Princess Celestia looked out towards the city of Canterlot with Luna right by her side. The lights of everyponies house lit up the entire city in a amazing aura of colour. The princess was to far lost in her own thoughts. The prophecy of Dark Space was happening to early for her to control. Even with Her and her sister Princess Luna's powers it was not enough to stop the forces of Dark Space from shrouding Equestria in complete darkness where harmony wouldn't exist and love couldn't bloom.
"The phrophecy fortold of this night" Celestia spoke calmly to herself. "But where are the signs of our saviours?"
"Sister, if thou can offer a second of speech?" Princess Luna asked.
"Of course, Luna we don't have long before they arrive" Celestia told her sister wondering if she had forgotten.
"With no sign of the blue wind or the dragon, maybe I can provide some sort temporary solution to this pending disaster?"
Celestia looked over towards Luna breaking her watch over the city "And what solution could that possibly be if I may ask you, Luna?"
Thunder started to sound off behind the mountains, as black clouds were forming way to quickly for what the pegasi could manage. Lightening had started to strike down on Equestria hitting the open planes just outside of the castle walls. The clouds had covered the night sky, the moon and stars were no longer visible in the nighttime sky the could cover was way to thick.
"It's to late!" Shouted Celestia "There here, Captain get your men down into the city now! Protect the cilvians, Luna and I can look after ourselves!"
"But your highness" the good armoured Unicorn Stallion tried to plead to stay and protect his Princess'
"Now!" Luna yelled at the top of the lungs.
"As you wish your highness" the Captain said kneeling down towards his princess' before rising and running out of the throne room.
The lightning and thunder had taken a turn for the worse in that short amount of time now striking the purl white buildings inside the city walls setting the city alight as the Rain started to pour down from the darkened clouds above.
Celestia closed her eyes and sighed whispering under her breath "I'm sorry Equestria I couldn't protect you from this evil" Celestia apologising moments were cut short as she heard the throne room door come smashing down to the ground smashing into the ground louder than what the thunder was outside.
"What in the name of the stars is that!?" Luna cried out, as black smoke poured into the room grasping the brutally beatened body of the Captain of the royal gaurd.
"I-I'm sorry your highnesses, he just appeared out of wh- urgh" he was dropped out of the black smoke hitting the ground with massive crash.
"Princess Celestia and my dear princess Luna" a cold dark echo voiced called out to them. It sounded like it was approaching them from directions.
"Whose there!? Celestia screamed out. "Show yourself to us you coward!"
"Oh my so bossy, even for a princess about to lose her power over her world" the cold voice. "But if you insist, I mean how can I refuse an order from royalty after all."
And that moment the back smoke started to hurl itself across the room in the form a small twister. The wind was to powerful and it flung Luna off of her hooves into the piller closest to the vault of the elements. The wind started to calm down the as the black smoke formed a figure of a Stallion the resembled a Unicorn. His eyes were blood red and the black smoke was trailing off his body down to floor over the Captain of the royal guards body.
"So, Celestia what do you think? Pretty impressive wasn't it? The black formed stallion said with cocky tone.
"What's your name? So I can say it before I blind your shaded form from this world!" Celestia screamed out.
"Oh of course how rude of me! You may call me Dark Space. Leader of the Dark space army beyond the stars" he said with his shadowy hoof pressed to his chest.
"I'm not going to let you get away with this Dark Space!" Celestia still shouting as her horn started to glow bright yellow.
"Now, now, Celestia really. I don't have time to be butting horns with you when I've already earnt a perfectly fitting meal already" Dark Space said as he lifted the captains body off of the ground with his magic.
And that moment a blood red Aura started shooting out of the captains as he screamed in pain, Darkspace was draining all of the captains Magical talent and life essence without any difficult. Celestia couldn't stand still any longer she took flight slamming into Dark Space making him collide with the wall behind him.
"Celestia really? It's rude to ruin someone during dinner time, but since you so kindly want my attention you can be my dessert!" Dark yelled at the top of his lungs which was louder than anything Celestia had heard in her immortal life time.
A red beam shot out of Dark Space's horn, as Celestia retaliated with a yellow beam. As soon as they magical beams collided it lot up the entire throne room.
"Give up princess. You can't over power me, I'm far to powerful and smarter than you and your sister! He said pushing his beam closer to Celestia's horn.
"Powerful? Yes! But smart I wouldn't say that!" Luna shouted "prepare to suffer the conquences of not watching your surroundings!"
Luna let out bright light from her eyes. As a beam of a rainbow shot out from the crown she had on her head. The rainbow traveled faster then what Dark Space could react to colliding with him.
Dark Space just started scream "what?! No? How is this possible?!" As the rainbow spun around him.
"Dark Space! I hearby banish you into the darkness of the moon, and never will you be able to return to cleanse Equestria in Darkness!" Luna cried out from the vault of the elements.
"Ha! You'll never be able to hold me in that moon forever Luna. I will return with my forces on the day where the moon blackens the sun for the 5th day!" He screamed out as the rainbow submerged him and exploded out in a rainbow of colours covering all Equestria vanquishing the dark clouds and Dark Spaces army from Canterlot.
