Dark was about to exit the door when Pinkie Suddenly spoke.
''Dark?''
"yes Pinkie?''
''Promise me you won't search me up again....''

Dark trotted home mildly disturbed. She had no idea what was wrong with pinkie, but she had to find out what was so bad about searching up her name. she jumped onto her computer and got straight onto search. it was already almost nighttime. the day had gone extremely quick. it was storming again outside. Dark felt wrong going against Pinkie's Wishes, but she had to figure out what was so bad. She searched up her name. this time the only search result was "SMILE.exe''. Dark thought for a moment. 'what if theres something on here pinkie doesn't want me to see?' Dark said quietly. Then She sighed and clicked it. The entire screen went black as she waited, wondering what just happened to her computer. Suddenly a little intro screen popped up. it was a game! There was cute, bouncy and fun music in the background. The background color was pink, And there was a picture of pinkie pie pulling a cute smile on the corner of the screen. Above the image it said ''My Little Pony: Pinkie Pie's quest'' In cute colors. Dark smiled to herself. ''there's nothing bad about this! its cute as!'' she chimed looking at her choices. there were three things she could click. ''Credits, Info, Play''. Dark moved her mouse over Info and it showed a small text box saying ''Something odd has happened to ponyville, and Nopony seems to smile. not even pinkie pie can get the ponies of ponyville to smile! but there is a way. all you need to do is to collect cutie mark power by getting information from other ponies! but its not as easy as it sounds. Can you figure out a way to save ponyville?'' Dark smirked. the game looked so fun! Dark clicked play as the screen went black again.
Soon the screen loaded up once more. on the screen there was grass across the bottom, with cute flowers perched out of them. in the background you could see ponyville houses. there was a clear sky. and standing right at the edge of the screen, Was a pixelated Pinkie Pie. She looked happy and exited, like she was about to go to a party. Dark used the arrow keys to move pinkie. Pinkie could only go forward and back, and that was it. Dark shrugged. ''maybe the games unfinished.'' She said to herself as she watched pinkie move forward. As pinkie walked, The mane five started to walk past. all of them gave Pinkie a nice hello. But as More Of the five passed, Dark noticed that the little pixelated pinkie started to look worried. In the background, the music used to be jumpy and cute like the title screen. but as pinkie passed the last One of the mane 5, The music was slow and...reversed. Pinkie now looked scared. Very scared. The sky was now full of clouds and the sun was nowhere to be seen. Dark was starting to feel uncomfortable, But she ignored that feeling as she continued to move pinkie forward. Soon Pinkie got to the end of the level. Standing there was a Pixelated Princess Celestia. She had a sort of stern but calm look on her face. a text bubble appeared above celestia. it said ''Go back pinkie, You Missed One.'' Dark raised her eyebrow. The game was starting to get a little weird. Dark Moved pinkie backwards, And Suddenly the screen went black again.
Darks Eyes widened as she looked at the new game setting. The sky was black and full of clouds. the ponyville houses were normal but darker. And the ground was now coated in blood. there were blood stained Spikes sticking out of the ground, and pinkie looked different to. Her mane and tail were hanging down, and pinkie's eyes were red and twitching. Dark nervously Moved pinkie forward, and suddenly her mouth dropped open in shock and terror. On the floor, in front of pinkie, Was Twilight. Dead. Her head and hooves were decapitated from her body, and there was blood everywhere. Suddenly Pinkie started to move on her own. Dark Sat shivering, watching to see what happens next but wanting to close it and run at the same time. Pinkie passed the rest of the mane six. they all were the same as twilight. Head and hooves decapitated. Soon Pinkie started to slow down. She met celestia at the end of the level. She looked angry. Another text box appeared above celestia saying ''Leave now Pinkie, You do not belong here.'' Suddenly the screen flashed white. when the white faded, Celestia 's head and hooves were decapitated. Suddenly the pixelated pinkie looked towards the screen as the screen went black and the music stopped. Dark stood up, starting to step back and walk towards the window. Dark looked at the screen. Suddenly the scariest image Dark had ever seen Popped up on the screen. It was Pinkie Pie. her Poofy mane was red, and her head was a deep pinkish Red. her eyes were completely black. Her eyeballs and pupils and every part of her eye was black. There was Black blood trickling from her eyes, and she had a wide grin. Her teeth were yellow and slightly stained with blood, And her teeth were sharp and jagged. Dark froze in place, scared out of her wits. Suddenly text appeared at the bottom of the screen, in blood red...
''Your next.''

