Trifle, a local confections maker, and Daemon, an enchanter with more than one secret under her cloak, have come to a crossroad in their friendship.

Trifle, though reluctant at first, comes to find that she loves her new marefriend more than she knew. But will their love survive the hardships this harsh world has to offer? Will they be able to protect one another even if it's from their self?

( My first time writing clop. While it will be prominent in the story, I hope the actual storyline will hold interest as well…and make up for my lack in skill for clop. I want to thank a friend of mine for letting me use his OC, Chocolate Trifle and Tamikimaru for drawing the awesome cover art of Daemon and Trifle.
