“Mr Starstruck? Can you hear me?”

I open my eye's, only to be greeted by an young pony staring at me.

“GAH!” I shout, as the figure reels back. “Ow!” I say again grabbing my head with both fore legs.

“Sorry mister Struck, but you have been out for several hours!” The pony states.

I can't help but look around the room, “Where...Where am I?” I ask rubbing my eye's.

“You're in Ponyville hospital, and a good thing too! Considering what happened!”

I feel a sadness but also worry over the pony’s words, “What do you mean?” I ask wearily, still clenching my aching head.

“Well, you lost a lot of blood; even before you came here.” I tried to understand exactly what the pony meant, almost losing my mind; I had to ask.

“Just how much blood did I lose?” I worry at the answer.

“Well, we had to...restart your heart; 3 times.” The pony replies. He lifts a clipboard in his magic, I can't believe I didn't notice he was a unicorn. “We were lucky, somepony here was a blood match; she gave all she could to save you.” I smile at the thought, somepony I've never met gave blood to save me.

“I wish I could thank her, but I know about confidentiality.” I sink back into my pillow.

“Well, you can thank her now!” The pony gestures behind him.

I look behind him and see Lyra sitting on a chair near the far wall, a small bandage tied around her right fore leg. I see that Lyra is just sleeping. “Um...sorry, I don't know your name?” I state.

“Ah! Right, I should have introduced myself; my name is Doctor Syringe.” He makes a slight bow.

“Nice to meet you doctor, but what I was going to say is maybe; I could speak to Lyra alone?” I gesture to the sleeping mare.

“Oh, of course! Just give me a call when you need anything.”

“Sure thing Doc, um, can I leave the bed or...” I nod towards Lyra.

“Oh, I see,” the doctor winks at me; weird. “Yes, you should be OK; but no fast movements!” I nod to the doctor. “Great! I'll leave you alone.” The doctor silently leaves and closes the door behind him.

I look across the room at Lyra, still fast asleep. Several thoughts ran through my head, but only one caused me to smile; evilly. I slowly slide out of the bed causing me to wince, I look to my wing heavily bandaged. “Damn! They really did a number on it, but I will have my revenge!” I laugh in my throat. My grin gets larger as I slowly tip trott over to Lyra, as I approach Lyra lets out a small snore; I stop. After she settles down, I close the distance, stopping just short of Lyras chair. I laugh to myself as I notice Lyra's legs are spread, “Hm, Fate you are cruel.” I laugh again.

I position myself and give Lyra's muzzle a little lick. Lyra smiles in her sleep but doesn't wake up, I smile again. This time I lick a little lower and she shivers under my tongue, I move lower to her belly and lick again; causing her to laugh slightly as I tickle her.

“Hm...That's good...” Lyra softly says.

I finally move down to her legs, licking the inner thigh while dragging my tongue over her fur. I hear Lyra moan quietly as my licking intensifies, “Oh, Bon Bon...You're so good at this!” Lyra says, I laugh.

“She thinks i'm Bon Bon, I knew those two had something!” I think, coming up from between her legs. “You haven't?” A sudden realisation crosses my mind, “Oh no! She wasn't still wearing the 'outfit', When the doctor arrived; was she?” Lyra gave a small nod. “Oh, Derpy!” I state quietly. “That's probably why you haven't heard from her, she thinks people will say things...Bad things!”

Lyra walks over and places one hoof on my arm, “She didn't leave with the outfit on, I found it on the bathroom floor; she said she was going to wash her hooves off.”

“Maybe, she thought what she said to me was wrong?” I say

“Wrong? What did she say?” Lyra asks.

“Well, before I passed out she said she 'liked' me!” I emphasize the like part.

“Three days in and you have three mares that want to keep you!” Lyra laughs.

“Hey! That's not funny! You three are great mares but sometimes I think...” I trail off only for Lyra to finish my sentence.

“You think that after our heat cycle, we won't want you any more?” I nod.

“Yes, and now I think about it; the reason I liked all that, um, pain stuff! Was because your combined heat aromas drove me crazy.” Lyra giggles.

“That is the point!” She states.

“What do you mean?”

“For what?” She asks, I point to the bandage on her leg. “Don't mention it, We felt guilty about what happened; and when I heard I was a match for your blood type, I jumped at the chance to help!” Lyra smiles as she walks to the door. “I'll get Bon Bon and try to find Derpy, don't go anywhere!” She laughs again before pushing open the door.

I lie in the bed staring at the ceiling, being the only patient in the room; it was quiet. Though if there was someone else, they just got a free show. I laugh to myself as a friendly voice speaks up.

“Y-Your OK then?” I look to the doorway and see Bon Bon standing there, ears flat.

“Bon Bon, great to see you!” I gesture for her to come closer. “Why didn't you stay with Lyra?” I ask.

“After what I did I thought you wouldn't like me any more!” Bon Bon starts to tear up.

“Bon Bon, how could I not like you! You helped me when I crashed into that tree; and you helped me by finding that vein cluster last night, of which I had no idea was there.”

Bon Bon suddenly flies at me and gives me a hug, she sobs into my chest. “I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it; I never meant to hurt you! I just got...carried away!”

I return Bon Bons hug, stroking her mane. “Hey, do you still have that outfit?” I ask, causing Bon Bon to push away slightly.

“Yes, I still have it; Why?” I kiss Bon Bon, getting her to flinch; until she relaxes and kisses back.

“Because I can leave tonight, and your going to need it!”