Dark Screamed at the top of her lungs and darted out the window, Her wings spread wide. Her entire body was shivering and her pupils had shrunk and they were shaking madly. She kept flying. out of cloudsdale. She shut her eyes for a second and pictured that image. that putrid, horrible image. Dark opened her eyes. She felt odd, like she was falling. wait...falling? Dark looked at her wings. they were snapped shut. Dark squealed as she fell.
Right towards sugarcube corner. She landed with a thud, straining her back right hoof. Dark screamed from the pain and stood up, stretching her wings and flying as fast as she could. But something pulled her tail. It was a pony wearing a cloak over her body and head. Dark turned around shivering. ''come with me!'' The cloaked pony whispered as she looked at Dark. Dark was so scared she followed the pony. Dark looked at the floor as she followed the pony. She was lead into sugarcube corner, but she didn't realise until she looked up. She looked around the pitch black room. She shivered and sat down. She suddenly Heard a slight voice.
''come on everypony, Smile smile smile...''
Dark screamed and ran towards the door.
''fill my heart up, with sunshine, sunshine...''
Dark turned the doorknob. it was locked.
''all i really need, is a smile smile smile....''
Dark continued trying to open the door, but it didn't. eventually dark Gave up and trotted around, Trying to find an exit.
''From these happy friends...''
Dark winced as she froze in place from fright.
''..OF MINE!''
Dark Screamed as pinkie appeared in front of her. She looked exsactly as it showed in that grusome image. except this time pinkie Was holding a knife...

Dark woke up to find herself in Hospital. There were 5 ponies with her. Rainbow Dash, Twilight, Applejack, Rarity and fluttershy were the ponies crowded around her. ''are you okay?!'' Rainbow Dash said. ''im..im fine-'' Dark stopped and looked around. ''wait..wheres Pinkie Pie? what happened to Pinkie Pie?" Dark said looking worried. All of the five gave each other looks, then twilight spoke finally.
''Pinkie Pie is Dead. She Died last year, remember?''
Dark's eyes widened slightly. ''But i...she...the..'' She stuttered.
''Spit it out sugarcube, ya'll speaking jibberish.'' applejack said raising an eyebrow.
''nevermind..'' Dark said sighing. ''When can i get out of here?''
"im not sure. You do have a severe injury darling. you should be resting.'' Rarity said.
Dark raised an eyebrow as she looked at her chest. there is a wide scar.
Twilight sighed. ''you received a stab to the chest. we aren't sure who did it though...''
Dark sighed and looked away slightly. She knew who had done it. Pinkie Pie. Once her wonderful, cheerful and cute friend. Now she's just a demon. A killer. A psychopath. a...ghost? Dark thought to herself. 'twilight said she died last year...then what happened to me? i remember..that day At sugarcube corner...where pinkie Finally snapped..
"you alright sugarcube? yah look a bit worried.'' Applejack asked.
Dark shook her head and looked up at them. ''I'm fine, just thinking about things. i'm getting sort of tired now. could you come back tomorrow?''
the 5 nodded and said their goodbyes and walked out, closing the door behind them. and with that dark look straight up to the sky through the clear window. the stars were spread out across the sky as usual. but there was one that stood out brightly. Dark sighed and looked at her scar, putting her right hoof on it.
''why did you do it pinkie? What did i do that made you so upset?''
Those were Darks last thoughts as she drifted off to sleep.

It was a beautiful Sunny morning in ponyville. The sun was shining, the birds were singing and the ponies of ponyville were happy. Everypony always had important things to do at this time, but one in particular had super important things to do. Pinkie Pie! she was running back and forth from the kitchen to the counter in sugarcube corner, delivering treats to everypony that lined up for one. There wasn't one problem so far today. Maybe nothing would go wrong?
Dark woke up to the morning sunlight, letting it shine close by her eyes. She yawned and stretched as she unfurled her wings and got up, ready to Fly. she smiled and ran outside, Not caring about her raged mane, which would hopefully go back to its normal style in the sky. Dark Grinned and shot up into the air,gliding easily. she let the wind pass through her purple and green hair as she went. her golden eyes darted around below her. ''what to do today..'' She mumbled to herself, starting to slow down. Suddenly, she had an idea. Why not take a trip down to Sugarcube corner? usually there are new treats every day, so it would be fun to try some new ones! besides, she hadn't gone there in a while. In saying that, Dark glided down to sugarcube corner, landing by the doorstep, hardly making a sound. She trotted in, a smile on her face.. lucky for her, there was currently no line, as everypony had just got their treats and were seated at different tables, chatting away. ''hey Pinkie Pie!'' Dark chimed happily as she walked over to the counter. of course, she was Greeted by a lovely, cheerful smile. ''Hey Dark! here to try a new cupcake?'' Pinkie asked, showing the just baked cupcakes. ''As usual!'' Dark grinned as Pinkie handed her a red cupcake. ''its raspberry!'' Pinkie chimed as she gave it to Dark. ''Awesome, thanks!'' Dark smiled. ''now, i gotta go. See ya!'' Dark said as she gave pinkie 5 bits and darted back outside, nomming the cupcake as she went. Dark smiled at the taste of the Delicious cupcake. after finishing, She darted up to cloudsdale to see If Rainbow Dash was around. She checked everywhere. Nope. she was no where to be seen! Dark shrugged it off. maybe she was out racing again? doesn't matter. Dark continued flying around as she looked for something to do.
Dark looked at the time, she had already been flying around for an hour, and she was getting really tired. ''maybe i should go home. im sure i can find something to do.'' She said to herself as she darted up to cloudsdale. She trotted home and locked the door behind her. Dark yawned and stretched again as she went into her bedroom, looking for something to do.
