After her mission in the human world, both Twilight and her friends are itching to learn more about the strange new world through the mirror. They end up, with the permission of the princesses, going through and exploring the places they had never seen.
But, things are never as they seem, and they soon realize that there's more to this world than they could imagine. And they have bee thrown straight into it's very core.

Prolouge: The Quest

After her return from the alternate dimension, Princess Twilight Sparkle wanted nothing more than to relax from her journey, but was denied that by her friends, who had endless questions about the human world. She answered them as best as she could, but over time, she too grew curious about the things outside of Canterlot High School and it’s surrounding area. She then got an idea.

After a long discussion with Princess Celestia, it was decided that she would take her friends into the human world, and explore other places in their world, helping whoever they could along the way.

And so, when the portal was open again, the 6 ponies and baby dragon set off with not much more than Applejack’s hat and their Elements.