"Sister!" Luna cried out running over to her older sister "are you okay?!"
"I'm fine, Luna thanks to you. Your quick thinking saved me, but I have to ask, Luna now do you plan to keep him locked into the darkness of the moon?"
"As long as I am hear to to keep control of the moon sister he will never escape. But we still better get prepared to figure out more of that phrophecy. I fear the worst has yet to come from Dark Space" Luna said grimly
Chapter 1: Ponyville
"Spike! Spike! Where in Celestia's name have you gotten off to now!?" shouted Twilight at the top of lungs. "Its not like him to just wander off on me all of a sudden, and without telling me, especially when I need him here at this very moment to write down the last steps of the spell i'm working on while I cast it! If I don't get this sent off to Princess Celestia in time I'll be late with the deadline! *sigh* well I better go look for that dragon." Twilight trotted over to the door and was just about to open it, when it flung open much faster than she could react, and slammed right into her face. "ARGH!"
"Twilight! I'm sorry I am late! I admit, I completely forgot that I was supposed to help you today! I only just got reminded by Pinkie Pie and ran straight back here from my Lunch with her!" Spike yelled as he ran through the front door. "Please don't be ma--- Twilight where are you?"
"owww my face, what just happened?" Twilight could barely talk as she was still seeing birds.
"Oh Twilight! There you are!.... uhhh what were you doing behind the door?" The purple dragon said scratching his head completely puzzled. "It's dangerous you know! Ponies can open them on you and knock you out cold!"
Twilight just stared at the Purple drake. Looking up to him, Spike had grown considerably big in the last 5 years, he was just about the size of Celestia, his wings had developed quickly since they first started to appear around 3 years ago and had grown and stretched just out past his big arms quickly, probably because of the wing strengthening lessons Rainbow Dash was helping him with.
"Gee, thanks for heads up Spike, I'll definitely keep that close in mind for the future just in case it happens again" Twilight said sarcastically while getting up to her Hooves.
"Ahh anytime Twilight! You know me always here to help you and provide assistance." the purple drake replied grinning bigger than he ever has.
"Oh, Speaking of Assistance! I just need you to write down the final steps of this spell that Celestia asked for!"
"Uhhh you mean that different Dimension or world Portal? Why doesn't Celestia Just use the mirror at the crystal Empire?" Spike said with curiosity.
"That portal only connects to one world Spike, and If Celestia Needs me to take care of this then I'm all the more happy to help her!" The lavender Alicorn said her face beaming! "Is your Quill at the ready there Spike?"
"It sure is Twi!" Spike announced, holding up a Quill and Parchment!
"Then let's get this started Spike!" Twilight said as her Horn started to glow.
Hours had passed since the lavender Alicorn and purple drake started to write down the final steps needed, and Twilight was struggling to even get the circle to form for the portal. The sun had just started to set as Celestia was heading her beautiful day, as Luna was starting to begin her wonderful night.
"S-Spike" Twilight said almost out of breath "I-I-I just don't understand. I should be able to form the rounding of the portal! It seems like my magic just isn't powerful enough by itself, even with the Element of Magic on my head." Twilight finished, lowering her head in disappointment.
The teenage dragon put his claw to his chin thinking in deep thought of a way to increase Twilight's magic. and then it came to him clicking his claw as if a light bulb flipped on above his head.
"Twilight I think I might have just found a way to make it work!" Spike said just as he noticed the light in the main room of the library had flicked on. The teenage dragon began to laugh, looking over to the switch and realizing that Owlowiscious had turned the light on as it was almost complete darkness in the room.
"Haha, thanks Owlowiscious! It was getting difficult to see!" Giggled Twilight while smiling. "But Spike what way can you even think of to increase my already vast magic supply on legal ways?"
"Well, Twilight, it's simple really! If your Element alone isn't enough, then you obviously need all of them! With all six Elements, that portal will defiantly be able to stay open!"
"SPIKE! YOU'RE A GENIUS!" Twilight screamed at the top of her lungs, acting like filly and jumping around in excitement and wondering why in Equestria she didn't think of that herself.
"Oh Twilight it was nothing!" Said the purple drake as he was starting to turn red.
"Spike, take a letter, we will report to Celestia and tell her my friends and I will be making a visit!"
"My pleasure Twilight!" Spike announced already holding a quill and parchment
'Dear Princess Celestia,
You will be happy to hear the spell you requested is completed and I can send it to you in my next report, but my magic alone isn't enough to sustain the portal. All six elements will be needed to make sure enough power is provided to sustain the portal, and my friends and I will be ready when you need us.

"okay Spike you know exactly what to do!" Twilight said smiling
"Yes ma'm!" Spike yelled.
Jumping up to his feet from his spot on the floor while taking a deep breath, he held the letter high before his head, and breathing his emerald colored flames onto it, engulfing the letter and incinerating it, and at long last sending the ashes on their way to Princess Celestia.
"It's on it's way Twilight." Spike said while smiling with himself.
"Let me know as soon as she replies Spike!" Twilight said as she began walking up the stairs to her room to read her newest edition to her library.
